I just assumed he moved/shut down forums because of the same legislation that shut down some escort cites.  He did it around the same time.

Given everything I hear about Russia, it seems to dangerous given the great guys elsewhere.  Is there anything special there other places don't have?

[Economics of street prostitution]

I read the economist summary and thought it had a good explanation of why escorts refuse to post their rates. Bascially, doing so allows them to charge higher prices to those able to pay more. The study found that whites paid more than blacks and that escorts solicted bids from whites while they made an offer to blacks. The article notes that this kind of behavior is no different from what other businesses engage in (for example, many theaters offer a senior citizen discount).

I think the posts from shane and aaron were really put up by ncm2169. I also think he created the webpages these guys have. The real question is how into escorting these guys really are. I would not be surprised if these guys no show a lot because they are a lot less excited about escorting than ncm2169 is about "mentoring" them.
