You can negotiate with the escort directly for hourly rates and they sometimes do that. Sometimes you will lose money to a bad good business practice. Hiring escorts can be tricky business and it is different from case to case so I can't generalize it but you might go through trial and error and find it yourself. In that process you might lose money and even health as it happened to a poster on the other site. So try to analyze benefit and cost and draw someone line in your spending and see what you get. Twinks can of course be found on rentboy.com and men4rentnow.com, at the usual market rates. Lower rates are more likely to be found if you have the patience and inclination to go hunting in clubs and bars.
