I woke up in a mild panic, thinking I’d slept through my alarm—but nope, it was only 8:45 p.m. Crisis averted. Still plenty of time to get ready before heading out to Surawong.
First order of business: a well-deserved foot massage. A little treat to get me in the right mood for the night.It’s one of those simple pleasures that just never gets old. Relaxing, quiet, cheap. Bangkok doing what Bangkok does best.
After that, I made my way to Dragon and Koi. It was already past ten, and from the outside, the place looked pretty dead—just a couple of customers inside. Still, I figured why not? Let’s check it out anyway.
As soon as I sat down and ordered, one of the hosts came over like clockwork. You know the drill—“Where you from?”, “How long are you in Bangkok?”—the usual icebreakers. But this guy was different. His name was Pi, and he could actually hold a conversation. I was genuinely enjoying our chat, so I offered to buy him drinks.
Turns out, Pi is from Myanmar. He used to be a science and math teacher back home and has a Physics degree (which, honestly, blew my mind a little). But because of everything going on politically, he left the country. He doesn’t want to be part of the current regime and ended up in Bangkok, trying to start over. He’s learning Thai and hoping to teach again—either here or when things get better back home. It was a heavy story, but he carried himself with such positivity. I really admired that. We ended up talking about all sorts of things—he showed me pictures from Myanmar’s version of Songkran, and I could see how proud he was. I actually had a great time, and when I left, I made a mental note: I’m coming back here for sure.
On the way back, I passed by Atlas around midnight, but it looked kind of dead. So I pulled a U-turn and headed to Hotmale instead. Few customers, which was a relief—I never love being the only one with 10 boys on stage staring you down like you're the last chicken wing at a party.
Hotmale had definitely changed since last year. New faces, new performances, and even a couple of drag lip-sync acts thrown in. The red jogging pants were gone (RIP), replaced by white shorts, and in one act, black underwear. No complaints here.
I didn’t waste time and invited someone from the stage—James. And guess what? He’s also from Myanmar. I swear I don’t plan this, but I always end up with Burmese guys without realizing it. They’re just… really good-looking, okay?
When I asked about long time, James kind of danced around the answer, giving me some vague excuse. I was this close to sending him back, but then I looked at his face again and thought—eh, maybe a short quiet night in with good company isn’t such a bad idea. I already had two consecutive long time offs during this trip so maybe time for a break.
So  a few minutes later we were in a Grab taxi heading back to my hotel.

The trip kicked off with two nights in Tokyo, and let’s just say it was planned with a certain kind of experience in mind. I decided to treat myself to a couple of high-quality overnight sessions through Saboten Escorts (https://mens-salon-saboten.com/en/staff/ ) And since I figured I’d be spending most of my nights at their location, I cheekily skipped the hotel and thought I’d rough it by using a train station locker for my stuff. It sounded practical on paper and honestly, kind of adventurous too. 
That said, reality hit when I realised I’d need to provide a local address on the arrival card. Concerned it might raise some red flags, I played it safe and booked a cheap hostel at the last minute. It worked out well—nothing fancy, but it did the job, and I still ended up saving quite a bit while keeping things simple and efficient.

For both nights, I booked time with Kenji and Taiga, and wow—I lucked out. My sessions ended up being booked in a hotel (Hotel Queen Annex), which might’ve been because the shop itself was fully booked. Whatever the reason, I was grateful. The hotel was spacious and comfortable and both Kenji and Taiga were incredibly warm and eager to please, even with the language barrier. What made the experience even better was the casual time spent outside the room. They were game for dinner and drinks, which made everything feel more relaxed and less transactional.
Honestly, it was the perfect combo of physical fun and chill hangout vibes. I’d totally do it again, but two nights feels like the sweet spot—enough to indulge without going overboard.
After Tokyo, it was straight to Bangkok. I’ll admit—I was a bit nervous that two intense nights in Japan would burn me out before even hitting Thailand. But the moment I stepped off the plane in Bangkok, I felt this surge of energy. It’s that unexplainable buzz you get just being in this city. Immigration was a breeze—no line at all. I got processed and stamped in literally under two minutes. The baggage carousel, however, wasn’t quite as efficient—it took about 15 to 20 minutes before any bags showed up. Not a big deal though; I used the time to get a local SIM card and pull out some baht from the ATM. By the time I got back, my luggage was already waiting for me.
On the way to my hotel via a pre-booked shuttle, I took in the sights and was happy to see things feeling almost back to normal. The driver confirmed that tourism had been a bit slower than usual—probably due to the recent earthquake—but everyone’s optimistic that Songkran will bring a much-needed spike in visitors. Fingers crossed!
This time around, I chose to stay outside of Silom, in the Narathiwas area. It’s a quieter, more residential part of Bangkok—not walking distance from a train station, but it has its perks. The area has everything I need within a few minutes’ walk: a 7-11, some okay-ish restaurants, cafes, and even a laundromat. After the buzz and sensory overload of Tokyo, I actually appreciated the slightly slower pace.
Once I got to my room, I had that usual Day 3 jet lag creeping in. I was really tempted to just crash, especially after the last two nights of near-zero sleep. The bed looked way too inviting. I gave in and let myself have a proper nap, but not before setting an alarm for 9 PM. Jet lag or not, there’s no way I was going to sleep through my first night in Bangkok!

Kep - Crabs, Climbing, Royal Residencies, Rabbit Island and one night in Sihanoukville
 
There is a daily train service from Phnom Penh to Sihanoukville that departs in the morning. I got off in Kep after a comfortable 4 hour ride and then tuck-tucked my way to Kep Beach. I stayed in the Saravoan Hotel next to King Sihanouk’s abandoned Villa, not far from Kep National Park. Nice place with excellent view and access to the beach. Visitor friendly.

Abandoned Villas are plentiful in and around Kep. Only the few that were owned by royalty have their gardens tended to so most are overgrown or used as pastures.

Crabs and Kampot pepper are famous local foods and in combination they taste heavenly, but if anyone has cracked the code to cracking crabs and eating them without making a complete mess of yourself, please let me know 😂

Kep is a small town and the beach and restaurants were mostly frequented by locals. I quite liked that and I should have stayed longer instead of going to Koh Chang a few days later. Not that there's anything wrong with Koh Chang, but I had the feeling that I could have been on a holiday island anywhere in the world, when I was there.
 
The talent on Grindr was very limited so my feed was also populated with guys from the nearby Vietnamese island of Phu Quoc (might be worth a visit one day). But as Forum wisdom tells us you only need one. I met two guys while in Kep. One was a late twenties Philipino digital nomad. We met for breakfast, a round of good sex and a hike in the National Park. We were both happy to have company on the hike as it was quite challenging. In some places the trail was so steep that it actually involved climbing using ropes that lined the trail at the most difficult stops. The other meet was a quickie with an early thirties local with a twinkish body. Distance was around 12 km, but he was happy to make the trip on his motorbike.
 
I made a day trip to the nearby island of Kaoh Tonsay/Rabbit Island. Not much to do here, but I enjoyed a day at the lovely beaches. It is possible to stay here in little bungalows and it seemed a more hotel-like resort was being constructed on the Southern part of the island.
 
Not sure if I would be able to make the journey from Kep to Koh Chang in one day, I decided to stay one night in Sihanoukville. I had hoped for an afternoon of exploring, but it turned out I had booked a non-existent hotel! It took a couple of hours of communication with chatbot, human and finally a very long phone call with hotels.com to get it sorted. I ended up in the newish SIHA hotel and casino. There was a decent amount of activity on Grindr including moneyboys/masseurs advertising their services. I made a non transactional hook up with a late twenties Chinese guy.
 
Bus trip back to Thailand was hot and dusty as the roads were unpaved for quite a long stretch. A lot of road building activity was going on, so I guess in a few years the trip will be a lot easier.

I absolutely loved Cambodia and hope to return in the not too distant future. I will probably explore more of the South along the coast next time, maybe in combination with a visit to Vietnam.

 

CEBU Trip Report – Part Ia (28 & 29 December 2024)
This is my active ongoing trip report for Cebu City in the Philippines.
I am in the Philippines for 62 days as part of my tax minimization plan, as discussed in this previous post:

The other objective is to see if I can find a retiree place that is similar to what I have back in Jomtien Thailand, in the Philippines.  Consequently, I will search for hirise condos that are on or near the beach with balconies with sea views – as is commonly found in Jomtien.  This will prove to be a difficult task as discussed further on in this trip report.
28 December 2024, in the afternoon, I leave Jomtien in the late afternoon for the Amari hotel via a new car service that Youtube blogger “Pete on Retreat”, my friend’s Thai girlfriend started, Koi Taxi, who drove me to the Amari hotel at Don Muang airport.  My Thai boyfriend was with me to say goodbye and many tears were shed as the car service pulled away. Fee was 1,800 baht.
My flight on 29 December was at 6:30 am, so I wanted to already be at the airport when I woke up at 3:30am the following day.  I chose this Amari hotel because it is physically connected with a pedestrian bridge that crosses the busy Don Muang Toll Way and puts you directly into the international departure area.  I did a test run (walk) before going to sleep – which allowed me to get a good night’s sleep for the journey to an unknown country for me.  The Amari is not cheap but convenient, I paid 4,237.20 baht for 1 night.
    
I chose the Cebu Pacific 6:35am flight, as it is a non-stop direct flight from Bangkok into Cebu (Mactan airport).  This is the only direct flight that I could find and only occurs 1 time per day at this very inconvenient departure hour.  The flight is only 4 hours with a 1 hour time zone change – with the Philippines being 1 hour earlier than Thailand.  Cost was around € 500 euro, as I wanted a flexible ticket with enough luggage allowance for a 62 day trip.
Flight was great and non-eventful arriving slightly ahead of schedule.  I collected my luggage and then headed towards the immigration control.  As I had already registered for my eTravel QR code (and printed it) back in Jomtien I was able to bypass the chaos that those passengers who had not yet done so had to do on their mobile phones.  I presented myself at the immigration desk and the lady was somewhat annoyed with me.  She said, Sir, you cannot stay for 62 days without a proper advance reserved visa.  I apologized and I explained to her that I was not aware of this requirement.  She then wanted to know my purpose for my visit and then agreed to give me the non-Visa maximum of 30 days, which she then stamped into my passport.  She told me that around day 29, I should go to the immigration office in Cebu City and ask for another 29 days ( this will give me 59 days in total – so I am not sure what I will need to do for the final 3 days ? ).
Then I went to collect my luggage and went to eat, as I needed to kill time, as my arrival time was way too early – as my AirBnB check-in time was for 2pm.  So, I ate slowly in some random Filipino restaurant and had my first Filipino meal – lots of rice, some weird pork things with some vegetables.  It was so-so and I was not impressed.
Important notation:  Back in Jomtien, I had already purchased an eSim with my preferred provider = , for which I paid $32 USD for 20GB of data for a 30 day validity. I have used them previously in Vietnam and I was happy with the service.  I activated my pre-purchased eSim while I was waiting for my luggage to arrive.  This allowed me to reserve a car and/or taxi via the  app. You need to remember that the eSim offered by Airolo does not include a local phone number, so you should preload the apps that you might want to use in the Philippines, PRIOR to arriving into the country, as they often require that you have a local phone number for SIM verification.  I found this out the hard way on 20 Jan 2025, when I tried to order a motorbike taxi via the Grab app – when Grab told me that I instead needed to install the Move It app , which allows you to order motorbike taxis.  Unfortunately, the local Philippine version of Grab does not include the Move It capabilities yet – even though Grab has bought Move It back in August 2022.  The only way that I can install the Move It app is if I agree to buy a physical local SIM card that would assign me a Philippine phone number.
Note that to find your pre-ordered Grab car/taxi it is not very clear where to go.  You should exit the Mactan airport international arrivals section and walk to the Domestic arrivals section and then walk past that building following the walkway towards the parking lots Arrival Bay C-1-C4 and then wait there for your car there.  Here is a guide with pictures prepared by Grab:

My Grab fee was 572 pesos (~$9.78 USD), not bad for the 45 minute ride from Mactan island into Cebu City. Below map displays the Airport and then my first AirBnB.

It is important to note that I have strategically decided to live in 3 different neighborhoods in the Cebu City metro area as follows:
2 are within Cebu City:
first in what is known as the CBP = Cebu Business Park, second in what is known as the Cebu IT Park. I am considering the above 2 places as my comparator to living within the city limits of Pattaya city from the point of view as an elderly retiree.
1 in Newtown on Mactan island – as my comparator to living in Jomtien from the point of view as an elderly retiree. As of the writing of this report, I have completed the first condo living in CBP, and now I am in day 5 of my second AirBnB condo living in the CEBU IT Park.
I arrived at the Cityscape Grand Tower and easily checked in with the ground floor security team into my “TINY” AirBnB on the 32nd floor (there are 34 floors in total).

The AirBnB owner gave me a digital entry on-the-condo-door keypad code.  After opening the door digitally, I was able to then fetch a physical electronic key from the table.  The condo was truly very small (it looked bigger on the AirBnB site – pics are below) but nicely done and had the prerequisite mini-balcony that overlooked the parts of Cebu city that are towards the sea waterway that separates Cebu City from Mactan island.  From the 32nd floor balcony it is possible to see the sea that is even beyond Mactan island as well as the planes landing and taking off at the Mactan airport.  The views were stunning.

Note that they built many hirise condominium buildings but without balconies – a true tragedy.  Consequently, to get a condo room with an external balcony was a true challenge.

I paid € 700 euros for 20 nights, at a rate of € 35 euros per night – not bad in my opinion to be located just 2 blocks outside of the CBP – Ayala mall + Avida condo residences complex.  My neighborhood was quite safe, where the only annoyance was the poverty that is on the edges of CBP – as my condo was 2 blocks outside, so I had to often encounter the poor begging families who send their children to play the sympathy card day after day.
Security is a serious activity both at the Cityscape Grand Tower as well as in the entire multiple block enclave of CBP – as it is well patrolled by private security details who are armed – which scares any potential trouble away.
I walked over to the nearby CBP Ayala mall, which is gigantic with 250,000 m2, whereas, Central Festival back in Pattaya has 200,000 m2.  I ate an early dinner and I went over to the giant 7 floor Metro store to buy towels to put down on my AirBnB condo mattress – to avoid getting in trouble with the owner (I am referring to a previous incident when massage oil contaminated the AirBnB mattress).
Exhausted from waking up at the crack of dawn, flying, checking in, buying sundries for the fridge it was time for a well deserved in-room massage.  I fired up the apps, as follows:
Grindr – has the most number of users, Heesay – second highest, Planet Romeo – third highest, Blowers – fourth highest, Hornet – in last place – very little activity – unlike back in Pattaya where it is often the number one app with the most available number of users. After chatting with many of the locals on Twitter (X) and in the above apps, I was told that there are also other modalities to meet the local guys, which are:
X – just announce your availability and people will DM you.  You need to be cognizant of the hash tags; #altercebu, #cebualter, #saunacebu, hire, masahista, #hilot. Or, you can use the above tags / search words and search for your type of desired situation.
Tinder – I have no experience with Tinder. Bumble – again, I have no experience with Bumble. Facebook groups – I performed a search for CEBU Gay FB messenger and Google returned many query hits.  As I don’t have FB, I could not utilize any of these. As soon as I entered into PlanetRomeo, a sexy manly masseur with a profile name like, “MasseurJerome” wrote to me and I invited him to my condo.  This being the Philippines, all visitors need to be registered with the downstairs condo security team.  I employed his services for 90 minutes for a fee of 3.000 pesos (~ $51 USD).  I found out later that this was on the high side for Cebu – but I was happy with his massage and the fun afters – as he was able to edge me very well.  Here in the Philippines the concepts of SIDE and EDGING are very well diffused within the various apps and English being one of their primary local languages (Tagalog, Visayan (Cebuano), and English).  I found that when they speak Cebuano, there are many common words with Spanish.

The theme song is forever burnt into my brain. Not that I mind, just reminds me that my happy places are nearby.

Day 5
 In the  morning unpleasant surprise – no water in the room. Luckily by time I finished breakfast and strolled around the  area water returned so I managed to spruce myself up , pack   little I had , left luggage on reception and at noon reported at Arena for massage session with Nuk . Muscular veteran there, it’s probably 7 or 8 years since I had my first session with him although he is not that old- started his career there early.
Great massage, again with full coverage, he is professional in what he does , that’s sure thing.
 Than walk to Silom Convent Garden, place I discovered in August located right beside Sauna Mania in soi Phipat. Room a was available , lots of storage  space and at least 20 hangers in the closed, microwave , even kitchen utensils but one substantial item absent – safety deposit box. I guess cheap rates mean something.
Did some shopping at 7/11 at end of the soi and at 4 pm welcomed N, freelance masseur. Since  I was just massaged we resolved to survey stamp collection instead. Great session , it was not our first meeting but today he seemed more active and more clingy than before. Absolute gem so my lucky streak continues.
 Rest of afternoon and early evening I spent in the room catching with forum , Line and e-mails. E-miel returned from his China trip  so we agreed to meet in soi 4  at 9.15 pm . We never meet before. Waiting for him in mouth of soi 4 I was accosted by Vietnamese looking freelancer, handsome face but very skinny. Fortunately as soon as I told him I’m waiting for my boyfriend gentleman beaming smile in my direction showed up and it was emiel indeed.   
Nice conversation over beer in Banana outside. I was shocked to discover that he never went to Moonlight but somehow we decided to check Jupiter instead. It was Wednesday and at 10 pm Jupiter was surprisingly empty . We got front row seats , usually reserved for visiting big tippers with pussies but for lack of those we got invited to seat there.  
Moment of arrival was great as first walkabout started soon. I tipped again very hunky performer recommended to me by one of our member  and again , the same like few days ago,  no acknowledging smile when he was across the scene on other side. I know I should pursue him  because of his looks but other half of me says , give yourself a break and save your money. Issue to be solved next trip I guess.
Then one of performers looked familiar. I was pretty sure I saw him among crew at Sabaidee Spa in Dec 2021, then one of my friends engaged him and got his Line which he shared with me and we even talk about meeting but couldn’t find agreeable time. Luckily for all those years I kept his Line.
Not sure he is  the guy , lets call him T , I  slipped red note into his hand when he was passing by and few seconds later , when he was on another side  of the scene I was rewarded with broad smile , rarity in Jupiter. Then we watched show and when at midnight was time to make moves I decide to invite my guy for a drink. Good sign was , he was clearly happy and reason was explained  by mamas an- it was his 1st day in the bar today.
Then I pulled my phone , showed him profile in question and yes, he confirmed it’s his. Finally , after 4 years  I had chance to hug such dreamed about hunk. Emile in meantime did not waste time and invited one of boys  for a drink as well.
It needs to be said that  at that time, post show ,  mood in the bar improved , sober , disinterested looks are gone and boys are behaving normally, friendly smiles , clicking glasses etc.
Neither emiel nor myself did not waste time, I asked my guy about  going with me , he sounded enthusiastic , no wonder , first day and off already, I’d be too. Soon two sets of us left bar. Since I have habit of feeding my overnighters I asked him if he is hungry. He was and modestly suggested Foodland – good sign and there , another good sign , he settled for ordinary rice with vegetables, nothing fancy so bill for two of us was not even 200.
 It's a bit of walk along Convent to hotel and only there I asked about Long Time , to which he agreed , I’d say matter of-factly. Quoted me hair rising  price  but still much less than I expected to hear so I agreed as it would be stupid to let such a chance to pass by over 1 or 2 thousands.
 Great body, great personality, good English, active and patient, I’d even say caring , whatever good can be said about ones off – he ticked all boxes. Even when we waked up and it was 11 am he did not make any move indicating he is in rush to leave like he knew  what is my pet peeve.   
I expected many things in life – to win lottery big , to become  famous politician, scientist , movie star, pope  and even  best street cleaner in whole Bangkok  but I never thought I will live long enough to say that my best off of the whole trip will be from Jupiter. It was never even close possibility but here I am !

Day 1
He was losing the battle. Talking  to him daily by video call on WhatsApp for last 3 weeks I could see him getting weaker and weaker and our talk was shorter and shorter. Even if he kept his mental faculties intact he was losing strength inch by inch. His last words I heard were ‘ thank you ‘ presumably unfinished ‘ thank you for a call “ . And then next morning message from wife “ he left us last night”.
Even if I’m quarter of world away I knew that I need attend his funeral , simply because I felt I owe it to him and his family I was so close to for that last 44 years. Fact that we were the same age  , to a month,  was kind of warning signal ‘ you are somewhere in the line man”.
Is not easy to get last minute decent prized flight but Guardian Angel was on my side I found one although requiring stay there over one week past funeral date, option I was not keen on for few reasons. Then moment of enlightenment came ‘ see if you can find something to Bangkok for that week”. After all I was to be half way there already.
An hour later I had a ticket for some obscure airlines, Pegasus and Air Arabia,  carry on up to 6 kg and food for purchase   only but price was right.  And since I travel light anyways it was not obstacle.
That way instead of January of 2027 or perhaps even 2029 I found myself  landing in Swampy mid Nov of 2024 via  Istanbul and Sharjah. For those who are curious about those dates -my August trip was  partially disappointing and I did not have any immediate plans to return any time soon as result.
But lets be honest , if one is stressed and want to get away from it all while looking for calm and consolation there’s no better place than Bangkok urban jungle , at least not for me.
Arrival at 4.30 pm was very convenient, immigration was a breeze, weather quite pleasant and rates in the exchange kiosks by the train station  quite digestible. It was already darkening when I walked from Sala Daeng to Red Planet, my hotel for first 2 nights.
Budget option but recent price raises of BKK hotels were substantial so I decided to look for cheaper options this time. Room was on smaller side but had all amenities  one needs, AC and safety deposit box were working , everything was clean and bathroom was of proper size, one can say almost as big as room itself. Only thing in short supply is place to hang your stuff , only 3 hangers provided but since I travel light , I managed anyways.
Best thing about Red Planet is discretion. Reception is on 2nd floor so it means when coming to the room alone or with somebody one bypasses it entirely, the same like in Raya. No breakfast provided but on ground floor facing street there’s  7/11 and walk to Foodland is not that long.
At 9 to Foodland to eat something , soon reader  showed up since I reported to him my arrival  from the train .
After sharing news we parted ways and I went to Hot Male but S was sitting with somebody who looked is serious about offing him but was nice enough to allow him to come and shake hands.
Seeing that I don’t source any consolation there after finishing my beer I went to Jupiter , at mouth of soi enthusiastically greeted by Guido, owner of G’Bangkok restaurant  and both barkers from Banana across the soi.
At Jupiter I wanted to check one guy  strongly recommended to me by one of our members and I spotted  him immediately , impressive indeed and 127.48 % of my type. Soon there was walkabout so I gave him red note but during second walk he did not even look at my side so I abandoned  an idea of approaching him tonight. I have my rules but it needs to be said , he impressed me indeed so no hard feelings.
Modern technology helped as my phone buzzed. Hoping it was S I went to bathroom and indeed it was him saying he is free already. Soon we met in Foodland and after a meal we walked to Red Planet. On corner of soi 6 K from Tawan eyed me and asked for a tip so I gave red note to him resolving at the same time to skip that bar this trip entirely.
S is rock sold quality and performance so indeed he was somebody I needed to be with after such sad last several days. He noticed I’m in different mood and tried to be as romantic and gentle as he could and it worked. This trip started well, very well I’d say.

I'd give him easily 150%, he got all he wanted but also made sure I got what I liked. Not greedy and not rushy. If he stays that way he can dump on me all verbal abuse he wants ,specially that he is right,   lol 

hi guys.. i am ash.. from INDIA. This is my 4th visit to pattaya and 1st time i came alone here to explore more naughty things. I reached BKK airport at 9.30am on 25th october. as there is no visa policy for INDIANS just done direct immigration and came out. Grab taxi cost me 1500 thai baht to pattaya Sunshine hotel. Sunshine hotel is cheap( 750 babt per day for total 4 days) and best for solo travel. They given me room at 2pm afternoon even though check in time is at 3pm.

TO PATTAYA FOR SOME DAYS 
To get from my hotel in Bangkok to Pattaya I used the service of Thelimopattaya. Previous years I always used Mike Taxi but as I read on this forum stories about them turning up late or not at all, I decided to go for another company with which other forum members had good expierence. And I agree with them. Friendly driver arrived on time at my hotel and the car was clean and comfortable. The drive to pattaya took a bit more time than normal, because of heavy rainfall. But better safe than fast.

I've detailed my encounters at places like Fresh Boys, Good Boy, Dreamboys, Hot Male, and 9-Teen during August 1st-5th 2024.

AIRPORT 
I got out of the airport, and it was time to negotiate with the cab driver. I checked out Grab, and it said it should be 350 to the hotel or 550 for a premium car, so I used that as a base for the cab. The guy quoted me 700, so I countered with 450. In the end, we settled at 550, which I guess is okay.

The sad thing was I saw a boy I wanted when I walked in, but I didn't see him again for 40 minutes. Many seemed not to be Thai (the mamasan told me this). DREAMBOYS
I went there at 9 o'clock and, there were 8 boys on stage, so I asked, and they just told me I was too early. I had never been to one of these bars this early before, but I really wanted to avoid a show. So I left and came back at 11. Of course, all the boys were sitting outside waiting for the show to be over. It was kind of a big cock show, but the boys were gyrating around wearing Covid masks. I liked the layout of this place because the stage is sufficiently elevated, and there is a good amount of seating. But then, at about 10 past 11, there was a pretty long lull in the show in which the stage was empty while some music played. This was worse than having to watch the show. At least 3 customers left as we waited. About 15 minutes past, a drag queen started. Maybe this is the norm, but all the other shows had been tight.
 
Afterward, the boys came to the stage. The first thing I noticed is that they are more full-bodied than the other two bars. More stocky and muscled. About 30 boys. One thing I noticed was that the boys didn’t really wave or flirt with the audience, probably because the stage was more elevated and brighter lit than most places I’ve been. Maybe the guys can’t make eye contact with customers well. But I really like a boy who shows interest. Maybe it was for that reason that none of them caught my eye. I ended up leaving and going back to Good Boy to get the other guy who caught my eye the day before.

We went inside, and it was very clean but a little dark. We went up a lot of stairs. At least 4 floors, but it seemed like 5 floors. The room was very nice and had a shower with a toilet. I was worried about this because the last spa I went to had a shared bathroom at the end of a hallway and I found it very uncomfortable. Oh yeah, the boy. As soon as I paid, there was a guy standing behind me who told me he would take care of me. He wasn’t bad. He was tall-ish, maybe 5’10”, and not super skinny. Back to the room, neither massage, the Thai or oil, was particularly good. The guy tried, but it was just fine at best. The pants they gave me to wear were uncomfortable, so I had taken them off and was under a towel. During this part, the guy lightly moved my dick to one side or the other and generally petting it a bit each time. These strokes became more frequent as we moved through the oil massage. The massage finished, and I was on my back and hard, so I asked him to jerk me off. He asked for 1000 baht, and I agreed.
 

Spent a few weeks in Manila and Boracay. This section isn’t very active, so thought I’d type up a quick report.
Stayed in Makati in Manila, near the red light district. I would avoid this area. It’s very congested with traffic and filled with people asking for money and trying to sell you viagra and cialis on the streets. It’s not dangerous, but a stark difference when compared to BGC. Public transit is poor in the city so you will be taking Grab a lot. Walking is harder than in other Asian countries due. The traffic flow made more sense in Vietnam than here, for example. Sometimes the traffic light would be red, yet a traffic attendant would still be directing traffic to keep moving, even as a group of pedestrians tried to cross on a walk signal. It literally makes no sense, so don’t try and comprehend it. There is no “rule.” Even motorcycle drivers seem less capable of navigating around pedestrians as compared to Vietnam, where as long as you keep a steady pace, you can cross even the busiest streets.
Most hotels have security/doormen. If you invite anyone over, they will often take the ID of your guest and register them in a log book. When the guest leaves, you will be checked on and made sure you’re okay before the guest is allowed to leave. You can get past this by walking your guest in and out, but if you are nervous of people knowing your business, keep in mind that it’s impossible to be discreet.
I used Grindr only while here. It’s very active. In Makati, there were tons of profiles less than 500m away.
If you are white, you will get 50 messages per day or more. the typical conversation goes like “Hello, where are you staying? What are you doing? Can I come now?”
They don’t ask for photos or nudes or talk for long. If you’re white, they want you regardless of age or weight or dick size or sex position. Almost everyone is a “top.”
The men are… well, not my type. When compared to other Asian countries, the men on the apps are young and cute-faced, with either thin bodies or chubby bodies. While I have no qualms with paying, I found it hilarious the guys offering these services. Often they were quite ugly, older, or very chubby. 
As someone who pays for big dicks or muscular builds, I could not find either for free OR paid. 200+ unique profiles messaged me, so it wasn’t due to lack of options.
Many men are discreet here. They will either have no photo, a photo of scenery, an older photo from 10 years ago, or bad photos of themselves. Many times you will ask for nudes and they say “I don’t have.” You have a phone, right? Instead they will push you to come immediately. Avoid these encounters.
If you invite someone over, expect them to stay a while, or try. Expect questions like “do you have a boyfriend?” Or “can we be boyfriends?” Within minutes of meeting. If you have sex, it’s not uncommon for them to say they love you.
If they message you, be upfront about not being interested, otherwise they will continuously message you every single day, and sometimes even find your social media profiles and reach out there.
I did not see a lot of foreigners in Manila. Many said they go to the islands.
In Boracay though, it was the exact same. Many say the options are better here. This was not the case.
While some of the locals are quite hot, dark skinned, lean and somewhat muscular, a little rough around the edges, these are the straight boat men. On the apps, it’s the same. Chubby, or older, or very young, and clingy. 
The beaches are beautiful and you don’t get harassed as much as other beach destinations, but this country is not one I’d go to for sex.
Unless you are looking for smaller dicks, boys that will cling to you like you’re a trophy, and headaches, I’d say this is not your place.
 

Day 2
