How terrible the deaths of our brothers and sisters  in France are....so different to the hundreds of thousands of brown-skinned people we killed in Iraq and more recently, Libya. 

I had my left-arm sleeve done by Tom at BKK Ink on Tanao Road in Bangkok last November. Would recommend the studio, they also have several other guys who work there whose work looks good too (even a couple who kept my eyes occupied while getting the work done ). Will be getting my other lower-arm done on my next trip this November. Haha, just wish my arms were in better shape!!

Here is a link to an updated (and slightly simplified) chart of some of the more significant BKK massage shops.  In the chart there is a link "Map" to a google map with their locations.  Some I haven't been to yet, or haven't been to in a few years, so I don't have anything to report on.  Others I may have only been to once and if I had a less than stellar experience I've just left it blank rather than base my opinion on one dud.
 
There are, of course, many more M4M massage shops in Bangkok, but I've limited myself to the ones that are clearly massage-with-extras shops.  Usually, but not always the pricing is pretty explicit - house fee and stated minimum tip.  I've also limited the scope, for the most part, to shops that advertise one way or another to the farang crowd.  
 
Just as there are those who like Tawan Bar and those who don't, there are those who strongly prefer picking from a lineup and those who are ok with making a selection from pictures of who is available or on-call.  I would encourage people to try both. 
 
For shorter term visits I understand the thrill of trying a broad a sample, and Bangkok is a wonderful buffet for these purposes, but the benefits of having a "regular" (or two or three or four) that you like  and visit repeatedly really should not be underestimated.

I'm different. I stand by my principles, and for the few cases I encountered lazy and demanding boys, I relish the memories of showing them their place. And it is indeed that combination "lazy and demanding", a boy who is just lazy but not demanding, I would send him away with standard tip or a bit less; and a boy who is good in bed and demanding, I would tip him more than average because I want to see him again. But lazy and demanding shall not be encouraged by ChristianPFC by caving in to unwarranted money requests.

One more “Walking ATM” incident that I had no place to report. In September last year (2013), I went to Fake Pub (near Chatuchak Market currently 2016 in Ratchada). It was packed, there were few other Farang and few cute boys. One of the cute boys was smiling at me and invited me to his table. He was dancing in front of me and grabbing my crotch. I was thinking feverishly if I would go with him, because seeing him from close he was not that attractive any more.
 
Finally he asked me if I would contribute some money for their drinks. Now that got my brain spinning at highest speed. Money for drinks for a boy with whom I would not go to my room after disco? Maybe 100 or 200 Baht, for the sake of Thai-German friendship. While I was still thinking, he bursted out: “1000 Baht?”. “Sorry, cannot.” Thereupon the impression on his face changed: “Just go!” and he handed my my bottle of beer that I had put on their table. Made my day and I am still chuckling when I think back about this sudden change.

My second visit to Bangkok this year and I decided to visit a couple of places highlighted by some members of the forum- so a grateful thanks to you for trip reports.
 
A member mentioned Oasis Spa, opposite the Bangkok Nursing Hospital, so I thought I'd try it out as it was near my hotel..
 
I opted for a 2 hour combination oil and foot massage, as an antidote to jet lag. I asked the masseur to make sure I didn't fall asleep, which he dutifully did whenever I appear to have dozed off. Both massages were excellent, and it seemed that nothing else was going to happen , and actually I would have felt quite content if it hadn't. However, I was pretty aroused by the end and when he suggested more was on offer I took his kind a encouragement and so we ended the session both naked on the table for a joint finish.
 
Nice facilities and staff.
 
After a short nap and some food, I ventured to a place I wouldn't have found without this forum: Nature boy.
 
As the only customer, I had the undivided attention of both boys on duty at that time (maybe 8pm), and subsequently a third, all of us removing our underwear at one point for a joint session in the bar. Never done anything like this before, such is my sheltered life. I think I'd have found it better if I wasn't concerned at the possibility of someone else just walking into the bar, nonetheless a good time was had by all.
 
After a brief stop at Dick's, I decided a foot massage was in order at Mantra, just over the road from the infamous sois. This proved an unexpectedly rewarding experience back in April, and I'm pleased to say the place delivered again. On the whole, I think I enjoy the will it/won't it happen suspense at these smaller places than the more organised (and expensive) massage places designed exclusively for men.
 
On the way back to the Hotel, I was enticed into Tawan, also a first for me. Much of the show I could take or leave to be honest, but at least the jerk off bit is unique to anything I've seen in a previous bar. I rather admire the ability to do that to order and in pubic as I'm not sure I could.
 
Finally heading back to the hotel, I passed a small massage place in silom soi 3 with an absolute stunner of a guy outside. Despite my exertions today, I was surely tempted, but after a bit of encouraging eye contact decided I wouldn't get the full value out of it. But I will return to Bangkok in a couple of weeks, and I'll try it out and let you know what it's called.

well I got mine from the Bangkok Christian Hospital for free, but that's because I went there anyway because of something else and asked for it. They just gave it to me at no extra cost from the bill I got for the other things. I would think it won't be expensive there.
 
Alternatively, go to www.sathornclinic.com, the gay doctor that has been mentioned here somehwere a few times. Very small clinic (or rather really a doctor's practice) and nice people and doctor. They now have two branches, one on Suan Phlu and the other conveniently right on Silom next to Noodi's, adjacent to the small soi where G.O.D. is.

I certainly do not feel that I go to Thailand and pay for sex to “not settle for less”. I find white guys more attractive than Asians (not by much tho), which explains why my BF is white and close to my age. We met when he was 26, when he was a tall lean twink then. Now he is more muscular and a little bit more mature (at 34) but I find him more attractive now than in his mid-20s. So if I was going to “not settle for less”, then I guess I would have to troll around the college campuses on Grindr, or go to Prague or Rio De Janeiro to rent my knight in shining white armor. But I choose to go to Thailand because of the overall scene. The weather, the beaches, the food, the overall mood, and yes, the beautiful boys, free or not, all add up to my idea of paradise. If it was just sex for me, I would just stay here in Los Angeles. But I always find myself going back to Thailand for more.
