Back from Laos... the place is amazing... however prices are on the high side... probably because most of the foodstuffs were imported!
 
But I will definitely be back there in future!

Day 5.9: Goodnight, Cambodia
 
So you would think I’d be set with my boy selection in Siem Reap. I brought Cambodia Boy (CB), my handsome long-time money boy friend, and his best friends Fit Khmer (FK), the cute and lean muscular spontaneous sexy guy, and Gorgeous Khmer (GK) the passionate, gorgeous and equally sexy boy, with me to Siem Reap. One would think that any or all combinations of being with these three would be enough for me. If it were just only about sex, I’ll be set.
 
But its really more than just sex for me. Its about the experience. If it was just about sex, I would just stay home and find anonymous sex on Grindr, or once in a while get some from my BF. What I seek here is the experience. The main draw for me to come here as often as I do is the sex industry, be it as big and as brash as the one in Thailand, or the smaller, developing one in Cambodia. In the process I am blessed to meet characters like CB, and forever changed, for the better.
 
And I am the boy who doesn’t say no. I am the same way at work, that’s why I am successful in my job. I will find a way to do everything asked of me at work. And here, the mere mention of offing someone that night, at a country that has less cut-and-dry rules with offing boys than in Thailand, makes me interested. Not horny yet. We will see. I got horny when offing that Space Hair guy in Phnom Penh, so I'm sure one whiff of a new sexy boy will start my engines.
 
I go back to the room and take my portable battery to charge my phone. We then walk to Station Bar, going by Pub Street along the way. It rained earlier so the streets were wet and puddles have formed in the washed out areas of the sidewalk. If you pay attention, you can see how under-maintained the roads and sidewalks are in Cambodia. As the country develops, they would have to step up their efforts in maintaining the streets. Right now a lot of weaving and avoiding was done by me and the boys as we go through the streets of Siem Reap.
 
We get to Station Bar close to 10 PM, and our seats from last night were taken. There were more customers tonight. We sit on the couches further into the bar, and thankfully they were still good seats. I plug in my phone and turn it on. I see some messages from Sareth. I reply, and tell him we are now in Station Bar. I get a response asking if the place had many customers. I reply probably about 15-20. He asks me if any of the customers were cute. I tell him the dancers and waiters were, but not sure about the others. Then a party of 6 chinese tourists, 3 pairs of couples, male and female, came in. I tell Sareth that the guys in that party were cute. He asks me to take photos. I try my best but it was too dark in the bar.
 
The show starts and the numbers were a little bit different. Same formula of lip-syncing lady boys and guys, expertly choreographed dance numbers, all done with a lot of energy that gets everyone into it. I check out the dancers and the wait staff. I would say it was 50-50 for me. Half of them I considered hot and I could imagine sleeping with them. There was one dancer I like very much. And the waiter that was serving me my rum and coke was very very handsome.
 
Okay, so here’s where I grow a conscience. I am unsure of outing anyone in this bar as money boys. Its different when there are certain boys that are very popular and get discussed here in the forums (like the Tawan boys for example), but when it comes to boys that are fairly anonymous in a bar, I try to protect their identity so they won’t be harassed. I feel like this about Thailand money boys. Since Cambodia bars do not have set “offing rules” like Thailand (i.e. go to a bar, buy a drink/cover, pick a boy for short time or long time, pay the bar an off fee, tip the boy for his services), I feel that not all the people in a bar do it with customers for money. 
 
Prostitution in Cambodia is illegal, but prevalent, like Thailand. But I know in Thailand, bars pay “tea money” to be able to continue to subvert the law. I am not sure of the system in Cambodia, if there is any. If the bar doesn’t do it, I don’t want to expose any individual at a bar to be breaking the law, or be subject to unnecessary harassment. In my Phnom Penh posts, I changed my description of MilGuy enough so that he cannot be identified in Space Hair. From what I understand, the bar itself (Space Hair and others) do not sanction the offing, so just because a boy is in that bar doesn't mean he is offable. Maybe I am being overly cautious, but this is how I want things to be in my reports. Most people here are probably more comfortable in identifying the boys they off, and usually no trouble comes from it. I hope.
 
Anyway, enough with the disclaimers. I zero in on a boy I thought would be good to off. He might be one of the dancers or one of the waiters, but lets call him Station Boy (SBoy). SBoy was busy working during the 10 PM show, and with the place semi-packed, it was hard to make anything happen. The show was similar to last night’s, with a few songs changed. Same quality of entertainment still: the lip syncing was done expertly, the choreography professional and was expertly executed, and the talent entertaining and attractive (the boys and the ladyboys). The drinks were really good, and getting a refill was done pretty quickly. The boys were paying attention to the numbers, and were drinking pretty happily. I think they were expecting to drink a lot tonight.
 
I pull CB aside and tell him I liked SBoy, and pointed him out to CB. CB confirms to me if I wanted to off the boy. I said maybe, just maybe talk to him to see if he was OK. CB tells FK and GK my choice. They start talking for a bit, maybe strategizing or deciding if indeed the boy was offable. The show goes on without anything happening except for the excellent show. Then it was almost 11 PM and the show ends. The boys order another round of drinks and I do the same. We talk for a bit about the numbers we saw and the songs that were sung, and just enjoy our drinks.
 
CB set his plan into motion. He calls on a waiter that was closest to us and talks to him in Khmer. After a few exchanges, the waiter gets SBoy. After a few minutes SBoy goes to our corner and sits down next to CB. The boys talk to him for a while, and then CB introduced me to SBoy. SBoy talks to me in Khmer but the boys correct him. He asks me for my name in English and also asks me where I am from. SBoy turns to the boys and speaks to them more in Khmer. I let them do this for a while, seeing as there may be a few things they have to talk about. They laugh a few times and CB and FK mostly do the talking, with GK and SBoy listening on. CB squeezes my hand once in a while. And then CB asks SBoy some questions and SBoy replies in Khmer still. A few of these exchanges and SBoy takes out his cellphone, turns on his screen and gives it to CB. CB keys in his contacts in Line (?) and gives it back to SBoy. He nods at my direction as he leaves.
 
I ask CB what happened. CB tells me that SBoy had to get back to work for a while, but he has CB’s contacts. He says he can join us later. He told SBoy we were going to Temple Club after this to drink some more. I ask CB if he asked SBoy about my wish to off him. CB said he wasn’t sure about that yet, but he says that he has a good feeling about him. We stay in the bar for 10 more minutes until our drinks were finished.
 
I pay up ($30 or so) and we leave the bar. We head to Pub Street and see that the street was busy like last night. We get to Temple Club and it was a little bit less packed than last night. After going around the bar, we found an actual table that was unoccupied.  The table was somewhat in a corner and fairly close to the dance floor. The boys quickly descend on it and we sit down and get ready to drink some more. We get a menu and I ask the boys if they wanted to get drunk tonight. The answer was a resounding “YES!” from everyone. Jomtien boys, still want to drink. We agree on getting a pitcher of the Long Island Iced Tea, and a pitcher of Angkor beer. I can’t joke around with these boys, pitchers were the only way to go.
 
We get eight glasses, two for each boy and for each drink. CB pours me some Long Island because he knows how much I like it. FK distributed the beers to everyone’s glasses and we all raise a glass and toast to the night, and the week. It was definitely an action packed week and now, it was almost over. It went by so fast.
 
It was kind of hard to talk in the bar as the music was so loud. The boys were almost shouting as they tried to talk to me, and each other in Khmer. Sometimes one or all would stand up and dance to the beat. There was a moment where CB and GK were dancing to the beat, and FK and I were sitting down looking at both of them a the dance. He sits closer and puts his arm around me to pull me close. He asks me when I will go to Pattaya next. I tell him I don’t know for sure, but I will let CB know. FK tells me to let him know as well. He tells me he is going to give me his Line when we get back to the hotel. He tells me he wants to see me again. He then kisses me, in Temple Club. I return it with enthusiasm. Noone seems to mind in the club, including CB.
 
It was 12:30 PM when CB gets a call on his phone. It was SBoy, telling CB he was coming over to Temple Club. CB tells me. I almost forgot that SBoy was coming, or existed. I got up and danced with CB for a bit. GK and FK sat down to get more drinks. The beer pitcher was now empty, and the Long Island pitcher was almost done as well. We were all thirsty tonight. I tell CB to order more drinks so he gets another pitcher of beer and Long Islands, as well as more glasses for SBoy. There was another boy coming and he will be needing drinks.
 
After a few minutes we see SBoy looking for us in the club. FK bolts and fetches him. He was wearing different, more trendy clothes. He greets everyone and sits beside me. He asks for my name again and shakes my hand. The new pitchers and glasses come and FK serves SBoy some. SBoy says something in Khmer. Everyone is sitting down to welcome the newcomer. After a few words in Khmer, the boys switch to English to include me in the conversation. Not much conversation to be had of course, because of the music.
 
At some point the boys get up to dance in front of us. It was clear everyone had a lot to drink now. Everyone was more giggly and more playful. I was feellng a bit tipsy myself. SBoy was pleasant enough. He was very handsome, his hair styled very trendy, and his cologne smelled great and suited him. He was my type, young, tall and lean muscular. I was close to him but I wasn’t really excited to be close to him. I was more interested in the fun the other boys were having. It was nice to be in the presence of a new sexy boy but somehow the three Khmer wonders were occupying my brain right now.
 
Some more dancing, a drinking game, and multiple drinks later, it was now 1:30 AM. CB pulls me aside and asks me “What is happening now?” I tell him I just wanted to back to the hotel with him and his friends and call it a night. He was puzzled by this. “You sure?” I say yes. I wasn’t really feeling it. “He can go room with you. I know.” Yes but I am OK. I think we can just go home because I have a flight tomorrow. CB says OK. He whispers some words to FK and GK.
 
Pretty soon all the pitchers were empty and I ask for a bottled water. All night I was trying let the boys drink most of the alcohol because I didn’t want to get a hangover tomorrow. Still, I had a lot to drink. I ask CB to get the bill. When SBoy goes to the toilet, I ask CB if I need to tip SBoy. He says it was up to me. I told him I will give him $5. He said it was fine. I down the whole bottled water and SBoy comes back. CB tells him, in Khmer, that we were going home. I hand him $5 and he thanks me. He asks me if I wanted him to go back to the hotel room with them. I tell him no, without hesitation. He hugs me and waves goodbye to the boys. I pay about $32 for the pitchers and water.
 
Not quite the ending I thought the night would have. Maybe on a different night, if I was staying for another day, if I wasn’t accompanied by these dynamic boys, SBoy would’ve gone home with me and we would have had a nice time together. Right now, all I wanted was to go back to the hotel and call it a night.
 
We get to the hotel and get our keys and head back to the room. It was past 2 AM. I had to be up by 7 AM. CB knew this and instructed the boys to shower quickly and get to bed. FK and GK shower together and CB and I don’t even shower. CB and I both strip to our underwear and lay in bed.
 
Eventually, GK emerges from the bathroom in a towel and puts on underwear and lies down on the single bed to sleep. FK then finishes and was in a towel as well. He puts on boxer briefs and sits down on our queen bed. He asks me if he can join me and CB in bed. I say sure and look at CB, who was already asleep. I try to move CB more to his side to create more room for FK, and I occupy the center of the bed. FK turns off all the lights and then slips into the other side of the bed and lays down. FK immediately hugs and spoons me. He kisses my neck and face and says “Good night.”
 
It was a tight fit in the bed, but I was drunk and tired and didn’t care. I was the meat in a Khmer sandwich. Good night Cambodia.
