Not confusing really because Soi 4 is not closing -- this year at least and probably not soon after. Whatever anybody tells you, the leases on soi4 are renewed annually and ALWAYS have been with no guarantee for the following year.

How about this for a rumour ----- Fresh Boys (Twilight) moving to Soi 4.?
