You have started something, FourAces. The Desert Sun took your lead, and posted this pic of JFK visiting Ike in Palm Springs in March, 1962.

EXPAT has long since passed me by, and then zipped right past Tampa Yankee. But now Totally Oz is at my heels. Now I wonder if even hitoallusa will pass me by. But that Bibottom boy no longer seems to be in the running. But, I suggest that you click on "The Most Liked Content" for a quick sex fix: http://www.boytoy.com/forums/index.php?/best-content/ EXPAT 583Joined 04-August 06 Members · 5,875 posts TampaYankee 93Joined 05-January 06 Administrators · 5,838 posts[*] Lucky 76Joined 27-January 06 Members · 4,742 posts[*] TotallyOz 218Joined 05-January 06 Administrators · 4,723 posts[*] hitoallusa 77Joined 31-December 08 Members · 2,906 posts[*] BiBottomBoy 2Joined 12-August 08 Members · 2,874 posts[*] AdamSmith 124Joined 06-January 06 Members · 2,848 posts

I appreciate the minimizing of the flirt site at the top. When I first came to boytoy.com, I saw pictures of boys having sex, including rimming, on the opening page. I am not opposed to pix like that, but I was sitting in an airport restaurant and was not prepared for such. Those pix, too, are gone, and I find using the site in a public setting more comfortable. I don't (didn't) use the Flirt4Free site, but I did buy some DVDs from the link on maleescortreview, and found the service to be good, even if the movies weren't always so good. But that part was my choice...I only bought the ones on sale!

The Wall Street Journal's editorial board, long one of the most conservative in American media, asks conservatives today: How many more Tuesdays like this one they'd care to repeat? Citing the anti-immigrant rhetoric of the Romney campaign, and his loss of Hispanic votes that even George Bush won, the Journal says that the "free movement of labor is a central component of economic growth. Yet is has become near-orthodoxy among conservatives to denounce every attempt at immigration reform as a form of 'amnesty." "But the right response isn't mass deportaton- as politically infeasbile as it is morally repulsive. It's a rational, humane, bipartisan reform that broadens the avenues to legal immigration, both for those abroad and those already here." So, perhaps one step forward for immigrants, who the Journal does expect to vote Republican!

California voters don't seem to want to know when their food has been genetically altered. That's a surprise. Final results are still not in...

It's not looking good for Prop 34, the measure to ban the death penalty. Polls have consistently shown that the public favors the death penalty, so I don't know why they didn't try to fight a smaller battle and try to add more restrictions as to when the penalty can be used. Surely no one favors giving the death penalty to people who were juveniles at the time of the crime. I think that if they required a standard of beyond any doubt that few deaths would be sanctioned and those that were would be very deserving. California voters do look to be restricting the three strikes law to require the third strike to be a violent crime. As it is, a person could get life for stealing a pack of cigarettes if he had two serious priors. Not right, and I am glad to see it changed. I voted against the effort to extend penalties of human trafficikng because the measure required other restricitons that are just not right. But it looks like I am on the losing side there.

Lookin, you will be pleased (well, maybe) that I also support Prop 30 and oppose prop 32. You will not be so pleased to know that I support the death penalty, although I abhor the way it is conducted and the process which is abused. But I do believe that there are crimes so heinous and criminals so evil that society only gains by putting them to death. For me, the death penalty would be exceptionally rare because I would require proof beyond any doubt, but once that burden has been met, sayonara. No long delays, just execute.

Back in the old days, a poster was giving some good dvice on this topic. Can't remember his name now, but it should be in this thread: http://www.boytoy.com/forums/index.php?/topic/8451-hulu/page__hl__roku#entry47024

Currently, I am reading Telegraph Avenue, by Michael Chabon. It's very colorful, descriptive, and as of yet, not particularly interesting. But then, I have read only 100 pages. Many of the Amazon reviews acknowledge that it is a hard read, especially the first 100 pages, so I am hoping it will get more enjoyable to read.

Is there really any mystery as to what the guy looks like naked? Is it only the look of his cock that is up for debate? Having seen thousands of cocks, I just can't imagine his being so different that it would be a surprise.

I would like to know what argument(s) you muster against coming out? I, too, debated for years on this, and finally came out. After I did, I wished I had done it so much sooner. Obviously, your experience is yours, but what is holding back a full coming out, if I may ask?

When the website goes down, will it rise again as boytoy.com???

Thanks for the reports, firecat and Totally oz. I am enjoying your time in Thailand, just not as much as you are!

In the Daily News, that is. Today's NY Daily News had a couple of hot pictures: And, for some reason, they found space to repeat the Prince Harry photos!

"Just to point out that rights that have been attained over the last four decades can disappear in one decade when six conservative old white men are sitting on the court -- maybe even five." All of the Justices who might be expecte4d to vote with Scalia were appointed by Republican presidents. This is something that gay Republicans seem blind to. I simply don't understand how gay men can support people who will act adversely to their interests once in office.

The other day MCamp treated us to a bromide that he had apparently taken out of a fortune cookie: The ugliness of one’s soul is commonly revealed by the act of public betrayal against another’s private entrustment. And now today he is Dr. MCamp, diagnosing fellow posters with his deep training and extended education on psychological disorders. Either that or he lifted the whole remark from Wikipedia and claimed it as his own writing. Escorts aren't supposed to do that! They could get in trouble for plagiarism. See the Wikipedia entry for yourself: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Narcissistic_personality_disorder

Thanks, hitoalluse. My friend started therapy last week, and our hopes are up because this is something he really needs.

Not directly connected with this post, (but where else should I put it?I I recommend a novel I read recently titled the Headmaster's Wager. The setting is in Saigon before and during the war, and is fascinating. The headmaster is Chinese, and the nature of his school, teaching English, brings him into contact with all sorts of interesting characters. The author is Vincent Lam. http://bookpeopleblog.wordpress.com/2012/08/27/bookpeople-review-the-headmasters-wager/

I compared his enthusiasm and performance with other masseurs that I have been with and found him lacking.

Totally Oz gives good advice. My massage at Hero was a disappointment, but I did not ask the mamasan for information first. I went simply on looks, and got a straight guy who was bored all the way. Picking a guy at a massage parlor in Thailand is both fun and awkward. When you enter many places, the boys stop playing pool or whatever they were doing, and line up. As you look at them, they are also looking at you. They can't speak, so some use eyes and mouths to garner your interest. You ultimately have to disappoint all of them but one, but there never seem to be any hard feelings. And the one you picked is usually quite happy.

It does appear that I erred in thinking that Adam Smith's heaven remark was directed at me, and I accept responsibility for the error. But the other error is Adam Smith thinking this thread was about him. We use the message boards for a variety of reasons, often to vent. I have a situation with a friend and I came here to vent on that, knowing that he doesn't even know this site exists. Little did I think Adam Smith would jump in and claim I was writing about him. If he really thought so, he could have simply asked rather than assume. I had already made it clear to him that I had no interest in being part of his recovery, so it surprises me that he would then think I would write about it here. So I am done with the topic. I feel my comfort in coming here to vent on something that bothered me has been unfairly abridged.

I see, it was a dig for dig, and Adam couldn't be bothered to post his own dig: AS to me: I begin to suspect the only place where you will enjoy sex is in the afterlife. Addict behavior is often self-serving, manipulative, and ego-centric, not to mention deceitful.. As much as we hope the addict can move on to recovery, those of us with experience with addicts refuse to get pulled into their games. Adam Smith is playing a game both here and in private messages, and I will not participate further. If that displeases you, Mcamp, I will be hurt for all of three seconds.

I have no desire to continue this, but surely you are pulling my leg. Please direct me to the post wherein I said that.
