Well, looking at some of the young soldiers in the Independence Day parade, the quality is superb.

Living on an island in the Puget Sound. 24/7 access to a gym, MTB and road biking, hiking and running. Covid has virtually disappeared. Happiest and fittest I’ve been in years.

I haven't been to my gym in months, but I do have a personal trainer who comes over 3 times a week. masks up and socially distances. 
Today, we did pyramids with single arm clean and push press of a 12kg kettlebell. He does one set (right then left), I do one. You count up to 10 and back down for a full set of 100 reps on each side, so 200x12kg adds up to a fair bit of exercise. The trade off gives you a bit of breathing room, but you're still a sweaty mess when you're done (and not the good kind of sweaty mess).
I've learned so much about ways in which you can suffer working with a personal trainer, but man, It feels good to feel good so I keep at it. If only I'd done this decades ago, I could have been a serious hottie instead of a deluded old bald guy!

I got another opportunity to check out Espaco Lagoa before heading to southern Brazil with the BF. It was a somewhat chilly day in Sao Paulo, but I was lucky to have skipped the cold temps that visited the city days before. Still, it was still cool weather, so I decided to visit the Frei Caneca shopping mall to have a cup of coffee.
The good thing about the Frei Caneca shopping mall is that it is pretty close to Espaco Lagoa. There is probably a reason for the closeness.  The walk from the mall to the sauna, you will encounter the unofficial gay street of Rua Frei Caneca, the gay hotel, and other gay locations. So its always an interesting time to see the patrons of this mall. You will see various gay people loitering, checking each other out. I agree with @caeron on the length of the visit. I’ve been to Kyiv twice, both times around Independence Day, 24 August. It’s full of very cute, lean boys, although there’s not a pride flag to be seen. The Chernobyl tour was excellent in 2018. This year I visited a decommissioned ICBM base about 3 hours SW of Kyiv. This week, the "Organ" thread was recreated a few times which I thought odd from a new member. So, I started thinking. It wasn't until today when I started look back into time and pulling IP's that I realized they were all the same person. Holy Shit! Who has time to do that?

As things are now (the Coronavirus-19) -- I might make a concerted effort to attend my first Palm Springs festivities in 2021.  ...have always wanted to attend but not alone.  Might be able to encourage my good friend in Southern California who's attended previously to go with me.
