Does anyone have any experience at Ukraine? I'm going in 2 months. Looks like Planetromeo has quite a few hotties there, but not sure they are real or a trap to be robbed/extorted. Any information would be appreciated. 

How was your trip? mine was very dry and i had no luck, planetromeo boys all let me down, some with attitude. I have to go back in a month so if you have any better info please let me know. Thanks.

You could try qguys.ru and bluesystem.org, they seem to be much more popular there, and there are options like "escort" and "looking for a permanent sponsor". For example, there are some 50+ escort profiles with photo of guys younger than 26 who used the website in in last three months only in Kyiv at bluesystem. Also, there are 80+ looking for the sponsor.

Also, Hornet Apps worked well, in particular, in other parts of Ukraine.

I've been to Kiev for the last 4 years, I like the city.

 

The metro is amazing, how deep the lines and stations are;

The city is quite a vibrant place by day;

The economy is bad, and the average wage is only around 500 USA dollars a month, but I've never seen so many S class Benz's in one place is all my life.

i have been checking the rates on Hunkz and they seem to be quite expensive for the place. Some asking 200 EUR/h , that is the price in Helsinki for exemple, but the average salary is almost 10x the Ukrainian. 

Average salaries in Ukraine are the same than in Brazil, so I would expect something similar concerning escort rates. 

Any comments ?

Actually I think Ukraine, and Kiev are on the move, after some pretty tough economic times (and still not great). I say this to people, and they don't believe me, but Kiev is so cheap for an Australian (and therefore cheap for an American). It's actually cheaper than Thailand or Bali for eating and drinks. And a single trip on the metro costs something like 20 cents.

I have only been in the summer I should add. I would like to go in winter, but a Aussie like me would probably freeze to death!

I stayed at Aloft in Kiev, yeah no problems with visits. 

I've stayed at the RUS hotel also. No issues there.

 

I love just exploring the city. I think there is plenty to do. I like going to Hydropark outdoor gym and the beach area. I love checkin out the metro and also the Soviet architecture. And just people watching.

I don't know about Ukraine, but elsewhere some negotiate prices to get a deal done and others must be waiting for an Oligarch.

Am planning another trip. Last time I stayed at Hotel Khreschatyk Kiev, they were OK with guys visiting and it was right on Independence Square.

Any other hotel / apartment ideas in good locations, safe in room, and OK with guys visiting?

 

I stayed in a great Airbnb right off Khreschatyk, across from Mandarin Plaza, which host a Tiffany, among other name brands. The boys are so hot there. Now I’m in Minsk. Just as hot, but the homophobia here is well-documented, so just being a tourist. Minsk is famous for its cleanliness, and that’s no joke. Big broad boulevards, prosperous looking areas and monumental Soviet architecture. Really very impressive.

My gaydar had more than a few pings, though. Especially the waiters!
