The 2025 Kennedy Center Honors, hosted by Donald Trump, aired on December 23rd, featuring honorees like KISS and George Strait, with early reports showing a slight decline from the prior year (2024) in viewership, holding around 0.29 rating points compared to 0.32, despite a strong NFL lead-in on CBS.
