Based on Trumps 2 Presidencies, dont you think this is a Law that REQUIRES revision or change ? There is no reason in the World that I can think of that should PREVENT a President that breaks the Law to be convicted and jailed, while "sitting"...... Wouldnt that be one of things things that having a "vice president" compensates for ? Having this absolute immunity and protection from legal action is the main thing that has emboldened Trump in his 2.0 mission. Supreme Court needs to walkback their "absolute immunity" decision.
