ummm.... not to sleep but I'd be willing to pay the few crowns just to use the communal showers with the 18 hunks. There are some really good looking backpackers who stay there and hang out front. I never understood why so many gorgeous backpackers were outside whenever I go there.They all look like they could use some cash. I didn't know it was officially a hostel now. I still refer to the whole hostel/Up/Down complex as "Temple" because that's how it's called on maps, google, etc. and how new people find it. This changing names constantly is annoying for escorts and bars. But I guess the new owner had to. People don't realize how dirt-cheap fine hotels are in Prague in the winter. Many nice 4-star hotels for $30-$40. The 5-Star King David almost across the street from Temple is $55 on Hotwire for January and the Boscolo is just a little more. In the summer both are packed and $250 to $300 at least. (that's when I stay around IP Pavlova). I'm big on nice hotels because my time in Prague is hopefully in the hotel with a guy or guys the whole week. Business boys love fine linens and marble baths just like we love fancy offices. But I could cross the street in the cold to use those communal showers with the backpackers too.

I like to stay around IP Pavlova but that's a long walk to Up and Down. SInce it seems the main hustler bar now I may start staying closer to it.

Sauter from BT is also there this week. I'm helping arrange for him. I don't think you met Invictus3 yet. The guys make $60 for 30 minutes at Thermas and $250 for 1 hour in Zurich with plenty of customers. I would think the ones that can get there do. I appreciate that you did this and certainly didn't mean to insult you saying the costs were ridiculous.
