Do you factor the cost of the trip and local offerings other than paid sex in your calculations? For me, being in the States, I think the cheapest country is Colombia. You may find cheaper sex in Guatemala, but I am not interested in visiting Central America.

I used my debit and credit cards to withdraw money in Medellin several times, in several different banks. I never got any suspicious questions about the exchange rate or anything else.
