    Day 1: The Quarantine 15
It’s no secret that my preference is for guys with a little bit of muscle on them. That’s just a preference, it’s like if men were all on a grocery store shelf, it’s the first one I’d pick out of the rest. But that does not mean that sometimes I'll venture further into the aisle and pick something fat-free, or something with more fat content, or something saltier (I don’t know what that means). I go with what is fun at the moment, and that kind of open-mindedness was improved by the pandemic, another unintended consequence of the event that changed all our lives.
So in picking the bar to go to tonight, being pressed for time, I decided on the low hanging fruit, the one that has worked for me in the past, filled with my usual preference for boys. I also had to balance that with what Tiago, my companion, would enjoy the most as well. Granted, that this is his first time going into a Thai boy bar, or any bar that had escorts (he has not been to the saunas in Brazil, he said), so he was eager to just experience it all. So I had to pick one with a decent show. So there was just one bar I could think of that fit all this – Moonlight Bangkok.
My first impression of Moonlight, July 2018:
They are adept in using social media to evangelize their brand of boy bar. Which I admit bode well for them in the lonely months during quarantine. It is always interesting how any establishment that depends highly on reputation and hype dealt with the pandemic. In March 2020, as the world closed itself to deal with the pandemic, I remember Moonlight going from hyping Songkran 2020 (to which I was looking forward to):

to temperature checks in March 15, 2020 (they tried!):

to closure in March 18, 2020, with an expectation to reopen in 2 weeks (just like me who thought this was just a 2 week thing):

    to continued closure:

to some reason the Moonlight models working at HotMale bar:

to a final reopening at the end of September 2020:

And a great show soon after, with an amazing model, Mr Jack, and his “sexist” underwear. i wish he would come back, he is hot:

Through it all, they’ve maintained their social media presence, keeping the light on in that sense, and always kept everyone informed about next steps. I think with all the uncertainty with what pandemic has brought in our lives, having this reliable source of info, good or bad, was a comfort. Kudos to the management of that establishment, I think this should be an example on how to do social media, and customers are not left with gossip and hearsay to sustain them during those dark days.
Back to the present: Happy Beer Garden has never changed. For some reason one of the waiters recognized me and asked me how I was. I do not remember him at all.  Anyway, after a few pleasantries, I told him we were in a hurry to make a 10:30 PM show at Moonlight so we had to get our food in a jiffy. Since Tiago is Brazilian, he does not like spicy food, so I had to scour for the mild offerings in the menu. I settled on a chicken dish with rice, which he still thought was spicy. I told him to get used to it, since he’ll be here for 6 months. I also got a Thai Icea Tea to calibrate my taste buds and remind it how awesome Thai food was and to get ready for its many delights.

Luckily the waiter was true to his word and we were out there in 15 minutes, which gave us plenty of time to saunter over that unpronounceable alley way off of Surawong Rd to Moonlight.

I guess Mr. Nut is now the face of Moonlight?  Great choice.
Things that felt familiar: the 400 baht entrance fee with welcome drink, no changes in seating and stage. AC was on full blast. We get guided by a mamasan to our seats, which was toward the back and at the center, which I thought was pretty good seating. Tiago sat down, and looked around, took it in, smiling the whole time. He looked across the room, and found 3 boys, some in underwear, some shirtless, some in tank tops, some in pants. The boys rotated, but it was always 3 at a time on stage.
Tiago then had a million questions, possibly the same exact questions I had when it was my first time in this bar, and in a Bangkok boy bar. Yes, all the boys are available for sex. Yes, you can use the number to identify the boy you want to off. No, most of them are Thai, but some are from Myanmar, Vietnam, Cambodia and Laos. A boy costs probably 2000 baht to 5000 baht, depending on the boy snd the length of the off. Yes, most of them are tops, but there are a lot of bottoms as well.  And the most important answer – Maybe, I can get a boy, but only if you’re comfortable with it.  Tiago looks at me and shrugs. He tells me he always defers to me for that. “Let’s see who is hot among these guys,” he said.
We were asked our drinks.  Tiago, who doesn’t drink, ordered a water. I ordered a “rum coke”, which was a test drink I would order in every bar in order to judge who served the stiffest drink. This is a test I’ve employed in other establishments, and there was oftentimes a correlation between how good or strong my cuba libre (rum and coke) was to how much fun I’d have that night, since cocktails are of differing quality in the world. Tiago asks how much the drink was, I tell him it was roughly 55 Brazilian reais. “That seems really expensive,” he says. I tell him that this is like an entry fee, and tell him the entry fee to the Sao Paulo’s Lagoa sauna is 65 reais, without any drinks. And I tell him that we get to see this one-hour show, so it all is pretty worth it.
The drink was pretty weak.  Not a good sign lol.
Before the show started, I see a familiar face among the rotating boys.  The boy who has defined all my Thailand visits. The boy who other offs has been measured against – MonBoy, the Myanmar boy from Mon State.  My first impression of him, in June 2017:
I tell Tiago the cliff notes of my past relationship with MonBoy. He takes a look at him and tell me to invite him to sit with us. I mention to him to come over. He bows, but was hesitant, and then gets off the stage and goes over a group of 4 Thais sitting just to the left of the stage and talked to them for a bit. MonBoy then goes over to us. “Where sitting?” Mon Boy asks. Tiago schooches over to make a space between us so MonBoy can be sandwiched in between. Good sign. He greets both of us, and then leans on me and asks “Your boyfriend?” pertaining to Tiago.  Good question.
When we were planning the Doha-Dubai-Bangkok trip, Tiago brought up the subject of what were supposed to be to each other while traveling. This question came up when we went on that trial run to Mexico, when he was showing immigration hotel accommodations for Cancun where we were staying, which had both our names on it. He told immigration that I was his boyfriend, and I was American, which was code for “Don’t worry about the Brazilian entering your country, he is with an American who will pay for everything.” He even showed the immigration people our pics together (chaste ones having dinner, walking along Paulista Street, at the gym). I told him sure, this will work for Thailand too, but not in Qatar, or the United Arab Emirates.
Not true, it did work, indirectly, in Dubai, where we checked in together at the Hilton. When we handed over our passports, the handsome check-in guy asked us if we needed a King size bed instead of two doubles. I replied “King, of course” and the guy didn’t even bat an eye.
I reflexively said “Yes, he is my boyfriend,” after introducing him as such for a better part of 2 weeks now. MonBoy then looks at Tiago and shook his hand. Tiago, all Brazilian, pulls him in for a hug. They laughed. This might actually work out.
After some initial greetings, MonBoy tells me that he is actually committed to a short time encounter with the Thais he talked to before. But he says that he can meet up after that if I was still interested. I told him of course. He gives me a kiss in the cheek, and gets Tiago’s left hand and kisses his hand, and leaves.  This works out, no payment of an off fee.  I explain the situation to Tiago.
The show starts, and quite frankly, nothing has changed in the numbers, the drag queens, and the quality of the show. It’s like I’ve never left and just saw this same show the week before. I knew certain songs were different, and some numbers were different, but it all just felt the same. What changed me for, however, was I was with Tiago. He kept asking first-timer questions that were interesting and funny. Like “Is that really a guy,” or “Do Asian boys kiss like Brazilians,” or “Do these shows also exist in Brazil?” I tell him, no. The shows in saunas in Brazil were kind of different. Some drag queens, yes, depending on the venue, but the males did not have elaborate numbers like here. In Brazil, it was just a man, a very muscular man, stripping sensually to nothing but his undies, and then showing his ass, and then his erection, after the number was over.
“Which one do you prefer? This, or Brazil’s way?” he asks. I think about it for a minute. I tell him it depends. Sometimes I like this spectacle and disciplined dance numbers. Sometimes I’d just like to see a large cock. So, “Os dois – Both,” was my final answer. “Very American of you,” he tells me. That was not the first time he has called me as such during this trip.
Just some asides, and this might sound a bit petty, but I did notice some models were a little less defined than before.  Don't get me wrong, they still look fine. The pandemic was hard to us all, and I am in no prized shape either. Maybe its because I was with Tiago, and therefore I was measuring everything with his (fairly large) measuring stick, but judge for yourself. 2019 in the left, when I left them last, and 2022 how I’ve seen them now:
    Mr York

    Mr Tum

Or maybe they just had a big dinner, who knows.
I did like Mr Korn A LOT. He has this cocky humbleness to him, and once in a while he would smirk and I see possibilities.  Maybe a future off:

The show finishes. Some live entertainment was next, and as advertised, it was pretty fun, and the vocalist, May, was pretty good  I think this was a good addition to the bar. If we weren't tired, we would have stayed longer:

I get a message from MonBoy, telling me he is going to his client’s hotel. We leave Moonlight.  I tell him we were going to Patpong, to see what’s up.
Next post, another Boy Bar to go to (which one, can you guess), and a familiar face, next.

Day 0: Brazil on my mind, even in Thailand
Needless to say that I have changed some personal information of certain individuals mentioned, due to some weird stalkers in this site.
So Brazil had me for itself for a better part of a year and a half during the pandemic. And when you get to know a place for that long on a regular basis, you tend to get to settle on what works for you best, after the initial novelty wears off. After running wild through the famous saunas of Brazil,  I’ve actually grown tired of it all, believe it or not. Don’t get me wrong, sex with a variety of beautiful guys will always be on the table for me, but during this time, working remotely in Brazil had me looking for something more substantial, after getting tired of the run-of-the-mill sauna-show-cabine-programa routine.
Because of the dire economic circumstances the pandemic has left some of the less fortunate of us, you can find that even more boys are available than usual. Most of them are after money, of course, but I have found that a few of them needed something else. I’ve certainly have met a few very interesting guys, who would not sell themselves in a Brazilian sauna, nor expose themselves in escort websites, but would like to earn a few dollars from you. I found these guys mostly from referrals from other boys, and they appreciate the discretion you give them, not being found out by familiars in saunas or websites, and they will pretty much do anything for you.
And then there are those, when I tell them I am going to Europe or Dubai for some work or vacation for a few weeks, ask for just a one-way ticket to the place in question, and they will be more than willing (thrilled in fact) to accompany you during your stay, free of charge (you pay for incidentals of course), and when its time for me to go, they opt to stay in Barcelona or Paris or Dubai or London, where they try to earn the money they were after in the first place (by usually escorting). I am probably responsible for a (not) significant amount of Brazilians ending up in Europe or the Middle East, using this method.
And then there’s this Brazilian guy who wanted to Thailand. Let’s call him Tiago. He is 28, European facial features, always bronzed skin, and let’s just say he is from the south of the country. Beautiful, of course, with a MMA fighter's body.  Oddly enough, I met him at a Smart Fit Gym in Sao Paulo. He was a personal trainer there, and a working boy introduced me to him in one my visits to his gym. He didn’t work at the sauna in Sao Paulo, nor did he sell himself in the websites. He did, however, belong to a Jiu Jitsu team in Sao Paulo, and did personal training on the side to pay the bills. He has done some MMA fights (20+), but wanted to train in Muay Thai, in Thailand, to expand his resume. He intended to stay for 6 months in Thailand, and has saved up enough for the gym fees and accommodation in his chosen Muay Thai school. What he didn’t have was the airfare to get to Thailand.
There has always been a Thailand-Brazil connection I wasn’t aware about till this trip.

So during the next few months we talked about it that possibility, in between some dates and gym training with him, of course. Throughout all that he didn’t ask me for any tips during my time with him in Brazil, I guess to sell me the idea that he is trustworthy and worthy of the cost of an air ticket. So when I told him in April that I was thinking about going to Thailand, after a trip to the Middle East, he said that was perfect timing, because that would get him back to Brazil in December, in time for Christmas and the Holidays. He even made himself available for the two weeks before to accompany me with some business in Doha and Dubai, before heading over to Thailand. I told him I’d go the extra mile and take him personally to his Muay Thai gym, which was not in Bangkok, but was a plane ride away. He was excited, and so was I. I was as curious to get to know more about this side of his life, as he was about going.
I took him for a test run to a nearby country just to see if we were gonna be good travel buddies. He passed with flying colors.
So in the next few weeks we try to get our requirements ready for Thailand. As we were entering Bangkok in mid-June, we didn’t have to do a COVID test to get to enter Thailand, but we still needed to complete the Thai Pass, which was easy enough since we were both vaxxed and boostered and he was able to get official documents and QR codes from the Brazilian health authority after some expected red tape. We still needed COVID tests to get into Qatar, and to complete their version of Thai Pass (Ehteraz), but that was easy to do as well, with my help. I guess after going through all this for almost two years, a few more QR codes was just easy-peasy for me to complete.
Two weeks in the Middle East with Tiago was a blast. He was game for a lot of my shenanigans, kept fit in the hotel gyms while I was working, and on my free times, he devoured all the tours and walking that was needed to explore the rich wonders of the area. He was even open to certain sexual exploration if he thought it would be fun to join in, and left me alone if he knew I wanted some alone time. Through it all those two weeks just flew by, and pretty soon it was time to go to Thailand.
We were in Dubai to catch our Qatar Airways flight to Bangkok via Doha. I decided to cash-in some Avios points from my British Airways account and buy us Business Class tickets, which was a just a surprisingly cheap 40k each from Dubai to Bangkok. Since our flight was at 5:30 AM, we decided to not sleep the night before and just enjoy Dubai nightlife. After an interesting encounter with some gay Emiratis hanging out at a Starbucks in the JBR district in Dubai, we were on our way to the airport at 3 AM. At the check-in counter, the nice Qatar Airways lady didn’t even check our Thai passes or COVID vaccination cards or any of his documentation. She was flirty and had some tips for Thailand, since she’s been there once. We played along, and got our tickets eventually, if we were cutting it close to boarding time. She ended with bidding us good luck, and she was sure we will have a great time, since we were men. Not sure what that meant but we ended that convo.
We were actually the last ones to check in. And the last ones to board. Still, Qatar Airways is famous for its top notch in-flight service, so we were pampered all throughout. I am always amazed by their first class service on one-hour flights. They are still able to get us 3 drinks and some yummy breakfast even with the very short (40-minute) flight from Dubai to Doha:

Doha airport on a Sunday was a madhouse. The place was packed. And there were almost no places to sit at the Biz class lounge but we managed. This was indeed a sign the time of COVID restricted travel was over. There was still mask wearing in the airport but that was the only apparent thing I can see that was COVID-related.
Since we were super tired from not sleeping the night before, we slept the whole 6 hour and half plane ride from Doha to Bangkok. We got woken up by the flight attendant to say that we had to unrecline our seats for the initial plane descent. Still, five stars to Qatar Airways, we were still served a full dinner while we were descending, since we missed all the in-flight service.
As we landed, I got a bit of goosebumps and got excited. I was too tired to actually think about it before, but it just dawned on me now that I was going to be in Thailand after 2 and half years of being away. I started going to Thailand in 2014, and after a few years, the novelty has worn off. But after being away for that long I think the distance was all I needed to recharge my longing for Thailand once again. Tiago, of course, was beside himself. He was super excited to start his life in his new home. Once we were our of the plance we raced to immigration.
All this was still super familiar to me, the walk to the immigration desks. We eventually got to the intermediary desks, the Thai Pass station:

It was painless, they just needed to see the QR code, passports and COVID vaccine card. They attached stickers to our shirts saying we passed Thai pass and we were on our way to immigration. Since Tiago’s English was not that good, I knew I had to help him with this process (as I did in Doha and Dubai). At the immigration desk, I got my usual 30-day stamp. When it was Tiago’s turn, the immigration officer confirmed if the dates in the immigration card were correct. I said yes, so Tiago got his 90-day stamp. No other documentation was asked. Not the letters of invitation Tiago has from his Muay Thai gym, not our COVID vaccinations, not his yellow fever vaccine he got because that was requirement by the Thai government. Figures.
And I always wondered, why people from the USA or UK or some other rich country can only get 30 day tourist stays in Thailand at a time, while Brazilians and Colombians, among others, can get 90 days?
After getting our luggage, I immediately get 20,000 baht from the ATM.  Then, as a favor, I immediately got Tiago a Thai SIM card from dtac for 90 days, which cost 1100 baht. I didn’t need one since I got Google Fi cell service. I then swiftly guide us to the ground floor to the taxi line, got a taxi ticket from the thingie, found our taxi number and taxi stand, flashed our AirBNB’s address and directions, in Thai, to our driver, and we were on our way, for a 40 minute ride to Silom.
Along the way, Tiago commented on how efficient I was with getting things done at the airport. I told him that Thailand was a very familiar place to me, and I still knew how things were done even after years away. Since Tiago was Brazilian and naturally warm, he immediately tried to talk to the driver, who obliged with Tiago’s broken English and answered with some broken English of his own. Noone understood anyone though, since the accents were unfamiliar to each other, even if both were speaking English.  Except to me of course, I was used to hearing both accents, so I was there to pretty much smoothen out the conversation. It was pretty entertaining, and pretty soon we arrived at the AirBNB.
I chose to stay at an AirBNB for our Bangkok stay, after staying in hotels for two weeks in Doha and Dubai. An AirBNB will afford us many creature comforts that hotels won’t have, like a washer and dryer in the unit (two weeks in the middle east meant we needed clean clothes), two bedrooms for cheap (more on this later), and some basic kitchen stuff if we needed to make something. Also, it’ll give Tiago a glimpse of Thai domestic life that he will be living in pretty soon, something that is not apparent in the insular confines of, say, the Crowne Plaza Lumpini Park, even if I love that hotel sooooo much.
It was 9:20 PM by the time we got to the apartment. I knew I wanted to at least check out a boy bar or two, even if we were both tired, so we had to hurry. And Tiago was hungry. So to save time, we showered together (hot water in the unit worked!), and prepared for the night ahead. Since it was raining, I decided to get us a Grab Taxi (which I downloaded on my phone on the way to the apartment), and set up our destination to the first restaurant I thought of that served food really quickly: Happy Beer Garden.
As we get off the taxi and before we go in to eat, I look across the street:

The end of Soi Twilight, and the beginning of something else.
I remember that I when I used to eat at Happy Beer Garden, when it was around 8 or 9 PM, and I’d hear boys shouting at me from across the street, sitting in bars that don’t exist anymore, enticing us to join in the fun once I was done with dinner. Those were amazing times. I wonder if those time will ever come back. Probably not, as Soi Twilight was not coming back.
Time to make me new memories.
Next post, guess which bar we went to first?

    Introduction
If this pandemic has ever taught me anything, is that to never take anything for granted ever again.
My last trip to Thailand was in December 2019. That trip was the only Thailand trip I had that year, having prioritized Brazil and Colombia that year. I was already figuring out that Brazil catered more to my evolving taste for both boys, sex and entertainment, but I was still wanting to go to Thailand because of the food, the locations, and yes, of course the boys. Thailand's unwillingness to reopen as soon as others have (during the pandemic), however, has given me the opportunity to visit Brazil more, thus deepening my connection to that country, at the expense of the Land of Smiles. Throughout all that though, I've been trying to go back to Thailand since it always will hold a special place in my heart.
I remember my last international trip before air travel was paused during the pandemic. No surprise, it was to Brazil. I remember entering Sao Paulo on March 17, 2020. The plane was half full, the streets of Sao Paulo where empty, and everyone was sheltering in place, even if Carnaval ended just 3 weeks before. On March 19, Brazil closed its land borders.  After that, I finally decided to go back home on March 23, 2020, fearing that flights back to the USA would be cancelled eventually.  And I was right. On March 27 they announced that Brazil would close all its borders, even air, on March 30.

Thailand had a similar thought process, closing its land borders on March 18, and then all borders on March 26, 2020.
I know that I am not the only one to think that this pandemic was only going to be 2-week thing when it started. And then a month rolled by, and then 3 months. Since I was just at home, my routine started to change. I exercised more. Ate better. I did more video calls, both for work, and for friends far away, similarly stuck at home, wondering when this will all end. I’ve gotten lots of desperate cries for money from boys (Brazil, Thailand, Colombia) without any incomes with all the saunas and clubs closed. Though it all, I thought I did pretty good for myself, and actually was able to focus on other important things that I wouldn’t normally would have without the urgency of the pandemic looming all over us.
I was pained of course, as I had plans to go Thailand over Songkran in 2020:
And then something miraculous happened: Brazil decided to open up again. July 30 was the date, so after only 4 months of staying put, I was able to travel again. And it was glorious. Less people in airports and airport parking which meant less time needing to be at the airport. Less people flying which means either instant upgrades to Business class, or having a row to myself in economy. Less stupid tourists clogging up the streets, and less people in the streets in general. And yeah, you had to wear a mask in the plane, but at that point, I’ve gotten used to it, and counted myself lucky to still be even traveling to care.
And with Brazil’s infinite wisdom, most of the clubs in Rio and Sao Paulo opened up as well, which meant that I was sometimes the only gringo at the premises.  I certainly made the most of it, judging from these trip reports:

Through it all though, I’ve had Thailand in the back of my mind.  When the hell will it ever open up? 2021 rolled around. Apart from my monthly, multi-week trips to Brazil, I’ve pretty much scoured most of Western Europe, the Middle East and Mexico. But Thailand has remained closed. (I’ve also have been keeping my eye on Japan, which is still in a weird reopening phase. I’ve been dying to return.) I see domino after domino of COVID restrictions fall down. Except Thailand. I shared this in August 2021:
Then the Phuket sandbox happened in July 2021, and while appealing, still was too restrictive for me. And news about the bars still closed was disheartening. Then Thai Pass was introduced in November 2021, and that felt more appealing to me, though the RT-PCR requirement, and the quarantine hotel requirement was something that was a bit unnerving to me. It just introduced (perhaps unnecessary) wildcards to a supposedly wonderful trip. I’d rather just go straight to Brazil, (even with their evolving COVID requirements as well – from medical insurance requirements, to COVID test, to having scrapped everything as of April 2022), and their open bars.
I finally bit the bullet and bought my ticket to Bangkok last April. I was heading to Dubai in June, and found it interesting to instead head over to Bangkok after that trip instead of high-tailing it back to California. Also, Thailand dropping the COVID test requirement for vaccinated travelers was the deciding factor for me as well. The COVID dominos were starting to fall in Thailand.  The June 12 announcement that the USA was dropping its COVID testing requirement to enter the USA was another domino falling that was just icing on the cake.  It seems that the stars are aligning in just the right times for me to make a comeback in Thailand.
So next post will be my preparations for the trip, and the REAL reason I am going to Thailand.
P.S.  To new posters, yes, I am always this long-winded when it comes to my trip reports.  An example:

BryBro reacted to endlessdream in 8 Days in Sao Paulo
I only made it once to Lagoa, shame on me! Shame! Most of the time I was occupied by a 20 yo fashion student and a 28 yo dancer / model, plus some Grindr freebies.
The 20 yo is cute like a button. Picture the young Caio Veyon, but glistening white and million times more boyish. His ass is tight like hell (he claims that he only had sex with two other guys) and his cock is surprisingly big (Caio size and shape) which is hard ALL THE TIME. He was very clingy, not afraid to show affections. He would cling to my arm when we walk, (with his 188 cm built and my 173 cm, it must look pretty funny), kiss me in public, hold my hands in cafes / restaurants and make compliments which make me blush. He comes to see me every day after his intern and leaves before bed time. His parents don’t allow him to sleep outside. He tries to make me cum at least twice a day, satisfying all my sexual demands, and cum himself 3 to 4 times every day, expect the last day when we had a quick bite and goodbye sex during his lunch break. I trained him to deep-throat me the way I like, and I sucked him to cum in my mouth, something I almost never do. I enjoy pounding him till he shoots his load over his head, and he endures continuing fucking me to my satisfaction after his climax. He admitted that over-sexing me was his strategy so I wouldn’t meet too many guys. He also admitted that he’d definitely try to be my boyfriend if we lived in the same country. I’m very fond of him and very grateful. I tried my best to give him the boyfriend experience he wanted. I’d go pick him up at the end of his shift, and had all my accompanied dinners with him. I know we are not supposed to talk too much about sex with non-GPs here, but when I think about sex in SP, it was mostly with him. I call him my little husby.    The 28 yo dancer / model was very present the first days, especially over the weekend. He slept with me, fucking multiple time all night long. His Indio-Afro origine gave him great complexion and an impressive cock girth. He has endless stamina and a body to die for. It was very complicated to schedule him since I started seeing the little husby. Things got easier when he started shooting a music video for some local artist. We were supposed to meet at the weekend, but he wrote me almost last minute, saying that the guy he’s involved with surprised him with a visit and he'd only be able to see me when I’m back. It actually saved me the trouble of lying or explaining to little husby. I hate lying, and explaining.   I also met a couple of local guys on Grindr, notably twice with a 23 yo colleague student who works as a part-time masseur, a dancer / choreographer who used to work in Europe, an expat from Argentina, a mulato from Rio, and a 3some with a Indio+afro couple. Only the Rio guy was a disappointment, with small dick and was a bit out of shape, so we just talked. The 3some was quite memorable. I cum 3 times. Once in the Indio’s ass while the afro fucking me, once deep in the Indio’s throat while his bf kept on fucking me, and one last time when the afro was finally cumming, engorging his 21 cm cock in my ass.      None of the above mentioned guys ever asked for money or gifts, not even Uber. Of course I did pay for all the expenses. The little husby tried to pay a couple of times, but I’d never let him pay for anything over 20 réais. On Grindr quite a few offered their talent, most of whom asking for 300 but négociable. One porn actor / masseur was very persisting, offering full service for 200 but I just didn’t have any time at all. He sent me tons of videos of he from different studios, such as EricVideo. I’ll try to give him a try when I’m back. I really love massages.    I made only once to Lagoa, Monday night, when little husby had a photo-shooting session. Monday is still promo night, with entrance for 30 réais. I walked there at half past 7. The place was pretty full without being overly packed. I’d say about 30 GPs and 25 customers. There’s a female customer, too. I don’t know what her deal was. I certainly felt a bit too much attention, somehow almost every GP found a way to talk to me, some being unbearably pushy. I thought Lagoa was the less pushy sauna… Maybe it’s me being Asian, maybe it’s my completely hairless body, maybe it’s my golden swim-trunk (sweat… I was convinced there’s be a functioning whirlpool…), maybe it’s just what happens to every customer there. Most of them wanted to touch my legs… Commenting on how smooth they are... Didn’t they ever meet anyone hairless? I’m sure it’s just their trick. Finding a feature of each customer and make compliments on it.    I’d put the GPs into 4 categories.    1. Cute twinks. Maybe 4 there, two of which extremely good looking. They’d mostly sit around the main bar, where they’d be seen the best. They’d just stay there being pretty. Understandably they were the least interested in me. Twinks hate twinks. How shameless that I call myself a twink, at my age! But somehow that’s still how most people see me.    2. Body guys. About half of the GPs there. Some in towel, some in underwear, some in jeans. They’d have good body, not necessarily body builders, but at least quite fit. They are the most pushy, especially the towel ones. They’d come straight to me, talk, grab my ass, kiss, guide my hand to their goods. They underwear ones would touch themselves when they notice me approaching, making themself hard, smile and call me over or come to me gently, and show me their goods. The jeans guys would keep a short distance, touching themselves, while keeping an eye on me.    3. Cock guys. One third of them. They might not have the best look, nor the best body, but they have firm will to make a sell. They’d have their cock out most of the time, hard most of the time. They must be on something. They are not necessarily the most pushy, maybe because all what they have is already out there.    Most of the guys above opened with 150, two with 200 but lowered instantly to 150. I didn’t higgle because I was not interested. At first I was not ready. It all happened too fast and I was not that horny. Most of them said they were top only. Only one said he would ‘fazer tudo’. One Germanic looking boy was quite my type, very willing, cock hard as rock, thick but not very long. What held me off was that he was obviously on something, red eyes, maybe just viagra? He sit and talked to me for quite a while. Another mulato boy showed great persistence, too. He’s typically who I’d be dating on Grindr. But we are there to find what we don’t normally have, right?   Something I must point out, where I stand corrected, is that boys there are not that well hung! Posts here talk about 8-9 or even over 10 inches as it were a norm. But what I have witnessed confirmed only slight over average sizes. I don’t know how you guys measure cocks. I follow the wikipedia guidelines (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Human_penis_size). I actually carry a tape measure in my sex pouch and I measured lots of guys. From those exercises, I’m confident about my estimations. Most of the above mentioned guys have 17 to 19 cm, some are down to 15 to 16 cm. Very few reach the 20.3 cm / 8” milestone.    4. XXL guys. I only identified two. One Afro, sitting shortly in front of the straight porn, dick out but not hard. The soft meat seems 20 cm already, spindle shapped. He signed me to go over, and I asked the musts. He wants 200, but he doesn’t kiss, doesn’t suck, only …, I think I zapped him from there. The other xxl guy was in the hammam. I found him when I was about to give up and call it a night. He’s older, maybe mid 30s, very tall, very broad built, and he goes with the name Reinaldo. I think many of you guys know him, as he looked like a veteran there. I don’t mind the age, it’s my favorite age anyway, when one’s well kept, and he’s the case. As to his cock, it’s a solid 25 cm, and thick! Very very meaty! He jerked off for me, let me feel its grow. I did worry about him not being able to get it all up completely, and keep it iron hard, as it was 9 pm already and he might already cum more than once. He promised he would, or he’d not charge me. I laughed, said that he knew I’d pay anyway, and conter-offered viagra if he couldn’t. He accepted. He asked for 150.    We went to the cabine, 25 réais, and he started to jerk off furiously. I sucked him and he got hard, not as hard as I wished, but enough to initiate. I put one of the xl condoms I brought with me and suited him up. It was way too small for him. I poured the silicone lub I had on that monster, and tried to squeeze it into my hole. It was hard, and he was not hard enough! He tried to jerk off more but I knew it was not happening, and he knew it too. He asked for the viagra, and chewed it dry. I tried to talk to him while waiting, but he’s very impatient to get the business done. After about 5 minutes, he got hard. Viagra can’t work that fast, right? Maybe it’s placebo. Whatever reason, we were both thankful. The next 5 to 8 minutes were very enjoyable, feeling that baby arm massaging my inside in every possible way. I’d definitely love to have it for longer, but for some reason he was very much in a hurry. At certain point, he even got a bit angry, accusing me not wanting to cum. But we were only there for like 15 minutes! I kind lost my appetite and cum as fast I could. I gave him his 150, manifested my disappointment on his attitude. He apologised, explaining that he needed to catch a bus back to his city at 10 pm. When I exited Lagoa, I happened to see him getting into a black sedan with an older gentleman. At that point, I was sure he was lying. But the next hours he kept on messaging me on WhatsApp, sticking to his explanation. He even sent me his real-time location on the bus and later at home. I don’t know. And honestly I don’t care.    The next days, Reinaldo messaged me everyday, asking if we could meet at my hotel. He offered one full hour for 300. I didn’t counter offer, because money was not the issue there. He promised again and again that he’d never hurry me through it again. He even proposed twice that we have lunch together, just to talk about it. I suppose it’s the usual drill from GPs. Maybe I’ll give him a second chance when I’m back. After all, his cock was divine.

BryBro reacted to endlessdream in 8 Days in Sao Paulo
Sitting at GRU now and I’ll try to sum up a bit my 8-day trip in Sao Paulo. This post is about non-sexual stuff, and the sexual part will be the next one. If you are a repeated visiter in Brazil, you might want to skip it as you’d know most of the things already.    Seen that I’ll be back to Brazil next month after Colombia, I didn’t force myself to do anything that I didn’t feel like this past week. There will be more time… I’m fluent in Portuguese, but the European one. For those who are not familiar with the two versions of this lovely language, let’s say the difference is about 10 times the one between British and American English or European and Latin American Spanish, and 5 times the one between French and Quebecois. We in Europe have certain exposure to Brazilian Portuguese as many movies and tv-shows are dabbed into it. I was shocked to see how little Brazilians are exposed to European Portuguese. Most people I talked to, whichever social class they may be from, and I talked to a lot of them, don’t even recognize basic words such as Fixe (Legal), sesta (soneca) and Patavina (Nada). Of course there are also lots of slangs that I didn’t understand at first, but communication was not an issue.    The arrival at GRU was very smooth, I was the first to pass immigration, and my luggage did follow from Paris and came out one of the firsts. I was somehow stressed about it as the stopover at MEX was CHAOTIC! The interline agreement from Air France and Aeromexco was a joke. Everyone had to go cross the immigration, retrieve the luggage, cross the customer with it, then right behind, on the left, there was a zone for connecting flights’ luggage. It was very badly explained or guided. Most passengers brought the luggages with them and took the monorail to T2 to recheck them in there, which was VERY far and very time consuming. The luggage service at MEX was a bigger joke! I was on biz and it took them more than one hour to deliver the luggage. Don’t even try if your connection is shorter than 3 hours. One of the Aeromexico lounge at T2 has a ‘Spa’ with ONE shower. They only schedule ONE passenger every half an hour, even most of us just need 5 minutes to fresh up. It was a big downgrade from Air France lounge at CDG, where you can even enjoy unlimited Finnish sauna… The Aeromexico flight to GRU was actually not half bad. Newish 787 and food has taste.

It was my first time in SP and I was not impressed by the urbanism. Everything looks dated and tired. The historical centre is small and dirty. The Sé, the San Bento monastery and whatever touristic stuff they tried to fabricate has very limited interest compared to even 3rd tier European cities. The area of Republica and Bela Vista seemed safe but the infrastructure was dated. Patched roads, running-down houses and visible poverty. In Republica there are some small cute shops catering to lower mid-market, very possibly gay clientele.    I spent most of my nights at Intercontinental. Dated design but very well maintained, and extremely well managed. Being the top-tier member, I was given the Paulista suite with a jacuzzi. Even though I had to break my stay into 3 checkins, they kept that suite for me and personalized it according to my preference without me asking for it. Hot milk upon arrival, cervical pillows, camomile tea with honey in the evening, etc. This level of service is standard in Four Seasons or Ritz but definitely a sign of high professionalism in an Intercon. I did venture to Wyndham Paulista once and I ran back screaming. In Europe, Wyndham is a well respected chain. How could this one be so racked? Everything was cheap and most things were broken. Anyhow, stay in Intercon if you want to be near MASP in SP. The breakfast is standard but with an impressive selection of cut fruits and juices. The lunch and dinner are served both in the restaurant and the lobby bar, and I had most of my dinners at the latter. Two of the evenings, they had a great vocal band there. Great performance. I’m a big fun of Bossa Nova and vocal jazz.   FullSizeRender.MOV
Ave. Paulista is a constant reminder of the lost glory of Brazil. Besides museums and public buildings, two shopping centres are considered good, City Sao Paulo and Patio Paulista. They are not very up-scale but have most things one might need. The exchange in Patio Paulista, near the food court, has the best rate (USD 4.8+ vers. 4.7). A much better shopping centre that I visited was the Iguatemi. It has Hermes, Louis Vuitton, etc. Most imported luxury goods are twice the price compared to Europe so I’m not buying ANYTHING foreign here. I do get the feeling that luxury goods are reserved to a very small portion of the population in Brazil. Most of mid-class Brazilians, based on my observation, would buy branded perfumes, which are btw extremely overpriced here, and refill them with local juice. I think it’s very smart and says a lot about Brazilian reality. I even had a GP who contacted me, asking me to bring him a bottle in exchange of 3 free sessions. Could it be a trick to score discounted sex? Lol.
Maybe it’s the Japanese influence, massage seems to be an organic part of Paulista life. There is a very basic massage parlour on B1 of City Sao Paulo, right in front of the escalators. Two very cute masseurs were spotted there. With just a curtain which separates the bench from the reception, I didn’t feel like trying. But I was later told by a Grindr encounter that things do happen there. Many massage and beauty venues can be found on B1 of Patio Paulista yet I didn’t see any male therapists. I did get a good Shiazu massage from a nice Japenese lady from one of the places, which was good. I also had a massage from a stand-alone massage parlour on a side street of Ave. Paulista. I was lured in by the photo of the masseur posted outside. Quite curative Swedish-Thai mixture, no hanky-panky, not even suggestive. As the one previous one, I paid less than 200 reais. He did mentioned that he also do hotel outcall for 300 reais. Would it be more sensual? I also got a facial from one of the most famous local skin care brands, Adcos. Nothing to be compared to a French facial, but good enough to be called one. They have a very sophisticated cash-back, membership, and referral bonus system. The vendor was very surprised that I understood it right after he explained. LOL. I was like, Hey, I’m Chinese. We invented all this! I found the service in general very good. They are very driven yet not pushy.
The Paulista Jardim area is much more affluent, and Rua Oscar Freire seem to be the ‘Faubourg Saint-Honoré’ of SP. Lots lots of nice local shops, cafés and restaurants. Besides major international mid-market brands, lots of local brands can be found there. What’s really exiting is the presence of many work-shop-stage local designer shops. Very often the shop is street level, and the atelier / office is upstairs or on the back. There are a couple galeries and one, Urban Art, is really good and extremely affordable. Big pieces are going around 500 USD and I was very attempted to get one for my new apartment in Lisbon. Maybe I’ll do that before I leave in August. Many trendy cafés on Rua Oscar Freire and the parallel Rua Lorena. One appears to be very popular, with a long queue outside all the time. I hate queueing. Many chic Paulistanos walk their cute little dogs in this area, which give it a ‘Avenue Montaigne’ vibe. If I were to rent an airbnb, I’d definitely consider here.    I went to Bem Retiro, the Korean / Chinese town on Dia de Namorados (Brazilian Saint Valentine) with my little husband (I’ll explain it in the next post). We did Karaoke (about reais per hour) and had dinner in a very authentic (both the cooking and the decor) Chinese restaurant. It’s actually almost only cater to Chinese customers. My little hubby told me that he wanted to try it since long long time, but they actually request Brazilian customers to be accompanied by at least one Chinese. Not because they are racist, but because virtually no one there speaks Portuguese and the menu is completely in Chinese. It was my first Chinese meal there. I insisted to order Pax + 1 dishes, as we do normally in China. But when the three dishes showed up, we felt obliged to invite 5 more guys to join us. Lol. In Chinese / Korean restaurants here, portions are ridiculously huge. Days later, in another restaurant, we actually saw Brazilian families of 3 or 4 ordering only one dish to share, and it’s fairly common. Brazilians do bring over-ordered food home in plastic boxes, as in most Asian countries, and I love it. Wasting food nowadays is so shameful. Europeans need to learn that!    I spent my last evening in Libertade, the Japanese / Asian town. Many asian shops, filled with cute little stuff. But I was told that most of those things can be found on Ali-express (a cheaper and foreign version of taobao, or a B2C version of Alibaba) for a fracture of the price. At least 3 guys talk about Ali-express and how much they are dependant on it. I’m not a big fun of Japanese food so we ate in a Filipino restaurant. On the table aside were an American couple and they told us that Filipino restaurants are very uncommon in SP. The food appeared authentic and we ate for less than 100 reais! Restaurants are somehow expensive in the city centre for the locals. I’d count 50 to 100 reais per person for fairly simple food. Food court in shopping centres may cost you 30 to 50 and really high-end places might have sky as limit. I did find a Michelin one star restaurant on Oscar Freire, and I tried to bring little husby there, but he insisted that we ate Asian food instead, as it’s more to our taste anyway.    I was using uber most of the time. But I did try once the bus, out of curiosity. It’s extremely simple. There’s someone in the bus to sell the ticket, and it costs 4.4 reais. You can pay with cash, but maybe not too large note, because they won’t have enough changes for you. I didn’t manage to buy the famous ‘Bilhete Único’. They don’t sell it in the subway station, you need to go to main bus stations (am I mis-informed?) Once you have the card, you can charge it on the machines in the station. I was told that old people can ride for free and students pay only half. The bolistas (state scholarship owners) ride for free too. My little husby is doing an intern at an international fashion house and he’s paid pretty well for that in Brazilian standards, 1500 reais salary, plus 700 for food and 300 for transport, which he considers as very generous. He told me the entry level job in that company would be 500 reais more, and a entry level employee in a bank would be 1800 as salary but with probably less food and transport subsidies.    The economy is very fragile here, largely due to bad management of the government. I saw in news that in 2021 Brazilian had the weakest income in the past ten years, with an average of merely 1535 reais per month (if I remember the number correctly), slightly above the minimal salary. 10.8% of the population had less than 210 reais as monthly income. There was the scandal of Petrobra, and another one about the 28 millions of Pfizer and Astrazenec vaccines, costing over 1 billion reais, are about to expire before reaching to the much in-need. Every time I turned on the news, some crazy shit is happening. I decided not to watch TV anymore. It’s a country with such potential, but so much was wasted. I remember, when I was a kid, before China became a thing, Brazil was often praised to be the next economy power house. Even as a foreigner, I feel great pity for it, especially for its people. That said, Brazilians need to learn to be more organized and more punctuate. The numbers of my appointments that were delayed and cancelled were scary. Actually, not once, not once, Brazilians I met were on time, if they decide to show up. I’m not talking about only private appointments here.
The transport in SP city centre seems fine, but to / from GRU seems more challenging. My ride  was about one hour each time, which is unbearably long for 24 km. Price-wise, it’s about 15 for 3 km, 20-25 for 5-6 km, and 70 for 24 km, so you get the idea.    I got a haircut in a little hair salon, with a post-industrial vibe. It was 40 reais. The Cabeleireira had little idea what to do with Asian hair, and I wonder where those Japanese descendants get their hair done. I didn’t see any asian hair dresser even in Bem Retiro or Libertade. Later I noticed some more chic places charging 100 reais for a cut.    Oh gosh, sorry for this random jabber. I just wanted to record some facts that I found interesting, amusing or shocking. I promise that the next post would be more to you guys’ taste.  FullSizeRender.MOV

    Reciprocity
Bangkok Guy is good for me. This is not just my opinion but also that of friends.
Beyond being generally happy that I know him, he is slowly changing some of my habits and mind sets for the better. I no longer bolt down my food but put my cutlery down and pause between mouthfuls. I no longer feel compelled to eat and drink until the table is clear and the bottle empty. Following Bangkok Guy’s example, I now stop when I feel full without guilt about the leftovers. I am still organized by the clock independently of the day’s agenda – if it is x o’clock I must be up, or have accomplished y – but a little less so. Bangkok Guy is organized by the day’s agenda, not the clock, and if the agenda is empty he feels no compulsion to fill it but rather relaxes into the empty space. A little of this is rubbing off on me. A little.
I told Bangkok Guy this and it made him happy as it was reciprocal “You very good for me”, in a tone that sounded like a major statement.
I know his life is not easy. He is responsible for his mother and younger sister – he has pawned the ring-that-was-a-dragon to pay his sister’s school fees. Still, he is usually upbeat and cheerful so it surprised me (alarmed rather) when relaxing on the deck at Koh Lipe after a very enjoyable day snorkeling he said his head was so full of ‘pobpems’ that there was room for no more, illustrating this by filling a glass to the top with water “No more room”.
Right then it did not seem the time to press the issue. However back in Bangkok over dinner at Baan Suriyasai, the first outing in his tailored clothes, I enquired. “No worry, it nothing, I exaggerate”. “No, it is something. I want to understand”. A pause while he searches for words. “What my future? I not know. Have no power”. The issue is that without my support, if I drop dead or drop him, he would be in trouble, back to hand-to-mouth. He has several business ideas, but lacks the capital to initiate any of them. He has no power to change his situation.
Well, he has a little power, he has my goodwill.
I reassure him that our discussion in January still holds true. As I get new business, I will help him with the capital he needs. There is no guarantee on timing, but it will happen. He has proof that if I say something I follow through as this year, as travel opened up and business picked up, I increased his allowance.
He is a realist and knows the future is uncertain, but there is something here to hope for so, as a generally optimistic person, he is happy.
The importance of helping him get to a point where he has some independence (‘power’ in his words) is very clear. And as cost cutting is just as good and possibly more permanent than increasing income, I am going to try to adopt his frugal mindset to free up some cash. (That crashing sound is a friend falling off his chair laughing, ye of little faith!).

… for now. Timing can be a bitch.
Top of mind obsession for months based on pics and vids. Nobody a close second, though an earlier runner-up immediately responsive on social platform viz private interaction potential, but I hold out.
A quick actually essentially prohibited slip behind stage with substantial cash tips for the stripper ensemble herded together, not snubbing any one in particular. No time for numbers exchange, just a thumbs up regarding reaching out on Instagram and he has seen me and along with visual has a brief interaction reference point. This all transpires in a flash.
Crickets, then a few weeks too late an acknowledgment and encouraging response regarding meet-up prospects, ie, seductive emojis … & ‘be sure to connect when return’ (I am hard typing this; no PDE-5 inhibition necessary.)
Will I or won’t I pursue getting this over-idealization out of my system? A big grown man young enough to be a grandson, hell, biologically conceivably great grandson. It’s not the first time and is generally edifying not ending in tears or snowflake griping. Not born yesterday and plenty of possibly easier to access talent but, you know, that niggly small head with a persistent single-track mind of its own. That dance with the dancer.
[Right, I didn’t say. Asking means not knowing better.]

    Farewell, For Now
Our last day, and after getting up early for my pre-departure RT-PCR test I return to bed and spoon with Bangkok Guy. We sleep late and head to the pool just before noon, where we relax in a cabana. I occasionally swim laps while Bangkok Guy is content to relax in the shade.
We return to the room for a final nap and a final ‘nap’.
Before going to dinner, I pack. I hate doing it, going through all the mechanical steps needed for a smooth departure this evening.
We have a final dinner on the terrace by the river and then go to Bamboo Bar where we are greeted warmly and the captain automatically brings us our drinks, a Sazerac for me and a Pina Colada for Bangkok Guy. Since the evening four years ago when the mixologist at Vespers decided that a Pina Colada was a good match for someone who does not like the taste of raw alcohol, it has become Bangkok Guy’s standard jazz bar drink.
The female vocalist tonight is outstanding. I suggest to Bangkok Guy that we should dance if there was more space. Back in the room we do just that, our own versions of the tango and the waltz. Next time, we agree, we need to dance.
Bangkok Guy could stay in the room until late check out tomorrow, but ultimately he decides he will take a cab home when I leave, despite the late hour. By himself the room is “too spooky”.
The LimoPattaya is on time, not our favorite lady in her ‘Boss car’, but a colleague. I ask Bangkok Guy if I can hug him goodbye – we are in public – “Yes, can” and we briefly hug. He usually gets down the evening I depart and while he has been cheerful up until now, I see this is happening.
Despite all the snafus, the stresses and only spending four days with Bangkok Guy, it has been a great trip.
However, like Bangkok Guy, alone in the car to the airport I am a little down. I really want more time with him. I stroke the gold dragon on the red cord around my wrist. This connection has become deeper than anything in the past. A little deeper, and it will push against the practicalities of my life, and I really have no idea where to take it then.
I smile. I like Bangkok Guy. I like him a lot. We will connect again some time after June for the trip around Thailand and that will give us time together to figure this thing out.

Trip Report Rio de Janeiro - Jan 2022

This forum has helped me over the years and I have made good friends with members. I did not write trip reports in the past simply because I am neither a good story teller, nor a native English speaker so please excuse my grammar.

    Pre-departure Covid Test:
With well-known problems of PCR turnaround time elsewhere, the Histopath test centre at Sydney airport emailed me result in 1.5 hours. On their website it says they only accept same day testing but the sign onsite indicates within 24h time frame.

    Flights:
From Sydney to Rio. Flight options are limited at this time with Qantas/Latam not operating SYD-AKL-SCL route. Options are AA, UA, DL, EK and QR. Flight time 30-40 hrs. I chose United Polaris class at A$6,084 return, with 2 stops in SFO and IAH. One stop options with EK or QR cost double.

The hard products of United is at best industry average. The impressive aspects are their people – handsome (of course competent) pilots, hard-working flight attendants and pleasant check-in agents. Missed all Polaris lounges as they are far from my connecting gates. The united clubs are very basic with no showers.

The united website/app is impressive too with Travel Ready Centre including all up to date requirements and you can upload documents for pre-approval.

    Documents:
Vaccine certificate and negative PCR result thoroughly checked at check in counter. After that no one in San Francisco, Houston or Rio even asked to see it. Notable change is US immigration, no more big machines scanning passports and printing ugly photos, only a single immigration officer greeting you and stamping your passport.

    Airports:
No queues in Sydney, SFO, or GIG. I tend to be the first at immigration. Almost empty airports, but the United clubs have quite a few people, about half wearing masks. I don’t like crowded places so enjoyed the experiences.

    Rio in general:
There is no difference from pre-pandemic in Rio except everybody is wearing a mask, mostly cloth masks, a few surgical masks and rare N95/P2. Shops and restaurants are full and people look happy. Music and dances at night everywhere. The football boys in front of my window are still playing after midnight along the beach.

    117:
I landed on Saturday morning. Went to 117 on Sat, Sun and Tue. The place is busier even than March 2020 when I was there before I fled when Australia closed its border. There are many new boys and quite a few familiar faces. The staff are always friendly.

There was one client who wears a mask. I noted a GP also worn a mask on Tue. No one else does.

On Sat, I met the bodybuilder guy C, 27 yo now who I knew from previous trips. He is not very tall but has an amazing body and a pretty face. He is not as bulky as before which I did not really like too much (now off steroid in between competition) and a 7” cock which I like (I could do better at the end of the Brazil trips but not at the beginning). He was boring in the past but what an improvement he has made during the pandemic. He will kiss you and rub his face on your chest like a cute puppy and now he can suck dick like a pro, with a rock-hard cock cumming a lot in me without forgetting to pose in front of the mirror. He has won silver and bronze in bodybuilding competitions according to his Instagram.

I met J next, a 25 yo carioca. Beautiful face but boy next door type body. I cannot resist his deep voice and his sexy winks. He has an average dick but an enthusiastic fucker. He did not want to bottom but he did let me put a finger in his arse. I came at the end while he was fucking me.

Before I left a pretty boy P appeared in the change room. He showed me his impressive cock disproportion to his body size. We agreed to meet on Sunday.

P did not turn up on Sunday, as usual for any promised made in Sauna, instead I met this hunk with a face like an Italian super model. Those eyes.

I was quoted R$200 for all these encounters, a R$50 rise compared to my previous trips. I would like to think it is due to inflation rather than guys trying to rip off foreigners. With this price tag I then ask for their gozar without bargaining for lower. They explained all sorts of reasons that it wil cost more but eventually all agreed on my price.

The Italian model-like guy warned me his gozar would require a finger in his arse and I promised to oblige. It turned out he needs a fist. I came in his massive arse and really enjoyed the encounter. We both sweated like pigs.

    202:
On Monday 117 is closed or it's lady night, I went to 202. It was packed. I saw this 22yo tall guy G with an amazing body, tan complexion and exotic eyes standing in front of the bathroom, my heart stopped. I had not had that feeling since I turned 21. I tried to carry out a conversation (via google translate) but he was very cold. He told me he was waiting for a client “fixo” and he is very expensive. At this time I was prepared to do anything and asked him quantos, he said R$200. I almost laughed and offered to wait and he agreed.

This rugged masculine bad guy M sat next to me when I was waiting for G. M had real six packs and beautiful legs like an anatomical specimen. Seeing still no hope with G I went with M, again R$200 with gozar. M was average for performance with an average dick but I enjoyed his body. His muscles looked amazing when he came.

G was smoking in the upstairs bar when I exited with M. I did not know if his fixo client turned up but soon G was fully clothed and saw me on his way out. He was warm and gave me a big smile and hug followed by a big kiss. I turned my head away as I can still taste M’s cum on my tongue and did not want to pass onto him. He asked me if I were going to Posto 8 tomorrow as he was going, and we both agreed to meet tomorrow at 117.

    To be continued.

    Tipsy Talk
Back at the hotel Bangkok Guy heads to IconSiam to get a shirt for tonight while I shower before the tailor arrives.
I am very pleased with the clothes and by the time Bangkok Guy returns I am wearing some of my new wardrobe, a pair of high-waisted caramel linen trousers held up with woven silk braces in light blue with a tropical fish design and a white Chinese-collared shirt, the collar and placket lined in deep navy.
Bangkok Guy both likes and is amused by the braces “They cute”. He explains his amusement by showing me a picture of little children wearing outfits with braces – he associates braces with children’s clothing. He has bought a white Chinese collared shirt which matches mine.
His phone rings. It is our driver from today saying that she will not be driving us tonight, one of her colleagues will collect us. We are disappointed as she is a co-conspirator and we like her car, a black Honda Accord, which Bangkok Guy tells me in Thailand is a “Boss car”. Her colleague arrives in an SUV, apparently “Not Boss car”, so we arrive at Baan Suriyasai as our humble selves.
Our reservation is in Khun Bangkok Guy’s name as the restaurant was having trouble with my name and Bangkok Guy took over. The new shirt matches his status as patron-of-record.
We have our usual room, a private table-for-two overlooking the courtyard. Bangkok Guy orders for us, old favorites like the pork belly with different sizes of egg and a few new dishes. As always the food is wonderful.
No champagne by the glass, only by the bottle. I ask Bangkok Guy if he likes champagne and if he can drink more than a glass. I order a bottle after he affirms both.
We don’t usually drink this much, certainly not Bangkok Guy, and the alcohol loosens the conversation.
“Why you drink so much?” “All Falang drink”. “I not know Falang, I know you. You like alcohol more strong (than the champagne)”. I later ask for an eau-de-vie, confirming his analysis.
“Your mother knows you are gay?” “Yes”. “Does it bother her?” He looks confused “Why it bother her?” “In the West some parents do not like their sons being gay”. “Oh?” he is not sure what to make of this Falang peculiarity.
“Why you give me everything?” “I don’t give you everything”. “You give a lot”. “I like you”. “How much you like me?” “A lot” and I extend my arms to indicate the entire room and the universe beyond. “Why you like me?” “You are a very nice person. You have a good heart. You are responsible. You have a sense of humor”. “I not so nice”. “Really, why you say that?” “If I no want to talk to someone they can see, my face look like this” (he tries to pull a face of someone turning up their nose, but does not really succeed).
I had wondered how Bangkok Guy’s complete lack of a poker face went down with fellow Thais and this suggests that it can cause problems.
“You like me?” “Yes, you always nice to me, never ‘Ack Ack’ me, and you are funny”. ‘Ack Ack’ is said rolling back the lips to show the teeth in a biting motion. It’s a gesture I have used to indicate that I have had to deal with someone. He sees it as part of my being a Boss, but happily I don’t act as Boss to him.
“Why you stay in such expensive hotel?” in a slightly critical tone. Bangkok Guy likes value-for-money, not expensive things. Now I discover why he called asking for the hotel address. I explain I have a deeply discounted rate, but admit it is still expensive. I am paying about twice as much as I normally would in order to get the space and river access, to keep distant from people because of covid.
He nods, this is of a piece with my using the LimoPattaya rather than public transport and insisting on cracking the windows open despite smells outside. On the way to Ayutthaya, he wound the windows up because of a smell (not much of one to my nose, but he has a much keener sense of smell) and I put them back down. He felt the need to explain my odd behavior to our driver (I caught the word ‘covid’) and she just laughed. After driving me several times she was used to my strange obsession.
“What do Thai people think when they see your ring?” I ask, indicating the ring-of-power-that-was-supposed-to-be-a-dragon on his ring-finger. “Think I am married”. “How many children do you tell them you have?” I tease him. Bangkok Guy gives me a tolerant ‘You are so Silly’ look and ignores the question.
“In Thailand where you want to live, Bangkok or hometown?” “Bangkok too many people, but is business. Hometown is nice, have trees and nature, but no business. Stay Bangkok for business and live in hometown once business big enough. If could live anywhere, would live in mountains like you, cooler, air clean, not many people”.
In mountains like me?! “I don’t live in mountains”. “Yes, I see many trees”. One time he called me I was in the garden and he has associated the many trees with forest, which he associates with mountains. He really does like nature. I explain the confusion. “Still many trees”, which I can’t deny.
The comment about no business in hometown causes a penny to drop. The allowance I give him enables him to stay in Bangkok and keep alive his aspiration of creating a business. Without it covid would have forced a retreat to the hometown where the living is cheap but the opportunities are zero.
“Outside Thailand, is there anywhere you would like to live?” “With you”. “You can live outside Thailand?” “Yes”. “But no Thai people, who you talk to?” His look implies I am missing something “Who you think run Thai restaurants?” he asks laughing. My local Thai restaurant is indeed run by Thais, and there is a temple twenty minutes away.
I have always thought that Bangkok Guy was wedded to Thailand, so this is news.
“You would be happy outside Thailand?” The answer here is nuanced. In Thailand getting ahead as a very poor person is difficult. His father went bankrupt a few years ago and now the responsibility for the financial wellbeing of the family unit (his mother and younger sister) rests on his shoulders. It is a lot. He accepts the responsibility, not accepting it is not a consideration, but he would like to be happy while he shoulders the responsibility and somehow this might be easier outside Thailand. My guess is that it comes back to needing emotional support and, possibly, he thinks there is more opportunity outside Thailand.
Bangkok Guy, possessed of the ring of power, wants to join me in my woodland sanctuary.
I wonder if this is how Tolkien got inspired? I’ve never heard that he visited Thailand.

    Ayutthaya and Birthdays
The same lady driver from LimoPattaya is on time in her very nice car to drive us to Ayutthaya. As usual, Bangkok Guy curls up on the back seat and rests his head in my lap. My role as human pillow is secure.
After the first temple, one with tortoises, we are hungry. Bangkok Guy finds a place online and a ten minute stroll finds us at a charming old wooden Thai structure nestled in a garden. No one in sight, and we are concerned that it is closed until we find the proprietors seated around a table at the back having lunch. We are the only customers, and they are delighted to see us. Bangkok Guy selects what turns out to be a very good lunch.
Over lunch we continue an earlier discussion of future travel plans. We have been looking at all the places that Thais can go without visas and some of these correspond to my bucket list, including the Maldives and the Serengeti (Tanzania and Kenya are e-visa, failing which South Africa and Kruger National Park is no visa). He does not know the Serengeti, so I type it on his phone and he explores the pictures on the web, his grin widening. He holds up a picture of one of the lodges with eco-style architecture: “This where we stay?”. “Can”. “I want!!”
He is however a frugal realist: “But expensive?” Yes, compared to Tokyo which had been the next on our list, but as I want to go anyway and it will be more fun with Bangkok Guy than by myself, I assure him we can do it. Our post-covid travel plan is now the Maldives and Africa. Tokyo is banished: “It only shopping”.
However, who knows when covid will end. For the second half of this year we agree that he will plan a trip for us in Thailand. Bangkok Guy is enthusiastic and shows me pics of himself on holiday in various spots of natural beauty around Thailand. He really likes scenic beauty, partly for the beauty and partly for the absence of people, and traces out a possible route on a map, all nature spots except Chang Mai which, as I have not been there, he thinks I should see.
We will hire a car, he can drive, he is in fact very enthusiastic to drive me. To avoid circumnavigating Thailand by car, which I think would be tiring, I point out that he has a credit with Bangkok Airways for the cancelled Koh Samui ticket, so when we reach the far North we can fly South and hire another car. Given the logic of a free flight, he agrees, although left to himself he would drive the entire way.
Lunch over, he calls the driver (they exchanged numbers and he is now in charge of driver relations) and we visit more temples including the Buddha-head-in-tree, the one with a big fishpond and the reclining Buddha. Our last stop is a floating market which Bangkok Guy is very keen to re-visit as he enjoyed it on a previous occasion. From his photos I thought it was a local market, but it is clearly built-for-tourists, albeit strongly appealing to Thai tourists.
Unfortunately many of the shops and the ladies selling from boats in the small lake are no more, victims of the economy. Bangkok Guy is disappointed but unfazed and once he finds a clothing store I see why he likes this place – very attractive casual clothing at very cheap prices. He gets a stylish tie-died shirt and loose pants in white with a red-brown Thai-patten print for 100Bt each. H&M and Uniqlo, eat your hearts out.
It is now a little past the hour at which we need to depart if I am going to be back at the hotel in time to receive the completed clothes from my tailor. Bangkok Guy speaks with our driver, and we are on the road home for all of four minutes when we suddenly pull over and circle around for a parking spot.
To my questioning face Bangkok Guy says ‘Two minute’ with his ‘Trust Me’ expression. I assume he needs to go to the toilet. Ten minutes later I am beginning to wonder. Fifteen minutes later I line him “?” and get a quick response “Five minutes” and a sticker indicating ‘please’. My “Ok. What you doing?” gets a sticker of a figure biting its fingernails. “Not to worry, but only because it is you” to which he responds with a kiss sticker.
Whatever he is doing, it means something to him, and I will find out eventually. I text my tailor that I am running late and can he please come thirty minutes later than scheduled, a request with which he is fine. I look back in the direction in which Bangkok Guy went to see if there is any sign of him and spot an advertising sign for a jeweler. Our driver is watching me. “Did he go to the jeweler?” “Yes”, she smiles. She is in on whatever he is up to.
I decide to visit the jewelry shop. As I approach the shopgirls see me and by the time I enter they and Bangkok Guy are doubled-over in guilty laughter. A gold dragon on a red cord is just about to be placed in its gift box. Instead, Bangkok Guy places it around my wrist “Happy Birthday!” Everyone in the shop is beaming.
It is the same type of dragon that I gave him the money to buy two years ago, instead of which he bought the ring. I had said I would like one and we had planned to take a boat to Chinatown tomorrow to get one for each of us. Bangkok Guy had drawn me into a thorough discussion of what size dragon I wanted compared to the size he wanted, and in the car on the drive here had played around comparing his hand and wrist with mine, I now realize to size the red cord correctly. I offer to buy him one but no, he has the ring, the whole point of the discussion was to find out what size of dragon I wanted.
I am quite blown away and grinning from ear to ear. This is a nicest gift I have had in a long time, and the best planned.
As an aside, our lady driver passed Bangkok Guy’s number on to LimoPattaya, and for the remainder of the trip LimoPattaya call Bangkok Guy, not me.

    Shopping and Business
In the morning we follow Bangkok Guy’s habit of sleeping in if there is no specific reason to get up. I enjoy drifting along next to him. We leave the room in time for lunch and Shopping at IconSiam.
First stop is for me, Jim Thompson where I buy additional masks as gifts and get one in yellow with an elephant pattern for Bangkok Guy. Then I follow Bangkok Guy to his usual go-to’s, H&M and Uniqlo where, to my surprise, he buys nothing. Too expensive as no Sale today. His frugality extends to my money. In Muji he finds underwear and hoodies he likes, and my views are sought on hoodie selection. He gets an attractive lemon yellow one with dove grey lining.
We are heading for the escalator when I see Polo Ralph Lauren. “Expensive”. Yes, but they are having a sale, 50% off. Bangkok Guy needs ‘underwear for swim’ and these are on sale. My opinion is sought between pale pink and mid blue. I am surprised he likes the pink, but maybe it is only brighter shades to which he has an aversion. In the end price is the deciding factor, pink is 50% off while blue is only reduced 30%.
To my surprise, we have to return to Jim Thompson where Bangkok Guy buys himself a black facemask. He has decided it will match his outfit better, which it does. He is frugal, but he is gay.
All this activity requires a rest, so we return to the hotel and after a shower climb into bed for a nap which later becomes a ‘nap’.
After dinner on the hotel terrace, we have a business discussion.
I have updated the spreadsheet showing his monthly budget: his expenses, the money he makes from the market and his allowance from me. The last two years his market income has been erratic to put it mildly and I have provided additional funds to fill the gap.  For the coming two years I have increased his allowance so that it fully covers his expenses: the additional money is funded from a new long term contract I recently landed. Whatever happens with covid, his basics are covered.
The discussion then turns to his business. His experience with the market stalls is a textbook case of the need for differentiation and defensibility in a business model, without which you can’t maintain steady volume and reasonable margins. For example, he got into selling masks and sanitizer early and for around two months he was doing great business, until everyone else did the same thing. If he is going to move beyond hand-to-mouth he needs to find something which is both differentiated and defensible.
I explain these ideas, using his experience as the example and sketching out pictures in my business notebook. Bangkok Guy becomes animated – he gets this – and takes over the conversation to explain to me how markets are organized, sketching pictures for me.
He has a plan, which I think is a good one, that achieves a somewhat defensible business model by using access to goods from his hometown and the organizational structure of the markets. By employing his mother and sister the model also follows his understanding of the purpose of a small business, which is to support the family unit.
Bangkok Guy and I have discussed business often enough that there is a mutual understanding that my suggestions are very welcome (“you are businessman” in a very approving tone), but that he will decide whether-or-not my ideas are workable for small business.
Early in our friendship he had an idea for creating a laundry service to cater to the new middle-class tower blocks. I thought it was a good idea and a scalable one if he developed an app with a tie-in to courier services. From my perspective, the purpose of a small business is to scale enough to achieve a trade-sale or an IPO. As I waxed lyrical, I noticed I was on the receiving-end of the constipated look.
“What think?”  What he thought was that I did not understand the purpose of small business which is, as everyone knows, to support and provide employment for the family unit. So now I offer my insights from ‘big business’ which he then considers through the lens of his framing of small business.
Capital is needed to make this new idea work, which is my role. He understands that anything beyond the allowance depends upon me generating additional income. I now know the goal for the additional income I need to make this year if the modest percentage I share with Bangkok Guy is going to meet his capital needs. I am keen to help him with this, partly as I think he has a good idea and partly because I want to move him away from hand-to-mouth and become financially independent. And of course, I like him and enjoy his enthusiasm.
We do not go to Bamboo Bar tonight as Bangkok Guy points out that we have an early(ish) start in the morning.

    Enter Bangkok Guy
Complete radio silence from Bangkok Guy, which is not a surprise as he only communicates if there is something to communicate and, unlike me, feels no need to reconfirm what is already agreed.
The need to keep multiple balls in the air in business has habituated me to rigorous management of time and process which I unwisely carry over into my personal life. Unwisely, as it gets in the way of relaxation and spontaneity. In Bangkok Guy’s words ‘So much organize’.
Bangkok Guy has three approaches to managing this potentially irritating part of my personality. Amused indulgence while he watches me attempt to bend the universe to my will, when a wise person would realize you can only organize so much and then play the rest by ear; persistent but gentle suggestions that I need to relax more; and simply ignoring me and doing what he thinks is necessary at the pace he considers suitable.
    Today he is ignoring me.
A little after 5pm he Line’s me that he has finished his errands and is on his way, followed by a Thai-language screenshot of the hotel with the question “This your hotel?” Odd question as he has already spoken to the hotel about his vaccination status, so I guess that his taxi driver knows of other hotels with similar names and wants confirmation of the address. I later discover that he went into the website to get the address and got such a shock at the room rate (full board, not my heavily discounted rate) that he felt he needed to confirm.
It is great to see him. He looks good and his eyes have their usual sense of mischief. After two years apart we are both happy, hopeful, but slightly hesitant. Is this going to click and pick up from where we left off?
I reassure him that as he has been sick, we go at his pace. I follow him. He wants to rest, we rest. He wants to go to Bamboo Bar, we go, but if he does not feel up to it, we do not go.
His face, mirroring his thoughts as always, is a picture of great satisfaction mixed with thought. He snuggles close and smiles “I follow you”. “You have been sick, I want to be sure you are ok”. “I not tired any more, can go anywhere. You want to go Ayutthaya? Can go.”
I touch the gold ring on his ring-finger.
“You give money for (he uses a Thai word meaning dragon charm) but I buy ring”. We have had this discussion on Line, but now that I am seeing the ring in person for the first time, he is watching my reaction.
“So you wear my ring?” “Yes”, with a mischievous smile. “So you are mine?” “Yes”, with the mischief heading off the scale. I trace his eyebrows with my finger “These mine?” “Yes.” Stroking his nose “This mine?” “Yes.” Comprehensive exploration reveals that all of him is mine.
Ah, but apparently a rule of reciprocity applies here. “If ring make you mine, then ring makes me yours?” “Yes.”  “All of me?” “Yes” with a great grin.
This is clearly a powerful ring, but alas for Sir Peter Jackson there is no material here for a further trilogy. Unlike Sauron, Bangkok Guy is likely to use the power of the ring gently and reasonably, mischief and grinning included.
It does not take much empathy to understand that while Bangkok Guy needs and likes the financial support I provide, he also needs love. He has a romantic heart but beyond that, sane and well-balanced as he is, I sense a need for emotional support. I don’t know his full family background, but there is a deficit there that needs to be filled.
After a couple of hours slowly reintroducing ourselves, we shower before heading to Bamboo Bar. We are again very comfortable with each other.
Things are not back to where we left off. Somehow they have moved beyond that.

    Passing the Time
As originally conceived this trip had a significant business component, using Bangkok as a hub to visit other cities in the region or people coming to Bangkok to meet me, and re-establish face contact after two years. The removal of Test-and-Go shut the door on this.
However, my presence in Thailand and this time zone makes me useful to others whose plans have also been disrupted and I receive requests for all manner of help from meeting potential investors to conducting a Zoom-forum and even interviewing a candidate.
With my days free I am happy to oblige and the days before Bangkok Guy joins me become a pleasant routine of swimming, working, dining by the river and becoming a regular at the Bamboo Bar where the captain now automatically orders me a Sazerac.
Not wanting to risk crowds on the Metro or Sky Train I hire a car and driver from TheLimoPattaya whenever I need to get around and re-experience what we all know – Bangkok is not a city in which driving makes much sense as a transport option. I have the same lady driver with the very nice car, the weather is mild enough that cracking the windows open does not cause discomfort, and as the traffic is taken into account in planning, everything goes smoothly. For those into shopping, Jim Thompson is making a great N95-design mask in a fun selection of fabrics. Much more comfortable than the regular ones as the straps are adjustable.
Hovering in the background is a nagging concern over the true state of Bangkok Guy’s health. It is not a concern that can be addressed through Line exchanges for language reasons and also because he is both a Stoic and believes in looking good. I will only find out when we meet as, in person, when it is just the two of us face-to-face, communication is much easier and it is always the plain truth, politely expressed.

Things Begin to Fall into Place, Finally
The morning of the day prior to Bangkok Guy’s emancipation from home-isolation begins with an apology he sent late the night before, after I had turned in. ‘Sorry I didn’t answer you. I take medicine and sleepy all day’. That explains his total radio silence yesterday. I tell him no problem, rest and get better.
After swimming laps I have an early lunch by the pool and doze in the shade of the cabana, enjoying the soft breeze off the river. A ping from my iphone breaks my reverie, a sticker of a rabbit and a chick popping out from behind a wall. Bangkok Guy signaling he would like to talk. I ask if I can call him – our established etiquette to give him time to make himself presentable before a live audience – and the next thing he is calling me, voice only. He clearly doesn’t want to make a live appearance.
He sounds tired but says he feels better and his sense of mischief is alive and well.
I tell him the next few days are what he wants, I follow him. We have established ‘I follow you’ as our code for who is in charge of the task at hand for everything from choosing a restaurant to finding a temple or deciding on the main activity for the day. What I mean to convey is that he is recovering, so we go at his pace. His response is a mischievous giggle while he repeats ‘you follow me’ in a very satisfied tone of voice. We will see where this leads.
We agree he will come to the hotel at 5pm the next day. His choice of timing. My guess is that he has a lot of errands to run after being quarantined for so long, some of which will involve restoring his grooming to its usual high standard.
I slip back into my cabana reverie only to be pulled out of it by another ping, this time from my tailor. I have an appointment in the afternoon but he is at the hotel for another client, so if it suits me we can have a fitting now. I am very happy with what he has made and, seeing my satisfaction, he suggests that now I will of course want ten of everything. I do get a few extra, including an additional pair of linen trousers in terracotta-with-orange-highlights which I like but which I know Bangkok Guy will view with considerable skepticism. If he is going to pull my chain, I am going to pull his.
For a change I lunch outside the hotel on the terrace at D’ARK in IconSiam. It is 1.45pm and the waiter (extremely cute) tells me alcohol sales stop at 2pm, so rather than a glass I order a carafe of the Sancerre with fanciful thoughts of acquiring a monopoly on alcohol between 2-5pm, and selling glasses from my stock at outrageous prices to parched Falang. It is an excellent Sancerre and I happily consume my cache, parched Falang be damned.

    The Confabulation Tendency
It is difficult to understand what is going on here. Why would the hospital require him to go home after ten days in quarantine? Why does he say he cannot see me in the hotel, when the hotel tells me a doctor’s letter is fine?
Given the propensity of the human mind when stressed to automatically seek out a narrative which fits the ‘know facts’ – to make up a story to meet our need to feel we understand - I need to be very careful.
My experience with Bangkok Guy, and the principal that the simplest explanation is most likely the correct one, suggest that what we have here is another example of linguistic/cultural fog. Something is lost-in-translation and I need to chill out and take time for things to become clear. Call this ‘Explanation A, Cultural Fog’.
However, that simple direct piece of reasoning is insufficient to calm my mind and halt its search for pattern-fitting narratives. Soaring in flights of fancy, my mind constructs two ‘fact fitting’ narratives.
The first of these, ‘Explanation B, It’s A Con!’ I have a sufficient grip on reality to dismiss. Beginning with the thought “Isn’t it odd that each announcement of not being able to meet came just at the last minute?”, in this narrative Bangkok Guy never had covid and never had any intention of meeting for any number of reasons which can be invented to propel the narrative. However, I think he has genuinely contracted covid. The whole thing is sufficiently elaborate and consistent that reality seems a much better bet than make-believe. Also, a complete con simply doesn't gell with my experience of Bangkok Guy, who is honest to a fault (I think?).
In ‘Explanation C, The Curse of the Caring Falang’, Bangkok Guy has another Falang; contracting Covid has fouled up his careful management of his Falang; and he is now wildly improvising (for example, he tells me the hotel says he cannot enter, but the hotel tells me they will accept a doctor’s letter). This is a much longer narrative fitting many more ‘facts’.
This trip has been in the works for a long time, plenty of time to develop a story for Falang #2 that he will be back in home village over New Year when he will actually be with me.
In the initial discussion after he got covid his concern was canceling his flight to Koh Samui, nothing more. Meeting in Bangkok was good. It was only five days later that, in hindsight, his reluctance to go to the hotel ahead of me and the odd frustrated sticker he sent, signaled that something was off-balance (rather than simple frustration as I thought at the time).
What has gone off-balance is that Falang #2 discovered he was in hospital and insisted that Bangkok Guy stay with him once he was released. The Curse of the Caring Falang!
It is an old truth that the best lies contain a partial truth. However, my experience is that all our lies contain some truth as inventing a complete fantasy is just too difficult. Consciously or unconsciously, we incorporate elements of reality into our falsehoods.
The piece of reality in Bangkok Guys’ story is that someone is saying he has to go home after leaving the hospital. The unreality is that the someone is the hospital.
That Bangkok Guy may have more than one Falang is not ideal, but neither is it the end of the World. We have no agreement for, nor expectation of, exclusivity. His ideal Falang lives in Thailand and it is clear to both of us that this is not me. I am only in Thailand twice a year on average, two weeks of the four are business, so a maximum two weeks of his dedicated time. An entrepreneurial young man could utilize the other fifty weeks to his advantage.
‘Cultural Fog’ and ‘The Curse of the Caring Falang’ cast Bangkok Guy in very different lights. My experience of Bangkok Guy, and Occam’s Razor, suggest ‘Cultural Fog’ is the true situation here, but where emotions are involved (‘After all this I won’t see him!!!’) it is hard to clear the mind of a well-constructed narrative.
I need to chill out and wait for Bangkok Guy’s response to my request for a doctor’s letter. ‘Cultural Fog’ will enable him to provide the letter. ‘It’s a Con!’ he cannot provide the doctor’s letter. ‘The Curse of the Caring Falang’ he will be able to provide the doctor’s letter but will not want to, resulting in improvised excuses.

    Circumnavigating the Island
My original itinerary included a rental car which Bangkok Guy was going to drive, an idea he liked very much. There was no flexibility to either alter the booking nor to get a refund, so on the fourth day I collect a car which I will be returning halfway through the rental period. The things forbidden in the rental contract include smoking, animals and durian. The partial saving grace is that I can drive myself to my day-5 PCR test at Koh Samui hospital, avoiding having a taxi wait for me, the cost of which is equivalent to two days car rental.
Driving on Koh Samui is very easy and my little car is the right size for the narrow roads and right-angle bends – literally a right-angle in an otherwise continuous stretch of road. After the PCR test – efficiently organized on the hospital’s tennis court – I have lunch at a very isolated beach restaurant that was recommended to me. Not a place I would have ever found on my own and excellent Thai food. I send a pic to Bangkok Guy who apart from being envious - "So Delicious" – is amused that the mild spice level is at the upper end of my tolerance. He likes confirmation of his ides fixes about Falang.
My anti-clockwise circumnavigation of the island is singularly lacking in the picture postcard views which comprise one-hundred-and-ten-percent of Koh Samui according to the internet, guide books and advertisements for accommodation. Between the infinity pools of the hillside villas and the white sand beaches an ugly ring of random ribbon development encircles the entire island, excepting the South West quadrant. Think of the ugly bits of Pattaya (well, just think of Pattaya) stretched into a thin circle.
I saw the villa I had originally booked and, now I understand the lay of the land, I am happy to be paying the premium for direct beach access.

You will be able to find fast internet. Some of the Airbnb apartments have high speed or even fiber. You can message the host of the place where you would like to stay and they will be able tell you the internet speed that they have in their apartment.

Went to Lagoa last night, their first night open after about a month. Hours are Noon- 7pm but let most stay until 8pm. Was the busiest I think 've seen it in the new space. Namazu was there along with a couple of other board members. I told Namazu that people were waiting for his updates and he said he's busy "making new content", lmao

I was also in Rio last week, the Atlantico Copacabana rooms were about $20 usd a night, felt like old times staying there. Lions is closed with doubts that it will re-open, who knows. Point 202 had a few good nights Meio Mundo is good on Monday, 117 was good on Tuesday, 202 on Wed.....but 202 seemed like it had the most going on more than just 1 night.

With restrictions in SP of most everything closing at 7pm is kind of different, but I always plan to have someone come to my place after to keep me entertained. Seems like if you get into a restaurant or sauna before 7pm, you can stay until 8pm.

That's all I got, not the writer like Namazu....I don't know how he does it

New Year in Fortaleza: And a Muted New Year to Everyone!
I had no expectation whatsoever about any business-as-usual New Year’s celebration in Brazil. That is not why I went here in the first place. The pandemic is still very much raging, and I wouldn’t think there would be any place in the world (that accepts Americans) that would have a full-blown New Year’s celebration. So my expectations were to not to go to any parties, to not see fireworks, and not to see a lot of people comingling.
But the point of me coming was to spend time with the BF, which takes the sting out of the lack of any celebrations here. As we got close to the date of my arrival to Brazil, we have been going back and forth as to where to spend the turn of the New Year. We ruled out Rio and Sao Paulo, as both cities were proactive in letting everyone early know that (a) they were taking this pandemic seriously and (b) no celebrations were to be had. So we were stuck with choices in the Northeast, and in the end, there was no place like home, and Fortaleza won out.
I decided to splurge and I had us stay at the Holiday Inn Fortaleza. It was definitely more upscale than staying at an AirBNB, its across the street from Praia Iracema, and with its nice restaurant and bar and other first world creature comforts, we can celebrate the New Year in some style. Lucky for me as well, I was able to redeem those accumulated IHG points that have been left unspent during the pandemic.  They usually come in handy when staying in Sao Paulo at the Intercontinental Hotel there.  But in Fortaleza, the points definitely work as well:

Upon arriving at the hotel, Paulo immediately whips out the cellphone and takes selfies, around the hotel sign:

The hotel was decked out for the holidays, and the room we got was spacious and faced the beach. The buffet breakfast was a nice treat to have every morning, with a shit ton of breakfast items, combining American and Brazilian food. I looked forward to it everyday.  And the premises were pretty nice as well, with a chill pool to hang out with. Again, Paulo took advantage of the nice surroundings and took many photos by the pool:

I filmed him doing backflips and such by the pool.  It was going great until he somehow hurt himself with all his exertions. It wasn’t serious or anything but the next day he felt some backpain. We go to the pharmacy to get him some pain relievers. I suggest buying some BenGay, the fairly ubiquitous pain cream (in the USA) with Menthol and Methyl Salicylate. We were in luck that the drug store we went to had it. Although the name itself made Paulo laugh out loud. On the Uber drive home, he could not resist sharing this with the Uber driver. I guess BenGay sounded exactly like “Bem Gay”. It was trully, really gay.

We ran into further bad luck, as the night before the eve, we see the barriers being installed by Praia Iracema, where traditionally the fireworks will be.  I guess Fortaleza is choosing the safe way out, which is to also prohibit people going to the beach and the sand on the 31st, prohibiting fireworks, and all other parties for New Year’s Eve. I guess escaping Rio got us to the same type of restrictions here. Which was fine. A relatively quiet New Year’s celebration with just the two of us, is probably the best we can do.

With the saunas closed on New Year’s Eve, and the beaches closed the whole day, our options were limited.  Which is why choosing to staying at a hotel was a good idea. The gym hotel was still open, the pool was still open and hopping, and walking around Praia Iracema was also a good idea on this slightly cool day. It rained in the afternoon, and when the rain stopped, it was time for us to get some dinner. Paulo wanted to go to a restaurant close to the Holiday Inn that had the best picanha steaks in Fortaleza (his words). We walk there and there was a wait. The place was packed! But finally we get to a table. We immediately order some of the freshest cairpirinha de limaos I've ever had, to start the festivities:

It was the first New Year’s eve that we were spending together, and we mostly spent the time over dinner, sharing stories about Eve’s past. Paulo is a wild child, and it was no surprise to me that his idea of celebration was both very wild and very drunk. We finally get our dinner and yes, the meat was pretty tasty:

We were sitting close to the road side and he noticed a family of panhandlers begging for change next to us. Mom, Dad and baby. It was a firm reminder of where we were, Brazil, and with the pandemic, I am sure this panhandling has only worsened. Paulo, with a heart as big as his cock, hailed the waiter to come to us. He asked the waiter to cook a quick picanha dinner to go and to pack it up with utensils and napkins.  15 minutes later we got the plastic bag filled with the food. He looks at me and says “don’t worry, I am paying for this.” and gives the food to the beggars. They were very grateful obviously. Afterwards Paulo tells me that he is nothing but a GP and can’t do anything to change his country. But this, he can do.
Afterwards, we walk back to the Holiday Inn. It was almost midnight so we decide to head over to the pool area, where there was a terrace where people can watch the beach and the (lack) of foreworks. There were some people there but I am sure this would be more crowded pre-pandemic:

The clock strikes twelve, he gives me a chaste peck in the cheek (we were in public, in Fortaleza after all). There were some people milling the sidewalk by the beach, but there were a police presence to help avoid any agglomeration.

There were no fireworks at first, but then we hear some fireworks by the beach, and the police quickly race to apprehend the people who were doing this. They were serious.
After the turn, we decide to join the people walking by the sidewalk. There were advisories everywhere, reminding us that we can’t gather in huge numbers, and the people were constantly in the move and sitting down was generally frowned upon:

Still, Brazilians do what Brazilians do. There were some who managed to take a Bluetooth speaker to blare celebratory music, and soon people were dancing. Some vendors were selling beers too, and very discreetly so police won’t be able to apprehend them. The police can’t be everywhere after all. We took advantage of this and a couple of cans of beers later, we were definitely were having a good time.
We got home at 3 AM, after taking part of some dancing some walking, some laughing. This was a fairly muted way to spend New Year’s Eve, but it was fun regardless, and Paulo was game enough to lift my spirits up, as he is always wont to do.
The next day, while getting some breakfast at the hotel, we see this scribbled on a mirror by the restaurant:

It says: “Here comes 365 new opportunities. Make the most of the good things to come, embrace the challenges, and overcome the difficulties.” However horrible 2020 was, the promise of the New Year, and a new chance to start again, is usually enough to make one forget of what happened in that horrible year. Even if it only lasts for a day.
    Next… back in Rio.

New Year in Fortaleza: Sauna Por Dinheiro and Sauna Por Amor
Kleyton was a great companion, but I was ready for my main event, which was: seeing my boyfriend in Fortaleza. I would rather be single, especially because I find myself in a land full of hot boys, but at least currently, the boyfriend has been giving me enough to work with to “suspend” my slutty self and be content, even elated, with being with him. As with any relationship, it is not perfect, and he is not perfect. But I am not as well, far from it. The heady mix of his Brazilian-ness and stubbornness with my own neuroses and headstrong tendencies has made this relationship the roller coaster it was always meant to be. But I am here for it, for now.
For people who are not familiar, here is how I met the boyfriend. The odd thing is, even if he is a Garoto de Programa, and I, a very prolific client, we never really started our relationship as one of client and boy. But the fact that I am a client (for some boys) and he is a boy (for some clients) looms large in the relationship. He still works because he needs to live, and I still hire because I want the sex. Even with this, though, it somehow works. Don’t ask me how. It just does.
So I have talked about Fortaleza during the pandemic here. The gist is that it is a nice enough beach city among many beach cities in the Northeast of Brazil. But experiencing it through the eyes of a local certainly elevated it to a more interesting place to be in for me.  There is enough variety among the beaches here, and enough creature comforts in the city to be comfortable, and enough places to unwind and party, that it makes it one of the more versatile cities in Brazil. And everyone knows how I like things versatile.
Paulo, as I call the BF here, has asked to visit him in Fortaleza over the New Year. He said that to be able to spend more time with me, he will only try get one programa per day at the sauna, which will enable us to hang out in the sauna after his work. Since it is still the pandemic, the sauna is probably the few gay spaces that are continues to be open in the city, so we would be hanging out here anyway, work or no. And there was really only one sauna worth its salt nowadays, and it is Mykonos Thermas Club.
Most of my initial thoughts about Mykonos still remain. The place is spacious and open. Probably because this is Fortaleza, and it doesn’t have to contend with high rents or property prices like in Rio and Sao Paulo, but unlike the saunas there, which are sometimes old and tired (117), falling apart (202), or weirdly designed (Lagoa), Mykonos is brand spanking new, and the sauna, hydromassager/pool, even stage area and chairs, are a breath of fresh air.
And thank goodness, because I do not mind spending 4 hours in a towel here, since Paulo like using all the facilities in the sauna, in one night. We would start with drinking of course, to start the night, and maybe after we would go to the sauna to sweat out some of the alcohol, and then after a quick rinse at the very public showers, we head over to the hydromassager to soak our cares and aches away. Then it was back to the bar for more drinks, and then maybe a game of pool if we wanted, or even some dancing in the stage area. All in one facility. All for 25 reais entry fee. Their flyer:

And probably the main point of Fortaleza for most people is that it is cheaper than Rio. And that cheapness of course comes with it, cheaper prices for programas. Paulo says that unfortunately, most of the boys here may earn less than 100 reais per programa. Sometimes as low as 50, or even 30. And I guess you get what you pay for, because this is not 117. Gone are the wall-to-wall muscle that I crave sometimes. A lot of boy-next-door types, and some even fairly off-brand looking boys. Which is unfortunate, but everyone has to make a buck. Paulo says the a lot of the boys do a volume business. 50 reais is not a lot of money, but if you do 4 in a night, you might just get to survive another day.
But there are a few choice boys in the premises. You know, those boys you would expect to find in 117 or 202 and feel that they belong. Along with Paulo, they will cost you 100 reais or more. And most of these “higher quality” boys are Paulo’s friends in the sauna. They sometimes hang out outside the sauna, and get to compare notes about clients as well. I got to meet some of these hotties this trip, and it was interesting to see both Paulo’s dynamics with these boys, and also the boy’s reaction to me. Paulo is never shy in introducing me as the BF, and I could tell that they have not seen this side of Paulo ever. They know not to approach me for a programa, even if Paulo is busy somewhere else, and even if they notice the drool on my mouth whenever I stare at them for too long.
Since this was the New Year, there were a bunch of special party nights in the sauna.

And indeed, the place was decked out for the occasion:

I would never dare do a programa with anyone here, as long as Paulo is with me.  Paulo has the trademarked Brazilian jealousy, and I know it would be trouble if I would ever want to see the extent of his jealousy. In turn, sometimes my very presence affects Paulo’s desire to work. He would oftentimes not want to work, even if he needs the money, because I was there, and he would rather spend time with me than with someone he has to pretend to like for money. And in times that he does go to his programa, he sometimes rushes things, because he didn’t want me to wait too long (both because he didn’t want me to get bored, and also I wouldn’t be tempted to get a boy for myself). And a client or two would complain because of this rushed atmosphere. Oh well.
This is a typical night for us at the sauna. 25 reais for client entry. 15 reais for boy entry. 5 reais for a big bag of peanuts. And 10 reais for a generous glass of caipirinha (we got 5 this night). I never leave this place with a bill more than 100 reais. Sooooo cheap:

I’ve talked about how clients get to wear white towels, and boys wear blue towels, but even while exiting the sauna, the exit card you give to security at the door is also delineated by color as well. Quite cute, I think:

Mondays in Fortaleza though, are GP sauna-free. There are two other GP saunas in Fortaleza: California and Dragon, and even those were closed on Mondays. But Paulo still wanted to go to a sauna with me, but to a regular gay sauna, one that prohibited GPs in their premises. So we would go there only as a couple, and not as boy and client, to just have a good time. Paulo admits that this is new to him, actually wanting to go to a gay establishment. But he said he did want to go to a place both to drink and to be close to me, and he is not ready to do that in general public. So in search of a gay space, he wanted to try the regular gay sauna Rommeo.
We were in luck today, as it was 2-for-1 entry at the sauna:

We get to the door and after security approves of our appearance, we get to the entrance and get our keys to the locker.

We enter the premises and immediately see 4 rows of big lockers. We were given teeny-tiny towels to wear. Paulo tries one on and you can see the half of his soft penis dangling past below the towel.  “This won’t do,” Paulo laughs.  Paulo will not stand for these bitch towels, so he got us regular seized towels to wear. I am thrilled at the sight of Paulo’s penis just dangling out of the towel, but I guess he is less amused.  Besides, he said, people usually pay him to see his penis.  Why give it away for free?
We, and Paulo’s penis, all get squared away, as we head to the bar area. At 9 PM, the place was hopping. Lots of male flesh, lots of gays. Most are boys-next-door but some are a tier above that. Paulo, as he does usually, stands out with his awfully muscular torso, 8-pack and manicured beard. He has garnered attention here for sure, moreso than he does in public. He was uneasy at first, but the alcohol, and my gentle back rubs, slowly ease him into relaxing to enjoy the night.
Overall it was a nice space. I remember it being two floors, with the first floor having the bar area, some tables, some bathrooms and places to sit. Upon going up the big staircase, there were the dark rooms and semi-private rooms if you wanted to do the nasty. Some more showers and some places to sit. It was definitely a nice playground for anyone looking to ogle at some man flesh, or even try the (apparently) free merchandise, if that suited your fancy.
We went into the darkroom to make out. Paulo pinned me to the wall and we started kissing and touching. After a few minutes he said “let’s switch places” he said. So he leans on the wall and we continue. “Why did you want to be on the wall?” I asked. Because people were touching him as they walked by he said. It made him uncomfortable. Maybe having sex in a sauna in full view of people was not his thing. I was able to get him hard though, but it was not the place for us to do this fully and completely. But it was nice to try.
We decided to just go back downstairs and drink and talk and gossip about the people in the sauna. Paulo was still dipping his toe in these things, so maybe going full on gay sauna was not for him at the moment. And I am far from the exhibitionist myself, so maybe a sauna is not for the both of us. But it was fun to try, and on a Monday night, it was the only thing to try.
We head home to the apartment. And that’s where the true fireworks began.
Next… New Year’s fireworks, or lack thereof.

Christmas in Rio: A Good Night for Clients or A Good Night for Boys? Choose one.
The one big thing I’ve noticed in my days in Rio this trip, is that a number of the Sao Paulo boys that I’ve seen and/or hired in the Lagoa sauna are currently in Rio, including my current companion Kleyton. And their reasons for being here are the same: that it was slow in Sao Paulo at the moment, and the tourists that are in for the Christmas holidays had their sights on Rio instead of Sao Paulo. So far, they said, they’ve been making bank. I see a number of them post their ads on garotocomlocal, and I see them ply their wares on Grindr as well, as oddly enough, most of the are in Copacabana like me, probably 4 guys sharing a room, overcrowded but getting that GP money.
This was also the last days of being “single” this trip. In two days, I’ll be meeting up with the BF in Fortaleza, where I’ll be spending the turn of the New Year in. I’ve been hearing that the usual grand Copacabana New Year celebration, in which I have been to twice, is cancelled this year due to COVID. They even have banned fireworks by the beach:

Indeed, a lot of the celebrations are either muted or all together cancelled in Rio, so it was probably good timing for me to leave Rio, to be at the more open Northeast for now. Besides, I didn’t want this to happen to me, which I could have attended:
So I was eager to slut it all out and make the most of these two days. Kleyton is shaping up to be a pretty good friend during these days as well, motivating me to go to the gym and the beaches, and at 22 years old, has the sexual appetite to spare even with having to sell sex at the saunas. And yes, he is also motivated to go to the saunas, since he needs the moneyz for his school expenses next year.
So it is Christmas day today.  I wake up with Kleyton on his phone. He sees me wake up and gives me a kiss. Then he says “Adriano wants to leave, but is waiting for us to wake up so he can say a proper goodbye.” I put on some shorts on and go to the living room. I see Adriano just in his underwear, laying on the couch. He bolts up to meet me for a hug and a “Bom dia!” He asks me if he could shower. “Fica vontade,” of course, I tell him. As Adriano got ready, I make coffee for everyone. We all chat a little bit before Adriano had to take his leave.  Hugs everywhere. A few more Merry Christmas greetings. And he was gone.
Since it was a glorious day today, it was a no-brainer that Kleyton and I catch a few rays at the beach. We put on our swimsuits, and pack the bag with sunscreen and water. We have a quick breakfast at Stalos again, and that American breakfast they have has become a favorite of mine. Checking Stalos’ Facebook page, it looks like it is actually called “Café Nova York” for some reason:

At gay beach Ipanema, it seems that everyone had the same idea, which was to celebrate Christmas day with their hundred or so closest friends in skimpy swimwear, enjoying the hot sun and warm water. Where we sat, someone had a Bluetooth speaker pumping out the latest Brazilian and American pop music that the gays loved.  It was kind of interesting to me how the vendors here have leaned into the gay signage to announce that they are gay-friendly. The rainbow flags, and the HotBoys and other gay bar sponsored flags are one way to get them to come:

No Brazilian beach experience is complete for me without a fresh serving of Strawberry Caipirihna, and a sweet Acai treat:

This was too much fun, and I wanted to so bad to share all this on my social media to greet everyone at home a Merry Christmas, but I knew that that would not go over well, with the majority of my friends and family who are stuck at home, going through winter. Oh well. Hope this pandemic is over soon.
With 117 closed till Saturday, the 26th, it was just 202 today this Friday. Christmas day Friday should be great for the sauna right? With everyone still in a celebratory mood?
WRONG. We get to 202 at 7 PM and see an almost empty sauna. It was sooooo depressing. And for the first time this trip, there were more clients than boys. Which is bad news for me, but great news for Kleyton. No sooner as he gets into the premises, he gets accosted b a client. I don’t blame the client. I’d snap up the first hot guy I see, with this slim pickings.
After an hour of doing nothing, the show starts. I guess there was enough clients to still have the show:

Thank goodness for the show though, at least the night was not wasted. And the gogo boys were yummy, and I wanted to see if they were available after the show. But I blinked and saw that one of the gogos was already sitting with a client, and the other gogo put his clothes on and with motorcycle helmet in hand, left without talking to anyone else.
There was one boy who flitted in and out of my sight throughout the night. He was in a towel when I saw him, and he would appear near the bar and then a few minutes disappear again. Presumably doing programas all night. After the show, he suddenly came and sat beside me, fully-clothed. “Boa noite,” he greets me, extending a hand. He was cute, muscular (not 117 muscular, but beggars can’t be choosers). Mid-20s. I asked him why he was fully-clothed. He said he’s had two programas already tonight, so he was ready to leave, but he saw me alone sitting so he decided to say hi and to see whats up
He told me he has seen me in 117 and 202 and wanted to say hi then to me but I was always busy with a boy. I tell him I wished I was busy now. He tells me that if he wanted to get busy with me, he could change back to a towel. I guess don’t look a gift horse in the mouth. He was fine, and cute. Probably too boy-next-door for me, and someone I wouldn’t do a programa with on any other night.  But this was tonight, a slooooow night, and 150 reais seems a small price to pay for something that may make me happy. Sex is still sex.
And it turns out, I wouldn’t regret it. He was vey passionate, and his giant ass certainly made up for some of his lesser qualities (in my eyes). He even came with me, probably because I was his last programa tonight and could waste a load now. I gave him 200 for that. I got a smile on my face. My night was saved.
I had to wait 15 minutes after for Kleyton to appear. I guess another 4 programa night for him. Merry Christmas.
The next day was all about 117. I was eager to salvage my disappointing night at 202 and fully bask in the muscular goodness of the legendary sauna.

It was packed, as before, and again I was treated with wall-to-wall muscular goodness that was present in the premises. As Kleyton bids me farewell to do some work, I sit down to do some work of my own. I sit in the smoking section of the sauna and just watch the boys come and go. Hard to choose a first programa tonight, but I guess someone will do the choosing for me.
Two muscular guys, young, white, and looking very fetching in their towels (soooo much abs), come to me and sit down with me on my table. The taller guy suddenly talks to me in broken English “200 for two of us? We will fuck you good?” I laugh out loud. He was very direct. The other guy, the more handsome guy, shakes his head. “Speak Portugues?” he asks. Affirmative. He then apologizes for his friend for being too direct. He says it was his first time at the sauna and is very excited.
I get them two beers while taking this time to get to know them. I like having this extra time to suss them out to see if indeed I will spend more time with them and to part with my money. And it gives them time to get comfortable with me as well, which may or may not pay dividends when it came to the sex. They were indeed very attractive. Both mid-20s, cariocas, white and muscular as hell. Super straight for sure, but they are Brazilians, so they know how to do it anyway.
And in the suite, it was obvious who was the more veteran sauna boy. He knew how to please clients. It might as well have been only him in the room with me. The other one was gorgeous, and hard as a rock, probably aided by Viagra, but he hardly made any overtures with me. Maybe he was intimidated by his buddy, who was all over me, and didn’t have any qualms with the very gay sex we were having. He kissed well though, and was great eye candy while his buddy topped me. He topped me as well, and I felt every bit of it because he was gigantic. 200 for the newbie, 250 for the veteran.
Afterwards I made my way to the show area to enjoy the upcoming show. I was able to rope in a gorgeous black muscular guy to sit with me for the show, and he asked me to order him food and drinks, which was fine by me since the show was a long one. And it was worth it! It was one of the better show I’ve seen in a while. The drag queen was amazing. The extra show with lights was a trip, and the strippers were more animated than usual:

After the show, I take my boy to the suite, and had a perfectly nice time with him with just foreplay and jacking off at the end. 200 reais.
Kleyton did worse tonight, with only 2 programas in the four hours we were in the sauna. It is rare that a good night for clients translates to a equally good night for the boys.  I guess that is the constant push and pull that happens nightly in the sauna scene in Brazil.
    Next up… Fortaleza!

Pre-Christmas days – My Time with Old Faithful
I was kind of bummed about the turn of events with Diego. I could have just faked it, and would have gotten the benefits of having an attractive and sexy companion at the apartment, who didn’t mind my sauna visits, and gave me the love and attention that only a Brazilian can.  But one must not toy with actual feelings and emotions, as some of us here in this forum sometimes forget: that the boys are capable of having feelings in the first place.
But I am reminded that I am in Rio de Janeiro, and if you find yourself lonely in Rio, it is your damn fault. So I message Lucas, the stallion I went out with in this post, to accompany me for a couple of days. Lucas checks so many boxes (young, handsome, tall, lean-muscular, super hung), but the one thing you can rely on him is that he is one of those perfect boyfriend-for-hire guys that can give you the boyfriend experience that you would want. He has known me for a few years now so he knows how to deliver it for sure. And the perfect thing is, there are no strings attached, and I can get all the love and attention a love-smitten boyfriend would shower me with, for an oh-so-worth-it price of 400 reais a day.
That is 69 dollars in today’s exchange rate. Even the price is perfect lol.
Lucas arrives a little after 2 PM on this Monday. He hugs me warmly when he gets to the apartment, still towering over me with his 6’4 wonder. He tells me that he needs to get in the shower real quick because he was sweating profusely to and from the Metro, and it was a scorcher at almost 90 degrees today. After 5 minutes he got back to me, just in his skimpy briefs, all fluffed and hard. After all this time with him, I have now him well-trained. He is game for just about anything I throw at him, and he admits that he allows some things to happen with me that he usually doesn’t with others. I have seen him evolve through the years, from my first programa with him being satisfactory but mechanical, to him evolving to a sensual, passionate friend.
And we catch up again, giving me updates about his pandemic and programas and his day job. He was the first people I met up with on my first weeks back in the pandemic when Brazil reopened, and I must hand it to him, he has weathered this pandemic with a combination of keeping his day job, enough fixed clients to keep him afloat, and actually being busy because of his appeal. His Instagram is usually full of trips around Brazil and even to other countries (that still accept Brazilians). He is doing just fine.
He also cums like faucet, which is always a sight to see.
He also has no pretenses with accompanying me to the sauna.  And since it is Monday, with 117 closed, it was 202 for us today. As we get our keys, we get a preview of 202’s holiday schedule:

I have told Lucas that while he is in the sauna with me to keep company, he can get customers too if anyone fancied him.  Why not, since I will be trying to get some boys to have some fun anyway, might as well be efficient and get Lucas some work. But Lucas said no. He said he is not in the headspace to build the inertia to sell himself in a sauna setting, as it has been a while since he has done it, but also because he just hates 202, and never really want to go here to sell himself.
So as we settle down to our seats by the stage area, I notice that the sauna is slow, like it always seems to be on a Monday night. There were probably 5 clients I can see, and double that the amount of boys, and none of which I felt I got to have right away. Invariably, this happens when my present arm candy at the sauna is hotter than all the boys in the sauna. I tend to compare them to the one I am with at the moment.  Thank goodness at least, there was a show today:

Some minutes before the show started, I notice a tall young moreno in gym wear. You know, Nike shorts, Nike t-shirt and Nike tennis shoes.  Not really in a towel like the rest of the boys.  He was sitting at a table across from us, idly looking at the current people milling about, not really approaching anyone. He would drift in and out of sleep sometimes, and finally laid down on the bench and closed his eyes. His shirt hiked up a little bit, and his long legs draped on the floor. Nice abs, long legs. Could be something. I guess maybe he was trying to make a sale with me but was trying this way. He did stand out because he was fully clothed.  I tell Lucas to see if he can talk to the boy and get him to sit with us.
And indeed, the boy does. He sits right next to me as Lucas sits on my opposite side. He asks for beer. He seems aloof. After I pry a few more words out of him, he warms up. Tells me about where he is from. He tells me his age (young!) and then tells me a few more details about him that makes me realize that he is a little bit more going for him than I initially thought. I am the soul of discretion so I will not divulge here those details.  But they were every bit as juicy and as interesting as this boy is turning up to be.
After the show (great drag queen and great strippers), I have him get a suite for us. As I take the boy upstairs, Lucas assures me that he will be fine just waiting at the table, chugging his beers and talking to some of the boys who knew him. At the suite, the boy disrobes and heads to the bathroom with no comment, to shower.

Unfortunately... he ended up probably the worst programa I have ever had in Brazil.  And yes I am counting that time a boy shat on my dick while I was inside him and he was sitting on me at Sauna Olimpo in Belo Horizonte. This boy didn’t have the passion, nor the hard dick, nor the anything else that could even make me cum, let alone hard. He just went through the motions, hoping it would be over soon. And what a pity. He was very cute, with a rocking bod. But looks will only take you so far, and for me, it was not far enough. 150 reais.  It was the agreed upon price.
Back at the apartment I tell Lucas about the programa. He told me that he sensed that the guy was going to be a dud, but didn’t say anything. And Lucas, being Lucas, made it up to me, even if he didn’t need to. He rocked my world that night.
Tuesdays however, are great at 117. I guess this was their best night, right? And they have stuff planned for the holidays:

And inside was indeed festive. It was definitely a fry cry from the slow 202 yesterday.  The place was packed with wall-to-wall muscle that I just can’t contain my excitement. Lucas was amazed too, and didn’t realize that 117 could be this busy again.  “Maybe I should start going back to sauna work again.” He tells me. And indeed it was busy for him too. There were a number of clients roaming the halls of 117. The place was alive and ready for Christmas. I should probably be spreading some Christmas cheer around here, and by cheer I mean cold hard reais.

And the boys didn’t waste time.  No sooner than Lucas and I sitting down at the smoking area, one of those typical 117 muscle gods approached me.  I have never seen him before, here or in any other sauna. His name was Anderson, and he was a white Brazilian. He was about 5’10, late 20s, and has the classic, most probably steroided, muscular body. The chest was insane, and abs for days, and he was wearing stylish gym shorts that definitely made him stand out from the other steroided gods milling around.
I ordered beer for him, and over a course of his beer, he proceeded to tell me what he would do to me if he got me into a suite. I’ve never heard this kind of sell job before, but it was working. After his second beer, I take him to reception to get a suite key, condom and lube. After 10 minutes of waiting, and the line behind us was growing, we get our suite.
He wasted no time and he takes off all his clothes.  Yowza, the cock definitely is Brazilian. He kissed very well for sure, but soon he was shouting orders at me. “Suck my dick!” “Rim my ass!” “Stroke my balls!” He certainly wanted to get worked on. And he was pretty dominant as well. Not my thing, but if a muscular god was doing this to you, you just do it. He managed to get me to bottom for him, and it was actually pretty good. Towards the end, he asked if I wanted him to cum. I said yes.  Took the cost up to 300 reais, but what the heck right? Came a little, probably has cum once before today. Totally worth it.
I got back to Lucas in time for the show to start. Overall, it was a pretty festive Christmas-y show, with two strippers and three drag queens. The room was standing room only and everyone was having a good time.

While the show was going on, I notice a younger muscular guy trying to get my attention. He looked nice and all, but once he caught me looking at him, and he immediately smiled. Wow, that smile. 1000 watts. He knew that was one of his strong suit for sure, apart from his giant biceps and chest of course. I wave a hand to motion to him to sit with me. Rodrigo. Prazer. He asked for a Heineken. He smelled amazing up close. And weirdly enough he liked smelling me for some reason. After acknowledging Lucas, he drew close, put my left leg on top of his right leg, and spent the rest of the show entwined with me.
At the group drag show at the end, I ask him if he could get a suite for us, in case there was a line. 15 minutes later he gets back with the keys and condoms. He takes my hand and leads me to the suite in the basement level. He takes off his towel, and he helps me out of my clothes as well. His body is amazing, and his tan was popping except for a tan line in the shape of a skimpy speedo. That was hot. We spent some time standing up, kissing each other, necking and sucking nipples, jerking each other off. We spent some time in that position, all the while making small talk about our lives. It helped that he was close to my height.
He agreed to bottom, and preferred getting on all fours as a first position to get used to it. After which we do it missionary style, my favorite because of easy access to kissing and to my bottom’s cock. But of course the number once reason to do it in this position was I can see his oh-so-pretty face. It was pretty. He smiled a lot. I came buckets with just the sight and sensation of this guy. 200 reais.
Overall, I’d say that this is as good as I’ve ever seen 117 in a while. Great choice of guys, with satisfying sex, and great overall sauna atmosphere. Lucas even said he had fun, and it didn’t seem that he was waiting for me finish my programas at all. We have midnight pizzas delivered at the apartment. He came in my mouth to wash the pizzas down.
    Next… Christmas!!!
