  1. I was at Theatron on Saturday night and can attest that things are in full swing and operate as normal. There were perhaps 5 masks that I saw during the evening. Virtually everyone was maskless both in the central, open-air terrance and inside the interior clubs. Lotus (rooftop bar) is mixed on all nights now, and curiously there were no strippers this Saturday but I expect that to resume at some point.
  2. I have some options for you to consider, however i would prefer to do this via email and not in the forums.
  3. I will start by stating that this is not the official name of this location. It does not have an actual name, just a location operating out of a private home located in Chapinero, Bogota. The club advertises on the major escort websites (Mileroticos, Skokka, GuiaGay Colombia, etc.) and has a website that does necessarily contain up-to-date images of the "service providers" on offer. URL is below. The house is currently located in central Chapinero, Bogota on a residential street just east off the major artery Avenida Caracas (Cra. 13). It is easy to identify as it is the only “white” building on the street (all others are the common red brick found in Bogota). To set up an appointment, you must contact the club via WhatsApp with a proposed time you will visit the club. The idea is that you will be shown the boys available during your visit, but the offer does not feel particularly curated. When booking, the response was consistently to message only when I was in Colombia and prepared to visit. I am certain that they deal with a high number of false requests, so be clear on your intent to visit and what time (hour) you will arrive. You can reserve a boy in advance or agree to the services you will purchase in advance. But you must agree to one of these conditions to advance to the next step of visiting the property. The house is easy to locate and access is simple. Buzz from the gate and you will be admitted to the property. Someone will meet you at the front door. Once inside, you will confirm either your original selection and be escorted to a room. Or if you were confirmed for multiple partners -- threesomes (MMM & MFM on offer) and foursomes (MMMM only) on offer – then you will be able to review your selections and make substitutions as available, before heading to your room. The facility is clean and comfortable and they do provide excellent service overall. Discretion is a primary concern and they took effort to ensure clients have no contact with each other – the proximity to the financial district might have something to do with that 😊 The initial contact can be challenging, but I am willing to accept that, and would assume that multiple return visits would improve the experience. Note: I asked about language and they are very limited with English. Be prepared with Google translate through the entire process if you are not reasonably comfortable in Spanish. Cost + Hours The menu of pricing is published in the escort sites. As of January 2022: One male, one hour 120K COP Threesome – 2 males, one hour 180K COP (same price to only watch) Threesome – bisex, one hour 180K COP Foursome – male, one hour 220K COP No interest? 20K COP for the visit. All prices include condoms and lube. The Club accepts all major credit cards. Officially the property is “open” 24 hours, but all is contingent on the time agreed for your appointment. So to be clear, you cannot just drop in to see who/what is available. The advertisements ask for a minimum 30 minute request prior to visiting. Getting there The club is located at Carrera 16 #61-09, three blocks west of Avenida Caracas (Cra 13) which is the major north-south transit artery for the city. Walk east along Calle 61 until you reach Carrera 16. The Casa is the white one across the street with the gated entrance. Parking is available if you organized ahead of time. https://www.google.com/maps/place/Cra.+16+%2361-11,+Bogot%C3%A1,+Colombia/@4.6487691,-74.0669601,19z/data=!4m13!1m7!3m6!1s0x8e3f9a485e8b7057:0x68e6083867fbbe90!2sCra.+16+%2361-11,+Bogot%C3%A1,+Colombia!3b1!8m2!3d4.6485926!4d-74.0671401!3m4!1s0x8e3f9a485e8b7057:0x68e6083867fbbe90!8m2!3d4.6485926!4d-74.0671401 Image of House https://www.google.com/maps/@4.6486594,-74.0669818,3a,83.5y,203.83h,43.86t/data=!3m6!1e1!3m4!1sBeOLwgBnI_h1GNM_XlrXNw!2e0!7i13312!8i6656 Social Media WhatsApp +57 324 6138588 Website https://colombiaescorts.co/
  4. Apologies if I was not clear. Yes, I book ahead for the previous night of arrival in Colombia so I can go directly to the hotel from the airport and check in. If I arrive at 3am, then I need to book arrival for the previous day to ensure that I have a room to sleep in. But you need to communicate the late arrival with the hotel in advance. The issue is that not all Colombian hotels allow you to check in outside of their fixed check in window so you need to confirm what is that time-frame with the hotel. If you stick with the large international chains you should be fine, but local establishments may not allow you to check in after midnight, for example. Better safe than sorry.
  5. Greetings from Bogotá. Landed late last night and will be here for the week. 1. You do not require a Covid test (PCR or otherwise) currently to land in Colombia. 2. The gaybourhood of Chapinero (Chapigay to the locals) is fully open and busy. Lots of people out this afternoon and the major clubs (Theatron, El Mozo, Coyote Crazy, et al) are functioning as normal. You will need to be masked to enter, but mask usage is lax inside the clubs. 3. You may want to review these places if you want to get into sexual exploration. I will also be adding a review of the Casa de Boys (private brothel) here later this week.
  6. I just came here to add that I appreciate that this change happened ¡muchas gracias! Sorry it took me this long to notice. Heading back to my Medellín retreat for the winter, and cannot wait...
  7. Agree 100%. Except putting your cell phone on the table in Colombia -- sorry but I cringe every time I see it and have watched horrified foreigners as their smartphones go dashing down the street with their new "owners". Please just put it away unless you truly need it
  8. This thread makes me think of the Colombian expression "No dar papaya". It means don't put yourself in a situation where you may be taken advantage of, don't show wealth or draw unnecessary attention, a papaya being a rich, delicious fruit that you should not simply give away since then you cannot enjoy it. https://www.spanishdict.com/answers/151217/what-does-no-dar-papaya-mean Often when someone recounts something bad that has happened, you will hear "Dio papaya" in response. It is somewhat victim blaming (fair observation) but the idea is very Colombian -- something precipitated the event, no fue por casualidad. When in Colombia (and Medellin) remember "No dar papaya" and you will be just fine in many situations. P.S. That includes putting your mobile phone on the restaurant or café table while dining. Big mistake in Colombia -- do not do it.
  9. To answer your question directly, I would say there is excellent advice here for a first-time visitor to the city. Agreed, the vaste majority of Laureles barrio south of the stadium is quite safe and I have never had any issues going about my business around that neighbourhood. Increasingly it is the barrio of choice for ex-pats and you will hear both English and German spoken regularly. I would endorse many of the comments about certain neighbourhoods being "unsafe" in the sense that you are more likely to encounter potential situations. El Centro after dark and on weekends can be rough, and the Parque de luces is bad outside of office hours, but I have negotiated both situations. A little common sense goes a long way. The one neighbouhood noted as a no-go zone is Trinidad (between the Olaya Herrera airport to the Medellin river) that is still controlled by narcos to move product though the city. Do not go there -- there is nothing to see there -- as the neighbourhood is still controlled by drug gangs who will know you are on the wrong turf. Skip Trinidad and walk up to Belen barrio better Cra 30 and Cra 33 which is the newest up and coming neighbourhood with tons of cafes, shops and restaurants along its lively streets.
  10. Found this article which offers up some great advice on neighbourhoods/areas to avoid in Medellín with alternative options. https://colombiareports.com/go-areas-medellin/
  11. A quick search of the WhatsApp feed only showed voice messages for the weekly raffle and a weekend away at an estate (Finca) outside of Medellín in Copacabana (northern neighbourhood past Bello) since November. The posted greeting below provides the location of the hotel using the traditional street names. "We are now in service at Carrera 45 (El Palo) at #55-41 Hotel Bliss Suite on El Palo between Calle Peru (Calle 55) and Calle Bolivia (Calle 56)" Which would place you here Apologies about the naming convention. Calle 56 is known as both Calle Zea and Calle Bolivar depending which neighbourhood you are in. So in this case, the correct name would be Calle Bolivia since it is a direct connection from this location to Parque Bolivar.
  12. Agreed 100%. In the past I have made inquiries and the answer is either (A) absofreakinglutely no way or (B) sure for $200-$400 USD with a gift included. Most don't bother past that point (have not had someone that obsessed thus far). The boys risk their employment if caught as it is against the rules in the signed agreement with the employers (Chaterbate and Flirt4Free are sister corporations). For the long-term successful performers (like Dante Santos named above) it is not worth risking a lucrative career that he can do from home. Also, the vast majority of performers are straight and not interested in making cash on the side.
  13. @Latbear4blk has fantatic advice here. 1. Send them a WhatsApp message requesting a specific boy(s) with the date you intend to be present. Give them at least 48 hours notice if you are being particular -- some of the boys live a distance from the hotel. The boys available in the hotel are usually posted daily to the WhatsApp account. I will check that as I am not currently following. 2. Google Translate is a perfect solution (and I am certain they are familiar). Many of the staff speak passable English but have a backup plan like Google translate just in case. The older Manager that leaves the voice messages does not speak a word of English to my best knowledge. 3. The message (in Spanish) that is posted to the WhatsApp is a description of the location of the hotel. It can be confusing because he uses the names of the street and not the numbers (I believe that the hotel is between Calle Peru (55 Street)and Calle Zea (56 Street). I can translate the message for you later today, but there is nothing special in the message that I have not posted about here. Have fun!
  14. I assume that you are doing the the direct flight to Bogota via Air Canada (apologies if incorrect) which take about 6 hours. It is nice to arrive directly at your destination, but landing in the middle of the night stinks. By the time you clear customs and have your luggage (BOG has one of the strictest baggage screening in the world) it is about 5am local time. I prefer to grab a room at a nearby airport hotel and get a few hours sleep before venturing into the city. El Dorado airport is in the west extreme of the city. Check with your hotel when they will allow you to do the check-in, as they are not as flexible as we are used to in Canada or U.S.A. Plan your travel times accordingly. Fun fact--the word in Colombian spanish for Check-in is "check-in". If you are transferring between flghts through either Panama or Mexico City (both are major hubs) then you may want to purchase a lounge pass where you can go relax between flights. Both airports are large and offer plenty of things to do while waiting for the next leg of the journey. I have flown through Panama City many times to arrive directly in Medellin and the layover was long, but the time went rather quickly. Take some entertainment to pass the time (book, music, podcasts, magazines). Merry Christmas!
  15. Maybe I can help set your mind to rest. Not that I can fix the coming wave of Omicron. Colombia has discovered cases (as of December 20) of Omicron. All three were tourists in the cities of Cartagena and Santa Marta on the coast. https://www.reuters.com/business/healthcare-pharmaceuticals/colombia-detects-three-cases-omicron-government-says-2021-12-21/ Currently there are two cruise ships off the coast of Cartagena with active Omicron cases. They are negotiating how to manage the situation (Colombia doesn't want them to disembark) https://thecitypaperbogota.com/news/cartagena-bans-crew-and-passengers-on-cruise-with-covid-cases/28955 As a fellow Ontarian (who just returned from Colombia -- I like my white Christmas) I can tell you that the biggest hurdle will be to ensure that you have adequate insurance as most Canadian providers use a clause that gives them the right to deny coverage when the Canadian government issues a travel advisory/ban. This occurred for Colombia on December 15. Happy to share details for supplemental Covid medical and cancellation/disruption coverage if you want to exchange details. https://travel.gc.ca/destinations/colombia?wbdisable=true I still intend to return to Medellín(via Bogotá) in January, I just moved my ticket up by a week to accomodate some work happening at my place in the new year. Good luck with your decision.
  16. Found this on their WhatsApp -- foto of the entry door and WhatsApp phone number for reference.
  17. ¡Buena suerte con los estudios de español! Good luck with your Spanish language studies. Wanted to share this article on best restaurants in Latin America, as many are in Bogotá. Maybe a memorable evening out for you and your Colombian friend. https://thecitypaperbogota.com/dining/colombia-rankings-among-latin-americas-50-best-restaurants/28751 There are also two restaurants on Monserrate (mountain above Bogota city) where you can enjoy a romantic meal overlooking the city. https://restaurantesmonserrate.com/ and La Parilla Monserrate (no website) +57 1 745 4630
  18. Thanks for posting this. I am in Coveñas, Sucre right now and mobile internet is slow and there is no local media in English. Most appreciated.
  19. @Latbear4blk Would be my pleasure. Will keep you posted. Scheduled to return in March but my schedule is always subject to change.
  20. This was just announced on the news (confirmed on Twitter) here. Colombia will require proof of full vaccination for all foreign travelers(18 and older) starting December 14th. Here is the notice it the local press, will look for a translated version to add later: https://www.portafolio.co/economia/gobierno/colombia-pedira-carne-de-vacunas-a-viajeros-internacionales-559368
  21. You are correct. I landed this afternoon and CoronApp is no longer as of October 2021 -- it has been migrated to a full Corona virus services platform call MinSaludDigital for Colombians only. The Check-Mig app is the only requirement for foreign travellers now, both for arrival and internal flights. Available as a downloadable app or online at https://www.migracioncolombia.gov.co/check-mig
  22. You did comment once that you would probably enjoy Calle de los pecados (Cle 57a) which I would recommend checking out in daylight before you commit to returning in the evening. That area of La Candelaria around Parque Bolivar is a known area for open drug trafficking and use. Muggings and pickpockets are common around the Catedral Metropolitana and your abuelita would tell you to never set foot in that neighbourhood. Ironically it is a tourist draw because of a scene from Narcos Season 1 featuring Pablo on Netflix, which might be entertaining except the foreigners often do not know how seedy the area is in reality. Keep your wits about you when getting oriented to the scene. The Calle de los Pecados is just off the Parque Bolivar, one block east from the Olimpica supermarket. For a real authentic Medellin experience, I would cross Avenida Oriental (Carrera 46) and head over to Parque del periodista where you can purchase beer and sit and socialize with the local crowd. All types gather here and people watching is part of the fun. This is an open use drug zone, where police look the other way. A good place to make connections and sample local product, as well as find herb, which can be a challenge in Medellín. Have had many interesting evenings start from this historical location. If you carry some street smarts and respect for "la cultura" you will be fine. And when you are done, La Cantina de Javi is just a 5 minute walk to the north. where the locals will greet you with Paisa charm. ¡Bienvenido!
  23. Hey @Latbear4blk always happy to share what little I know. I will be in Medellin briefly next week for Noche las velas (Dec 7) which is the unofficial kick-off to the holiday season and my favourite Colombian holiday. Flights are really cheap right now (check Avianca and CopaAir) and I was able to snag a deal from Bogota to the DR for another commitment. From all reports from my Medellin fam, things have mostly returned to normal functions (schools and offices open again) Will post an update on the local scene -- I know the big clubs (Oraculo, Purple, and Industry) are all back to normal crowds. The strippers and drag shows are packing them in every weekend. Have been trying to update the Colombian business listings in the Colombia forum and will include sauna/massage businesses updates when I return from that trip. Will be in Colombia from early January until March. May stay longer, depending on weather. Happy to orient you to the city if I am around, but something tells me you will be just fine on your own

    Dark Club

Dark Club is Bogota’s definitive sex club for men. Here you will find a wide selection of men and body types, all enjoying a sex-positive environment (nudity or underwear mandatory) where you can explore and have fun with the partner(s) of your choice. The club is large has many of the standard features you would expect in a sex club (bathhouse). There is a bondage area with a cross and benches (with restraints) and slings. There is a maze area and a glory hole section with low lighting, as well as a darkroom for those that prefer anonymous sex. Beds, cages, private rooms and tunnels make up the remaining play areas – pretty much every area is open to sex action. The atmosphere is pretty much anything goes – on a busy night you will see sex groups break out everywhere int club. There is a lounge area by the bar for taking a break from the action. There is a stage area in the main room where shows often happen during theme nights. Depending on the night, there may be strippers and/or escorts available as entertainment. Many shows are interactive or feature sex acts. The performers are often willing to have sex on premises for cash. Locker room and clean up zone by the club entry. Keys to lockers included with entry fee. Cost + Hours The club includes two bar areas with a full selection of refreshments (alcohol and non-alcoholic). 25. Bogota’s all-male strip club for men (men-only) is located one floor above the Saint Moritz sauna. Enter from the the street (door on left-hand side of building) and take the stairs all the way up to the 3rd floor. Entry door the Gigolo Erotic House is to your right. You will be welcomed by the doorman who will orient you to the place. There is You can hang back at the rear wall or ask to be seated. Many of the best tables beside the stage will be reserved. If you are a party of three or more, advanced reservations are highly recommended. Drinks are reasonably priced and the waiters will ensure that your drink does not run out. A gratuity at the end of the evening will be appreciated. The shows go from dancing to erotic to fully nude with erection to thumping pop and reggaeton. Friday nights usually feature live sex shows (with penetration). The club is compact and the boys make the rounds, many offering up a hard dick for you to inspect for a tip 😊 The majority of the performers are available for private dances, which take place behind two curtained areas. Negotiate the price and what you want in advance so there are no surprises. Most dancers want 30K COP per song but you can negotiate. Pretty much anything goes, depending on the dancer. Many of the boys will offer additional services offsite. If they offer you a WhatsApp phone number they are letting you know that they are for hire. Dancers (current as of December 2021) https://gigolosbogota.com/gogos-bogota/ Currently the Gigolo Erotic House is only open on Friday and Saturday from 7:30pm – 1:00am. Occasionally open Sundays depending on local holidays. Getting there The club is situated just west of Carrera 13 on Calle 65 (north side) at Cle 65 #13-30. There is a small neon sign for the club in a third floor window, but you are looking for the Saint Moritz sign above the door. The entry door is beside the Iludeco lighting store. https://www.google.com/maps/place/Sauna+Saint+Moritz/@4.6519928,-74.063493,20.31z/data=!4m5!3m4!1s0x8e3f9a45c2d88c3d:0xfaec468333e22129!8m2!3d4.6521358!4d-74.0636136 Social Media Twitter https://twitter.com/gigolohousebog @gigolohousebogota Facebook https://www.facebook.com/gigolohousebogota/ Instagram https://www.facebook.com/gigolohousebogota/ @gigolohousebogota Website https://gigolosbogota.com/gogos-bogota/ Phone +57 318 659-6233.
