Sometimes can happen when you become more/too familiar with each other. Seems you still had a very good time, especially when you can share some common interests with your boy besides bed activities. Which is rare I think.

Accomodation in Bangok when staying in Thailand for 2 months

Thank you for suggestion I will try that for starters. Just for reminder my entire stay in Thailand will be 2025 Dec 21 to 2026 Feb 13. Its not exactly two months. Also I did not mentioned that I don't want to commit for that long time without checking the hotel room/apartment personally first. For the first week I will stay in Surawong 56 hotel and might try asking them about monthly rates and stay if I like the room. My original plan was in that first week look through websites like rentalhub or airbnb for accommodation near Silom and Lumphini park, contact the owners and then go around that area visiting those places somehow. Maybe I should visit each hotel too and ask them about monthly rates and available rooms? Or maybe in the worst case it will not work out at all because my stay is shorter than 2 months. I don't have any idea. -
Accomodation in Bangok when staying in Thailand for 2 months

I'm thinking about monthly rental hotels too, but I don't know where to find them. Agoda just shows flat daily rate and if you search for about 2 month interval you will get exorbintant amount displayed which is unreal. So while in Bangkok it is better if I just go to each hotel and ask them about monthly rates? -

Thank you for all replies. It is even better. I thought only serviced apartments offer these services. Did you contact owners via email, messaging apps (Line, Watsapp ect.) or just call them directly? Have you not experieced any difficulties communicating with them in english? I just hope it will not take more than 3 days to find where to stay for those 8 weeks. Have any of you used renting agencies in Bangkok maybe or it's just better to stick to rental listing websites? -
Accomodation in Bangok when staying in Thailand for 2 months

My mistake. I will stay until february 13th -
Hello forum members I'm guy in early 30s This will be my 5th trip to Thailand and a longer one. At last I've got an opportunity to stay in Thailand for nearly 2 months (Dec 21 to 2026 Jan 13). This time I'm thinking to reside in Bangkok first just to get a glimpse how it feels and what it takes to live in Thailand. Because before I traveled to Thailand just for 2/3 week holidays 1 or 2 times a year as an average tourist since first trip 2023 May. Later in the future when I can work remotely I will try Pattaya. Sorry that I did not post my past experiences on this forum because I made some mistakes and it was a little bit complicated. I felt embarrassed to write a trip report. On the 1st trip which I will never forget I met a boy from Myanmar and stayed with him for entirety of my trip (3 weeks) Bangkok and Pattaya. So I did not get to experience the chase aka butterflying. I got very infatuated with him. We called each other everyday while I was in my country. Everything was ok from financial side (no requests for money), but not from psychological side. And on later trips "drama", tears, jealousy and guilt tripping followed when I wanted to actually experience the chase, because my time was very limited on holidays. But now I don't have any strings attached. But that matter is for another topic. My main question for now is about accommodation. I'm already booked Surawong 56 hotel for 1st week. And and my plan is during that week I will try to contact owners (maybe via https://www.renthub.in.th/ or Airbnb) and go around looking for apartment somehow? I don't have any idea how, because I never rented in Thailand before. Will that work out that way or am I missing something? I want to stay near Lumphini park (for running exercise) or somewhere in Sathorn area. Silom itself is ok, but I don't want to stay long term in tourist areas where I'm being harassed by tuk tuk drivers or touts every single time I pass them I ignore them but still gets old very quickly As I read from various sources that not many wants to rent out for period less than 6 months. I'm thinking about Airbnb or Serviced apartments. 1. Any other legal issues with Airbnb even if I stay obviously longer then 30 days? 2. Where to buy spare bedsheets or extra towels? Where to wash clothes, bedsheets, towels etc. if apartment doesn't have washing machine? Maybe whole apartment building have communal laundry? As I understand it's not a case in serviced apartments. Because some accidents can happen during aerobics (happened with one boy from Pattaya while I was f****** him during my last trip, I did not mind because hotel took care of everything 3. Safety concerns when bringing boy to your apartment. In hotels I always put everything worth for stealing in safe when I bringing boy to my room. What to do if apartment does not have safe box?

Much safer than driving to work on icy road and dealing with bullshit everyday. I think its a real health hazard.
-
I know the risks. I'm just being curious and want to try all the possibilities . I think even when we meet guys on the apps, there is always risk involved and you never can be sure, because you are still meeting a complete strangers.
-
It makes sense now and I was assuming they would go with me to my hotel or apartment. But maybe I would be able to make some deal using translation apps then and pay a little bit more or in my case its nearly impossible to interact with them at all?

I was thinking to visit Saranrom at dark evening someday when I come to Thailand this december (will stay for 2 months this time) because I'm always reading @ChristianPFC vlogs or seen posts on boards. How easy or hard is to meet someone here if one speaks zero Thai? In my 4 previous trips for a couple of weaks I never been there, but it always been on my mind. I only met boys in bars but not on the street, also I don't have any idea how to ask random boy if he wants to discuss about stamp collection with me in my room .

Before on my first night in Bkk I took him for long time. Paid usual rate 3000 + 500 off fee. In morning I told him my plans and he suggested he can stay together with me for 1 week and asked how much I would like to give him. I jokingly suggested 1500 + 500 off fee each day and he for some mysterious reason agreed. ;D He was a khmer boy. And I had a fantastic time with him I still wonder is it normal to negotiate a lower price if you want to stay with boy for many days or my case it was just a fluke?
-
I somehow managed to take boy from Screwboys for 1 week to travel together. And negotiated price 1500 + 500 off fee. But it was 2023 december when long time tip was 3000 in Bkk (maybe still is?). It was a good experience. I never took boy from Fresh Boys though. Is it ok from my side that I managed pay a such small price? Off course I paid for all expenses too

It's a small world after all

No. Only one on back and one on chest

Maybe you are talking about me? I was with a burmese boy in Pattaya May 11 - May 18. He stayed with me for the entirety of the whole trip from May 3 to 19 and he even traveled to Pattaya with me. I have a very similar situation as OP, we still keeping in touch, calling each other everyday via LINE, except I not sending him any money and he didn't ask for it. I will write more about my trip on other thread soon. I also have questions about love. PS. Boy is cute and is on smaller side...
-
I hope there is exception at Fresh boys for that. And maybe other bars have at least one or two twinks here and there.
-
I'm aware that we each have different views and preferences. I understand that, I just stated my own personal preferences. I'll definitely let you all know. I'm planning to write a trip report.
-
Thanks. That's a very good news for me.Yes I would off that boy.
-
Manly men as usual in Bangkok at least that's what I read in this forum. I expected cute boys at least in this place, that's unfortunate. It seems one better go to Pattaya, there's a lot of them. Maybe with apps one have better luck in Bangkok to find twinks. Idk. Correct me if I'm wrong. Because I'm coming to Thailand next week for the first time. 8 days in Bangkok, 7 days in Pattaya. So I don't have any idea what to expect for real. I'm just assuming.
-
So you can that easily smile and strike a conversation with a random guy and he'll have sex with you just like that? If that's true, then wow that's awesome. I shoud try that too.. When I'll come to Bangkok next week for a first time. PS. I'm not expecting it to be free of course.

Looking for advice on massage spas for - not for massage!
gytis123 replied to jeremy's topic in Gay Thailand
Thank you for those photos. I would go for Wut, Run and Jame, they are close to my prefered types. I'm not sure about Ta Wan in the first photo, because moustache and facial hair is a turn off for me (Run has it, but they are less prominent I guess). It would be great if it's possible to take one of them to my room for a sleepover . I don't care about massage that much. -

Do those shops have twink types or boys willing to bottom? I'm also interested in early 20s like the OP or can be 19 yrs old. I'm 30 years old top. I also will be going to Thailand next month (May 3) for the first time ever -
I'm not considering a boy to be my guide at all. I meant it would be perfect if a boy just can keep me company for several days. If there is no good chemistry with boy, then there is no point to ask him to be my companion that's for sure. Good to know that's possible

My trip to Thailand will start on May 3, so not that fast . But I'll definitely do a trip report and post in this forum. This will be my first ever trip to Thailand, that's why street namings are confusing for me, but now I get it.
