The only reason Trump is now saying he will sign the bill to release the Epstein files is because he does not think it will make it through the Senate. That’s where he’s been putting his effort to make sure it does not. It’s all theater.

Right now, the bill in Congress is the Epstein Files Transparency Act. If it passed both the House and Senate, it would go to Trump to sign. Trump could veto that bill. To override his veto, Congress would need a two-thirds majority in both chambers. Two-thirds majorities are hard to get, especially in the Senate. Some outlets note that’s a big barrier. Bottom line, Pedo tRump is free to rape and pillage for three more years.
