  1. I've been in malaysia for a year, it's very boring for gay men. I did visit one tiny little sauna in KL in Bukit Bingtang for an hour, I got one asian dick in my mouth for a quick wank in the steam room, the only dick there... Seeing as gay sex and gay activities are illegal here it's obvious there are no homosexuals in Malaysia. LOL Can't wait to get to BKK in January and throw myself in the deep end of a darkroom, I'm fed up wanking at Xhamster.... link to article or read on, copy and pasted... KUALA LUMPUR: A 59-year-old specialist doctor was among those detained during a raid on a gym and sauna in Chow Kit that was allegedly operating as a front for homosexual activities. He told officers he went there to "heal and avoid the after-work traffic jam", adding that he often stopped by before returning home to his wife and children. "I usually come here to avoid the traffic after work. I can relax in the sauna and jacuzzi for a while. "I don't want to comment on what I did, but yes, such activities do take place here," he said when met at the scene yesterday. Earlier, Harian Metro reported that 201 visitors and seven employees were detained in the raid on the premises, which was allegedly used as a meeting place for men to engage in immoral acts. A 19-year-old youth was also among those arrested. He admitted learning about the place from a friend and was intrigued to visit after reading online reviews. At the time of his arrest, the youth was with a 46-year-old man and said it was his second visit. "This place is quite popular. I first came here two weeks ago and spent about three hours. At first, I just wanted to try it out but ended up getting hooked," he said. A foreign tourist in his 40s also admitted visiting the premises after reading positive comments on social media but claimed he was unaware the activities there were illegal.
  2. Phuket is not on our radar for sure, We have seen Patong and won't return. We can't wait to go to Bangkok in January, I am very much hoping to be very busy/exhausted/expired in a dark room or steam room, fighting off the attention. (insert exhausted old man emoji) I am ignorant of the bars that you mention. I don't pay enough attention to details, unless he is cute...
  3. you got me there. 2024
  4. Bangkok mid jan '26 for one month. staying next to Limphini park
  5. Here's a clip of video I took in nparadise commplex (youtube) paradise complex. xmas 2025
  6. I wasn't blown away by it, that said we did find one quiet bar to have a beer in adjacent the main gay bar street, the main gay bar street is a bit desperate imo. We were there two weeks and most nights would take a stroll, the boys are not shy at trying to drag you in to thier bar for a drink, especially if they've seen you there the previous night. We were not there for happy endings so I can't comment on that aspect but there were plenty of cute lads offering massages without too much pressure to oblige them. Patong was over run with tourists to the point that walking the main street was an assault course, we were there over the christmas weeks. I disliked having to barter for goods, I prefer shopping where the price is displayed I doubt we would return, but that said, the boys in the street were welcoming and amusing and very pleasant. I am my own worst enemy so buying drinks for cute lads is something I don't mind doing but it's not sustainable every time you go out for a drink.
  7. You might be aware that me and him are BKK bound in January for a month. We do like a beer and we do like a boy but, Christmas in Patong the boy bars (with permission) rinsed us of every penny. We had a fabulous time but that lifestyle is not sustainable when you only want a beer in a gay bar. I'm looking for a gay bar where we can just have a drink and not be bothered by 'and a drink for me' At the end of a long day, when we're tired and just want a very very cold beer where would you suggest? I love a boy bar and getting rinsed, but not nightly, some nights a time out is nice. Cold Beer, Gay Bar, Bangkok. Suggestions welcome, we're staying at the Quarter on Sala Daeng, by Lumphini park. Cheers.
  8. It's not an easy thing to do but you simply have to, or sink in the swamp of 'I fucking love you' It will get easier ( I fucking hate it when people say that) Time heals everything, that's another phrase I hate, but it is true. Your heart will always fondly remember him but your dick will fondly enjoy penetrating a new butthole and a new smile looking up at you.
  9. Not as shocked as I am when I look in the mirror and miss the fit military lad I used to be... thank you thank you thank you
  10. I am 67, gwm. he is 50yo chinese malay. married 20 years but happy to play together. I used to be a military sauna hunk, he used to be a penang 'army bar' cock sucking bad boy. These days we are not so pretty, a bit larger, a bit balder, a bit slower, a bit more insecure and not as cute as we used to be. We still like gay sex. Bangkok is, on the surface, a little intimidating for us... but we would like to enjoy some sauna adventures. We love a steam room and a dark room and a play area. We are coming to KoKbang in january and don't want to rock up to the twinky pretty boy sauna and feel like two old dinosaurs who they won't let in. He likes a hairy bottom dad, I like a skinny bottom slutty twink. If you have the knowledge, which sauna do you think would be appropriate for us to enjoy? We were in amsterdam a few years ago and found that some venues have age limits, we don't know if that is the case in BKK but that said, there is no point in us turning up like something out of jurassic park to a venue where we will feel unwelcome. While I use the word unwelcome, I don't mean that in an unkind way, I mean that in a gay way where people of a certain age don't go to venues where other people of a much younger age gather.... Sorry if that sounds out of place, it's how my mind works. I am almost 70, I certainly don't look like I did in my 30's london sauna whore days, I'm not sure many young pretty boys want to see me naked in a small towel looking for a grope... But if I can find one, I want to fuck the arse of a pretty young thing (18+) and he wants to fondle a hairy chap and maybe stick some dick up him..... Advice welcome. cheers, Mike and Tris. (BKK jan 26)
  11. Proton VPN is not expensive. It lets me enjoys all sorts of things that certain countries would rather I did not see. It also lets me in to pirate bay (using TOR browser and qbit torrent) so I can download YIFY movies for my tv set. I paid for a year, it covers several devices, in my case two laptops two phones all with the same log in. It's also handy to have when there is only public wifi available. I don't use it for all my web acitivity but when I'm blocked or doing something sensitive it's well worth having.
  12. Being 'ghosted' is a horrible experience and difficult to understand when you have appeared to have done nothing wrong. It can rip your insides apart because there is no explanation. That 'not knowing why' is a monster It's not easy to move on but you certainly need new distractions, my only advice is for the time being, keep any distractions light and at arms length. Situations like this do change (possibly when the other party needs something, in my experience) in a couple of weeks you might get contact again, at which point it would pay to be a little distant and 'busy' while you consider your options.
  13. This is a very useful tip to be aware of if one doesn't want to feel uncomfortable and declining the kind offer, thanks.
  14. thanks for the advice, much appreciated. I'm staying at the The Quarter Saladaeng
  15. We will be inn BK in January for the month (first time ever) with my husband We are considering a happy ending massage but niether of us really want to visit a parlour separately. We will be staying at The Quarter next to Limphini Park. Questions: What's the probability of having a 'guest' visit us (assuming the quarter permit such visits) What could one expect as a ballpark cost for an hour (30 minutes each while the other watches) in our apartment (massage and handjob) In other words, what would be considered too cheap and thus avoid, because we want someone who knows thier shit and isn't likely to a 'wideboy' Would one be better to go to a parlour and ask for a visit, go on grindr and take a chance or another option you know that we don't I am aware LINE is a favoured app but I as far as I'm aware it's a messaging app and not an app to go browsing lads, so one would have to know the lad first to get his LINE number. If you have any other tips or tricks, do tell..... We are a married couple of 20 years, currently in Penang for the last year. Hubby is malay/chinese. Doing a border hop for january to BK. We also want a regular foot massage while we are there but it has to be a cute lad doing it, as much as I love aunties, I want to see, stare at, and feel a cute lad do my feet while my filthy private thoughts about said cute lad, tease my mind. Cheers for now, Mike.
  16. There are insuffient emojis to express how much this phrase made me chuckle.
  17. Sounds good. I did read about the shuttle service when I booked but was unsure what areas it served, so thanks for this tip. A: I've been sweating my balls off in Penang for the last year so I should be ok B: That's good to know I chose this place due to the sheer size of the apartment and the pool. There are fewer choices when it comes to a pool. We are there for a month so having space is a luxury, the month in Hat Yai earlier in the year at Escent was in a 30sqm apartment which wasn't easy. As mentioned we are 'stay at home' types during the heat of the day and being so close to Lumphini park is a big plus for our evening strolls when we don't want downtown strolls. I'm very tempted for a happy ending massage once I've convinced my husband that I'll play safe, but it won't be easy as bareback is something I do like but common sense must prevail. I'm too old for the clap clinic, those twink days are well behind me. I'll be happy with a good foot massage as long as he's cute and I can stare at him! I'm most grateful for the extra comments tips and thoughts thus far. cheers.
  18. UPDATE. ALL SORTED I have had a good look around the apps and now booked for a month in a deluxe suite/apt on Sala Daeng 1/1 at 'The Quarter' I had to compromise a little on distance from sio 3 and room size/facilites/pool, but it looks close enough for comfort. Walking is something we enjoy, 8000 steps a day is a ballpark. I am very much looking forward to my first trip to BK. I've been in Penang for around 9 months, a quick hop to Hat Yai for a month and last christmas in patong. Now for some proper Homosexual lifestyle in BK. Looking forward to some handsome chap giving me a foot massage....... Flying up from penang first week of Jan.
  19. Thank You. I do use booking dot com but if Air b+b is better for BK then thank you for the tip. soi 3 sounds good too. EDIT: 20 minutes later, signed up and verified at air bnb. There appear to be some perfect choices.
  20. Older couple, together 20 years. Heading to Bangkok for the first time, in Jan '26 for around 5 weeks. Mainly to fullfill a border hop out of Malaysia so we can be back to Penang for Chinese New year. As we're going to be staying for around a month we want to rent an apartment rather than a hotel stay. I see the main district of interest is Silom Soi4 so we may as well throw ourselves in to the thick of it. If you have any suggestions for a good apartment rental I would be pleased to know of it. Equally if you know of an apartment rental to avoid like the plague, I would very much like to hear of it. If you have any tips suggestions or 'what ever you do don't do that' I'd also be appreciative. We're looking to 'stay' rather than going any distance out of the city during our stay, we are 'stay at home' types but want to be in the heart of the gay district. We don't really want to stay in a hotel for 5 weeks, an apartment would suit us better. I will head off and read some posts about your adventures here in the meantime and have a browse in booking.com and airb+b We are gwm/gcm in our 50's and 60's we're not very active but do enjoy a swimming pool if that is something you can point us towards. My husband is malaysia native and we've been in Thailand twice before recently, Patong and Hat Yai In his twink days hubby was a regular Thailand tourist but equally, he never made it up to BK We're sorted with TnG and Bolt etc. We're internet and phone savvy. Cheers for now, Mike.
  21. I'm using proton VPN paid version. (not affiliated or advertising) it gets me just about anywhere I need to visit... including pirate bay for all my content.
  22. I've read posts that there isn't a great deal of entertainment down here in HY but none the less, if there is a happy ending, that might be nice. I'm in the Solis Beach hotel next week for two nights but staying by central mall in HY for a month. I did find a couple of 'gay bars' in google maps around Lee Gardens which I strolled by and was offered a LB show. I don't use the Line app but what from I've read that may be an advantage but from what I understand about the app, you have to add someone to it, rather that find some one. I do have grindr but it's not a very nice app. A boy 1 mile away told me last night that there is a happy ending here, but neglected to tell me where to find it...
  23. I'm down in Hat Yai in a high rise. On the 27th floor I suddenly felt dizzy, looked at my window and saw we were swaying for around 3 minutes. It wasn't until an hour or so later and saw news feeds of what had happened, then it made sense.
  24. Stupid me, I probably should have posted this in Thailand and not the beer bar. Sorry about that
  25. I shall be staying in Hat Yai for April. I'm not particularly looking for any adult entertainment but if there's a bar where one can have a nice evening and laugh with ease & humour, that would be nice. I'm aware there's not very much to entertain a gay audience in HT but that is not my focus so I don't mind, that said. if you have knowledge I would be foolish not to educate myself. I've rented an apartment to 'live' (slap bang in the center) and plan on taking it easy, mostly sat at a laptop colour gradding video, it's what I do to keep me busy. That said, I need exercise, outdoor time, walks, but nothing mad, I'm not backpacking and jogging and pushing myself to go far and wide. If you have any top tips, places to not miss, places to avoid like the plague, I would be happy to read your thoughts. I left the UK end of last Sept and have been in Penang for 90 days with family friends, Patong for a couple of weeks in December and currently back in Bukit Mertajam with another 90 days. I'm also going to investigate the O visa while I'm in HY. I'm well aware of all of the circumstances/pitfalls/worries that accompany the O visa. I've been planning my trip a couple of years I want to go up to the Chalathat beach area and stay a few days, for the beach, so if you have any thoughts on best way to travel, a hotel or any other advice for that part of my visit, again, thanks for taking the time. Mike
