My drive decreased so much over the years and I think a large part due to medication I took for testosterone, blood pressure, etc. After my surgery last December for weight loss, I have now gone off all those meds and my sex drive is increasing. Still not what it was when I met you in Brazil but if I can just get about 20% back, I'd be happy!

First, thank you for sharing with us. That is a brave act when someone opens up something so personal. Thank you. My first boyfriend in NYC was HIV Positive. He taught me a lot about HIV as he was in multiple studies and his blood was highly sought after by researchers because of the previous studies he was in. I was very young and very inexperienced sexually and would have done anything with him. But, he wanted to make sure I stayed negative and he taught me a lot. Just a few months back I went on PrEP. I have had a lot of friends that died and a lot more that survived and thrived. The ex was diagnosed in the early 80's. He is still alive and doing great. I also hope that the next generation that did not see the devastation in our community realizes that they have options and things can be different for them. At least this is my hope.

Sir, I do appreciate your defending my honor. Honestly, when I read the post I didn't see it as an attack but just funny. I was not upset in the least. As you see, my tolerance level is high. Perhaps that is because I learned a long time ago that very little of something someone posts on a message board is meant personal. Most don't know me personally. Some do and the ones that have met me know I am mellow and gentle.

Yep, stayed there a few hundred nights over the years. They use to give me a great 60 or 90 day stay rate. Actually, that is the hotel I met Hooboy at on my first trip to Sao Paulo and loved the hotel and stayed ever after.

Lord knows that you are not a child. Never even crossed my mind that you didn't know I was talking about your post. I was simply asking you to take the insight of a moderator. If you had seen that post from someone else, would you have left it? Warned the poster? Banned him? It is never an easy call. At least for most. I try to give deference to those who are active on the site and that is sometimes not the right call. But, I am only human and try my best to let adults defend themselves. Some threads are ignored. But, while there are some posters that visit both sites, many do not. Double posting to me seems like no issue as you will reach a bigger audience. But, many people do not like to post if they don't get tons of comments or likes. That is the Social Media age. But, I also like having a record of posts and trips and dates for others to view and read. Even those that do not get reactions do get read and for me, that is enough. I have always seen this site as a way for guys to promote other guys who are good in the industry and to help them get work and to warn against those that people need to be leery about. Plus, how many times on this site have you or anyone else posted where that thread is deleted? That number is very low and I can only remember a few posts in the last few years and all were basically the same controversy.

What would you have done for the third post in this thread? And, then it got even worse. Nothing civil at all about it and other threads. Often a very hard call to make.

Many would say that when someone new tries to post that they get swamped with criticism and trolling behavior and thus do not participate long. Perhaps it is time for a more heavy handed moderation?

If you are talking about money boys, you are totally wrong. In the USA, a guy can easily work 6 hours per week and make a nice income doing the same business as you referred. That is not the type of job you and I may have, but I have seen many able to do it. And, lets now forget that the 6 hours is not a for sure thing. Many do not get offed for days or weeks. It is not as easy as you make it sound. Or, perhaps I misread what you said.

Jealousy usually based on treating the boys different financially. If that is fair, both both can be happy with the situation.

I should have added: I have been to Soi Twilight every year during "low season" for over 15 years. Not once, ever, have I seen such a dismal display of variety of boys and lack of customers in each bar I visited.

I visited Soi Twilight last night. I went to three gogo bars and the stages were all very sparse. There were even fewer customers. Even in Dreamboy, there were tons of seats available before and during the show. I went looking for a date but left alone. Not one boy I saw on any stage caught my interest.
