I am asked all the time why I don't buy here as opposed to rent. It is simple. I don't trust that the laws will not change to void foreign ownership of condos. I know a bit insane. But, you never know and as a non-citizen, I'm unwilling to take the risk. That said, as a non-citizen I abide by their rules and laws. That is what we agree to when we enter the country.

There were several mornings a few weeks back that were cold for me. And, I am a New Yorker.

I tip well. The 2nd time and beyond is always better. I remember once in LA, I hired a Japanese lad from Craig's List. He was not good but beautiful. A surfer college guy with great abs. I gave him a nice tip and he asked if we could meet again. I told him he was not really good and it would not happen again. He said, "if you give me once more chance, I promise I'll make you happy." It was worth a shot, so I did, and he did. Then, I saw him weekly for a year. Great guy but went through so many dud clients he was always leery. I think repeats for me are often better.

The boys and the tips are circularly give and take as well. You give them nice tips, then, they give you all the great sex you can take. Wash, rinse, repeat. Once, to test this theory, I went with 4 guys in the same day. The next day, I tried again and the sex was even better. Repeated a few times. This was back when I had one amazing lad who would go with me, because unlike some, my energy level weans out after a few (or today after one).

Sure. The forum is the place to log in now. The homepage is a listings area and it is WordPress. You should be able to log in there as well as the two accounts should be linked. But, if you log into forums and then go to homepage and login with forum, it should work.

That is what is required. So many things come out but until the ministry or the Prime Minister not just says it, but the document flows out, that is when things change.

Yes, I would be OK with it. But, it won't happen. What happens if the rates of reported cases go up? They shut down more. They purposefully don't want people tested. I don't think it is racial. I think it is more about anyone from any other place.

He encouraged me to take my first trip to Thailand many years ago and met me there and showed me around Pattaya. He was a good host. We traveled together over 4 continents. He had no tolerance for anyone who treated the boys in an unkind way. I have never met one lad that he went with that did not say how kind he was to them. He was kind to them and to me, and that is what matters to me.
