Japan is celebrating a "Golden Week" after the May holiday (until 08 May 2016) and China is celebrating May Day holiday as well. We are expecting high occupancy until at least the 8th May as we have joined some overseas promotions for those holidays. I'll make a wild guess, that prices and crowds will be up...

I'll make a wild guess, that prices and crowds will be up... crowds yes but prices not necessarily as Bangkok is infested with hotels all over which helps to keep prices in check
