Question regarding oral in massage shops....is Oral performed with a condom, or without?

It's up to the masseur.  Some do use condoms, some do not.  If no condom is important to you then mention that to the manager when you are selecting your masseur.  (It would be wrong to pressure or tell a masseur you do not want him to use a condom - it's his health at risk.)

That's good advice for anything over a hand job. Getting head without a condom on isn't nearly as pleasurable as receiving it without, but if your masseur has taken a (viral) load from an infected customer recently, you're at risk yourself.

Definitely looking to play safe.  I just don't know how frequent oral without condoms, or bareback sex happens in these establishments...so I wanted to prepare myself.

 

Just not looking to be pressured into anything that I'm not interested in partaking in.

In Thailand it's "Money Number 1" . Everything is available at a price including unprotected oral/anal gay sex. During my first visits to Pattaya 14 years ago I indulged in both, but now unprotected anal is out. I have been lucky.
