He is being prosocuted as an individual and not as part of the corporation. He has lost his income from his job and is no facing legal bills that he is expected to pay on his own. His husband has set up a gofundme site which I will contribute to.

September 9, 201511 yr I have not read all of the details of this case..How long was the investigation going on? Has it crossed anyone else's mind that the whole thing could have started out as some Homophobe's revenge on same sex marriage?
