January 16, 20188 yr Active Members 19-year old Blaze Bernstein, a pre-med student at the University of Pennsylvania was home on break in Southern California when he made a late night rendezvous with a former classmate at the Orange County School of Arts. Bernstein ended up dead after allegedly trying to kiss 20-year old Samuel Woodward. Bernstein had been stabbed 20 times. His body was found 3 days later in a shallow grave. Who knows what Bernstein knew about Woodward, but one wonders if he knew what a right-wing Neanderthal he is. Apparently, last June, Woodward "hit on" Bernstein so he might have felt he could go further when he returned home. January 17, 20188 yr Active Members This is a classic case of the deeply closeted bad boy trying to rekindle a covert gay relationship that he had with the artsy Blaze during high school. I imagine he pleaded with Blaze to meet that night in the hopes of a hook-up, and when Blaze resisted his entreaties, the bad boy went into a rage. Woodward apparently came from an affluent, though fundamentalist, family and repressed his orientation until it reached a breaking point.
