At least that's what one would think from this article in the Washington Post. The bigot was US Attorney for the Southern District of Idaho from 2004-2009. An openly gay local politician lost over $100,000 defending himself against charges brought by the evangelical Christian. He won the case, but he lost the money. Such is the power of a US Attorney.

Now he is "acting" Attorney General despite never having been confirmed by Congress at any level. With all of the crap being revealed about him, I'd say he's toast, even in Trump's world.

This infuriates me beyond belief! It is truly a sad commentary of what has happened to the USA during the Trump regime.

And now they are finding out the real dirt on the dud.

That's not entirely fair, Moondance. Trump seems to  have a genuine interest in golf.

This new acting AG, really a well-dressed fireplug, even lied about his being an academic all-American. It's disgusting that he is in this position. What Trump has done to the U.S. is truly disheartening.
