House Republican leaders condemn GOP candidate who made racist videos

I always said that there is no shortage of racist leadership in the USA. Is this the future of the GOP?

MTG is a woman scorned, by Trump, and is therefore on a redemption tour to insure she has some shot at an ongoing political career....

I DO NOT think she is wrong in here claims against Trump, but sorry girl "too little too late !".....  

But the question remains if she still has substantial PULL with the MAGA crowd, and if that will make any difference in their support of Trump going forward ?

YES she is still a racist clown and election denier,  but as far as her claim about the Trump assassination attempt in PA being a staged set-up,  I said that very thing for the moment that rubber bullet "appeared" to hit his face,  but apparently as we see today, it did absolutely NO damage.  As for the civilian that apparently was "murdered"  I bet he and his family are living happily in witness protection with the millions of dollars they were given by Trump to aid him in pulling off the STUNT ?

Just on a personal level, person to person, I am glad that MTG has had some epiphany on her road to Damascus, Georgia (yes, it's a real town with 212 people as of the 2020 census). Whatever personal demons she has dealt with, you go girl, life long learning.  And, would I vote for her.  No.

Her epihany is calculated and self-serving.    We are way too quick to give these people a PASS just because they now say what WE have been saying for years....  When the healthcare issue became personal for HER family, she flip-flopped and broke with Trump.   Thats not a revelation....thats selfishness.  I dont think WE should be salivating over her because she NOW wants to help HERSELF !   ( and find some job in politics)

The word salivating was simply used to express peoples "eagerness" to go easy on MTG or give her a pass on her change of view.  Obviously I didnt mean people were wearing "lobster bibs" to catch their drool.....     Using more colorful language to make a point is pretty common practice, and most people can distinguish when that is the case.

Beating a dead horse. I didn't read a comment that is even positive about her current political state.  And we can all read things differently.

I'm bothered that she has appeared on RealTime, The View, and so on, as if she isn't still part of the "factory of lies" she promotes.  In the end, click bait and ratings steer much of the content out there.

She really hasnt changed her positions, but she sees an opportunity and she is attempting to seize it....  If anything, she is simply buttering her brioche on a diff side for the sake of keeping herself 'relevant".....   I used to think it was only the GOP that tried to gaslight us,  that was until Swalwell !   😏

The interviewer from The View confronted MTG about lies she's told more strongly than most main stream interviewers do.  I'm always amazed at the fabrications they let MAGA people get away with. The Incompetent-in-Chief's current bullshit about the current war being led by Israel about keeping Iran non-nuclear. John Kerry accomplished that in 2016, before The Incompetent ripped up the agreement.
