Today while at Continental for breakfast, one of the waiters came up to me and said he was moving back to Googie's to work. There are 3 boys there that use to work for Googie and all 3 are returning.

 

I asked the waiter if he was joking and he said no. The landlord and his son were opening the restaurant.

 

I doubt that it will be called Googie's and they said "Not sure". But according to them a restaurant at that location will be opening Jan 15 (which is as I understand the day that Googie's lease expires.

I can not speak for Pattaya Male, but that is the conclusion I have from reading his post.

As the landlord locked the doors of the restaurant, due to back rent owing, there's no way that this guy can have anything to do with this business or probably any other again.

For confirmation anyone can speak to the building owner, he put his number on the doors when he locked them.
