Not in Thailand now (and for many months) but some days ago I have been aware of a new bar in Chiang Mai through their Facebook page (thanks to Meta algorithm). Its name : Doi Khaeng Bar - คอยแข็งบาร์ :- probably no pun intended with the word แข็ง - khaeng (obviously rising tone) which means hard 😉 This is a bar and restaurant located in the north part of town close to Adams Apple Bar (about 350 m far) in the middle of a small entertainment area named Wiang Bua Plaza ; GPS 18.805465658, 98.981301741. Their Facebook (thai language only) informs that an all-male staff serves drinks and meals. The place warns that the shop does not provides any sex service (but I guess private arrangements could be made). This is a thai place but farangs will probably not be rejected provided they keep a low-key attitude and give good tips. Facebook

I still have the TMOT 7th edition which was I think the last one ; it was issued in 1999 just before the so-called "social order campaign" of Interior Minister Purachai in 2001. This last edition had three books : one with general information about Thailand and hotel listings, one with gay venues listings and one with maps. Five minutes after taking off from Suwannaphum, you were not flying above Hat Yai for sure. What you saw was the Central plains where the situation on the ground is now much less critical than it seems when looking from above.

No first-hand experience but there seems to be 2 male massage shops now in Ubon : Top Man Spa and The Best Men Club & Spa. Even if you cannot read thai you should find some useful information by googling this : ร้าน นวด ชาย อุบล (which means boy massage shops Ubon)

While I am at it, there is another boy massage place in Khorat. They just moved to a place behind Tawan Daeng and it is called Boy Spa Facebook BoySpa Khorat

In Khorat you could pay a visit to the Nakkarat massage place which was formerly in Bangkok, Silom Rd. They have now both girls and boys as therapists. Have a look at their Facebook page There was a boys club in town but it closed many years ago. As a tourist, you could hire a driver for a day trip to Phanom Rung temple which is really impressive. Phimai is also a place to consider and much closer.

A Google search for ร้านนวด Crown (Crown massage shop) returns only one answer leading to a twitter account @Crowns13204129 ; unfortunately very few messages dating back to May 2021 and very little information : it was indeed a gay massage place called Crowns and located in Cheng Wattana (no further details and no interesting pic)

There are (were ?) some gay places in Hat Yai too, i don’t know if they survived the pandemy though

The second part of the phrase refers to Nong Ker and not to a boy named Jong ; the word จอง (jong) means to book, to reserve. So I would translate like this : if interested by Nong (Ker), you can book him. BTW it seems to me that "K" is not related to the boy but rather to a certain part of his anatomy (I wonder which one ..) which would be pretty, slender and long.
