Apparently they are not Brazilian. It also does not look like this is based in US.

Jose, the owner, doesn't shoot Mexican men in general. Rarely will you see Indio (American Indian) men on either of his websites, despite the fact that they comprise a good portion of Mexico's population. Like any other businessman, he has to cater to his customers' taste or they will go elsewhere. The customer isn't always right, but he always has the final choice.

There are many Colombians in his latest videos. You can tell by how they say ‘que chimba’ in ecstasy during sex, which is so typical for horny Medellín boys   

As a Colombian, I can confidently tell you most of the guys in the videos are from my country so maybe the studio is here but idk. I also wanted to clarify something snwbrdr015 said, the word "chimba" is used everywhere, not just in Medellin.

I can recognize many oil the Bilatinmen performers in mileroticos. All the last videos are shot in Colombia, the older ones in different places.

Determining where BLM is "located" is only relevant for tax purposes, I guess. Since the very beginning, BLM has been a porn brand and not a conventional studio. There is no studio, but hotel rooms and friends' bedrooms where the scenes are filmed. 

I guess the question is not where the studio is located, but where the scenes are recorded. If you set their video library in chronological order, you can distinguish quite clear "seasons". For a long times the videos location seem to be Mexico or the USA Southern border. There is no much difference and to me is hard to tell when the action is taking place in California or in Mexico. Then there are several videos from Argentina. I am not sure whether the guy behind the brand traveled over there, or bought a pack of videos produced in Buenos Aires. Finally, all the videos are located in Colombia.
