Here we have a Filipino fitness video on You Tube.  

I found this by chance, as another board member asked where I though a different lad on Instagram was from.   Google searches got me to another video in this series.  

I'm sure you all want some ideas for how to keep fit, although I'm not entirely sure that's his target market for these videos :)
