How can you tell which one are offering and which one are just regular app member? Is there a hint?

I went to one of the burlesque places mentioned on the internet (Xbar iirc) but it was empty and there was only one dancer, so I left.

AFAIK the gay scene in Prague is now dead.

I first went there about 20 years ago and had a great time at Drakes, but  Prague's gay life was on its last legs when I was last there back in around 2017.

Drakes was virtually empty and Escape was basically all that was left. It was a lot of fun but it closed not long after I left. (Was it something I said? 😂)  In any case, it was too expensive to survive.

The Action Bar in Budapest was also a lot of fun, but that, too, closed in 2017.
