February 3, 20233 yr Author Active Members Could be a while to formally adjudicate following all submissions. Community service giving free blowies with ONE protection could be fitting, but it’s Canada. Not Magnum; it’s small claims.

Just out of interest there - is small claims different there compared to the UK then as here the whole point of small claims court are you rock up, state you case/s and the judge makes a binding judgement based on the facts as placed in front of them, there and then, with no long delays or adjournments ( ideally) and you get your collective answer as to who has to pay up before you leave the court. Is it different in Canada perhaps ?
