City Club building was demolished as part of the expansive Four Seasons Hotel complex that opened in May 2026. That entire block (up to the old Chocolat Hotel) is now part of the the new Four Seasons.

This list, with the exception of City Club (RIP) is still valid. Taboo Crossover (https://share.google/GDOOmWnfovNT1jJwg) is technically not a gay bar, but is popular with a mix of the hostel crowd and local kids. They often congregate in the park along Calle 24, facing the inner harbour next to the Convention Centre entrance.  

Gemini's now goes by Roma Club Video and is much further into the actual city of Cartegena.  It's basically a front for prostitution - sex onsite. They do live sex shows, you can ask for the catalogue, you rent a small sex room for an hour.  You may want to check out some recent reviews as the new management seems to have lower standards about who/what happens onsite.
