July 25, 20233 yr Just a brief note on Night Market etc. I know it's low season, but street pretty dead. Few people, and I thought wares were all much the same. Many shops/ bars still shuttered. Only lively part was new Food Court towards Silom. Lots of food stalls, cheap, and crowded. Not many spare seats. But overall I found it depressing.
July 25, 20233 yr Much of the action does seem down by the Silom end as you described. Close to Surawong, there are three cannabis shops all right next to each other and none seem to be doing much business.
July 25, 20233 yr I noticed those a couple of weeks ago....but BKK didn't compare with Pattaya and Jomtien in this respect. South Pattaya, I should emphasise, rather then the posh part around Dusit and Terminus 21. And, like those in BKK, hardly a customer to be seen.
