Not duplicates, merely overlapping.

For example, if you have been to Laos it does not mean you have been to Luang Prabang.

 

Of course I could have created a rest of Laos category, but that makes it difficult to analyse which countries are popular.

Add to that Singapore, Philippines, Brunei, Indonesia (includes Bali).
