In addition to private rooms it has a gym and a pool. According to the website Gay-in-Chiang-Mai it hosts naked nights four times a month. In addition to the sauna is has a Lanna style guest house. Whether it is now actually a guest house with a sauna or a sauna with a guest house attached I am not sure. But it is listed as being very gay friendly. I remember many happy evenings at House of Male over decades enjoying sex and simple meals and a wide range of drinks at the bar/cafe. Sad that it is no more. Patanawet Posted 1 hour ago Posted 1 hour ago I first visited Chiang Mai 25+ years ago. Lots to do but SO FAR apart. I used to love the bars in the basement of the Night Bazaar, then they moved to Sleaze Alley opposite the back door of the Bazaar. Close to them, were the beer bars around the Climbing Frame. I haven't been for about ten years but I imagine they have all gone now. I see from the excellent and professional advertising that Adams Apple is still flourishing but so difficult to get to. Really good shows and attention from mountain boys. Also some nights at their bar/guesthouse opposite (and their huge dog 'big boy'). I must also mention the best show bar and shows I've seen in 30 years in Thailand --- JAM PUB. In a soi opposite Night Bazaar a few gay bier bars around there too). Not 100% gay but very gay friendly. Then at closing time through a dressing room door that led to a VERY late bar. I have a bad feeling that the owners of both bars have recently died. I fear that if I go up again (I live in central Bangkok) I will be as disappointed as I would be if I went back to my European home towns. P.S.
