Are you referring to the annual Flirt Summit each summer? (i.e Flirt4Free -- the cam model banner seen on this site)?

It does take place in Punta Cana DR this year. They take their top grossing modelos for 4 days of sunshine and camera time each year. Used as an incentive to get the most popular models to put in extra hours online. 

Don't know when the travel dates are, but they do post the event attendees (male and female) to their Instagram account each year. I know some previous participants, so yes, this is a real event.
