One of the problems with posts from Moses and other Trump minions, is you never know if they know what they've posted is bullshit, or if there is an issue of intellectual compromise and they honestly believe the lies and bullshit emanating from the Kremlin and White House.  And sometimes, it's just making shit up. 

Under the Ukrainian Constitution Zelensky can not cede territory to the Russians as part of a peace agreement.  There is nothing stopping Zelensky from negotiating a peace agreement with Putin that cedes no sovereign Ukrainian territory to the Russians. 

And, recognizing that, they only way peace is going to be restored is when Putin is defeated - which means all hands on deck from all NATO allies.
