Heated Rivalry - Great to watch

OK, not a sex XXX but damn good. Good show and good acting. Well, good acting for this kind of movie. It was based on Rachel Reid's Game Changers novel series which I read a few several years back. I really enjoyed it.

Some people raised their eyebrows at all the sex scenes, but HBO's Looking had plenty of sex, and that was years ago.

Remember when Richie swallowed Patrick's load?  And then they deep kissed after?  🤠

Showtime's QAF also had a lot of sex scenes too.

This seems yet again to open the door about homosexuality in sports and the tiny number of athletes who have actually come out as gay. Women's tennis appeared to have opened that door decades ago with the likes of two of their top international players of Billie Jean King and Martina Navratilova. And there are others in most other sports, but they seem to be very few and very far between. I read a comment by a figure skater recently that many of the men are in the closet. We know that Britain's Olympic Gold medallist John Curry who died of AIDS and Canada's double Olympic Silver Medallist Brian Orser was/is openly gay. And we know that Brian Orser trained one of the all-time skating greats, double Olympic Gold medallist Japan's Yuzuru Hanyu. Many assume that Hanyu-san must be gay, not because of his stunning skating but for his appearances away from the rink. As he is a near-iconic figure in Japan, it is doubtful if he ever would come out - certainly in the near future.

In general, though, in the rough and tumble of most sports, there have to be many who are gay but will not come out, at least during their playing careers.

Me too, but I’ve only just startedThe Long Game (2022), the second and I assume final part of the Shane/Ilya story on which Season 2 will be partially based. It is a longer novel. The merciless teasing between the two, not just erotically themed, is very humorous. Interestingly, I find that the character descriptions in the books tend not to evoke the corresponding actor role images of the series even though one would expect that those visual representations might prevail. The actors are relatively diminutive for pro hockey, though technically tall enough, and in the novels I believe that Ilya is supposedly a 6’3” bruiser to Shane’s 5’10”. Still, good casting.

I've always regarded male skaters the same way I see male  ballet dancers.

Gays are good at expressing emotion in their performances and their movements are generally more fluid, I think.

If you look at the male dancers in the Thai gogo bars, the straight guys' moves are very wooden and seemingly uncoordinated.

Also, gays are happy to wear flamboyant, feminine costumes.

I think most viewers assume the same. I cannot speak for skaters but with ballet dancers it is - generally speaking - not the case. Many male ballet dancers have female partners and children, at least according to one of the female dancers I met several times. Seeing this, the big burly cop on traffic duty shouted to him, "Hey fairy! You dropped your wand." Whereupon Helpmann turned around, gave the cop a withering stare, picked up the umbrella and with a broad sweeping Harry Potterish motion shouted, "Vanish!"

Until reading your post, I had no idea that Tyler Wu had been a profesional skater. (Nor that he was in fact born in the UK). He is certainly an excellent porn actor, although I have never liked his vdos when he has had that Prince Edward thing.

Hmmm...boring design compared to a tenga, which comes in lots of different colours and styles.

Also, I doubt this toy will be sold off the shelf in pharmacies, like tenga are in Japan. There are also lots of accessories in the form of towels, hats, t-shirts, carry bags, etc, all advertising that you are a proud wanker!

It's interesting when watching guys on Japanese youtube sites, only to see a tenga proudly exhibited in the bookcase behind him! 😂
