I wonder if donOLD has already pardoned everyone in his administration and just not made it public. He could wait until near the end of his term, but he could kick the bucket suddenly and at any time. If they're smart, anyone in his administration should require a pardon immediately. They don't want him to die before he issues pardons for them. Without a pardon, some of them might have some criminal liability.

Does anyone have an update on the crimes that have been committed by the coup attempters of January 6th that were pardoned by The Great Incompetent?  

There was the North Carolina man, now accused of child pornography (par for the GOP course).  

There's Andrew Taake from Houston who was pardoned who's now charged with soliciting a minor (par for the GOP course).

Daniel Ball of Florida who is up on firearms charges.

There must be others amongst this motley crew of MAGA sheeple rioters.

The question is whether the new Democratic controlled Congress and Senate will pass a bill "Stop Selling Favors Like Some 16th Century Pope" which will prevent the President from using his pardon power for his own enrichment.  

Joe Biden issued 806 individual pardons during his presidency, according to the Justice Department’s final clemency statistics. He also issued 4,165 commutations, which reduce sentences but are not pardons.

There is an important complication: Biden also issued categorical pardons by proclamation, particularly for certain federal marijuana offenses and certain former service members convicted under an old military law. Those people are not included in the DOJ's 806 individual-pardon figure, so the total number of people who benefited from pardons is larger than 806.

Biden family members pardoned: 6

Biden pardoned six members of his own family:

1. Hunter Biden, his son, on December 1, 2024.

2. James B. Biden, his brother.

3. Sara Jones Biden, James Biden's wife.

4. Valerie Biden Owens, his sister.

5. John T. Owens, Valerie's husband.

6. Francis W. "Frank" Biden, his brother.

The final five were pardoned as Biden was leaving office in January 2025. The official presidential record confirms all five names and Biden's statement explaining his decision. Hunter's separate December pardon is also recorded in the presidential clemency records.

So, in short: 806 individual pardons, including 6 members of Biden's family, plus thousands of commutations and additional people covered by categorical pardons.
