Hong Kong’s stuffy official government-run radio station has long had a gay radio show in Cantonese but hidden in the after-midnight schedules. Since October, though, it’s had one in English. Presented by 27-year old Chinese-American Arthur Tan, who also writes the gay page for Hong Kong’s TIME OUT magazine, it airs weekly in prime time after the 8:00pm news and then on the internet.

Cutely called “From Top to Bottom” it seems to have gained a big following and a big reputation.
