Comments and Suggestions

Currently there are two active threads in the Pub related to politics and my concern is this will continue to multiply with the upcoming '08 USA elections. I'm sure there are other men here who prefer to stay out of the political arena and do not care to see the Pub dominated by such conversation. Tampa Yankee I recall your past comments that you did not especially want a political forum. However it might be unavoidable. Therefore, I'm suggesting that you simply review and reevaluate the situation. Thank you.

As per many requests, we finally got the Spell check set up on this board. Hopefully you will enjoy that new feature.pEach time you reply to a post or create a new one, you will see the Spell Check option right on the left of the " Post " button. Allow few days for testing. I have tested already but there are always bugs around any new system..

Would someone please tell me how to log out.

As we start on our new Forum, please help us by making suggestions as to how to improve the forum and the site. We really do want your input and we take all comments and suggestions by our members as valuable information. Thanks. The GayThailand.com Staff

On the profile page I would like to see their age as that is always an important factor for me.

I just noticed that after I go through a post to remove unwanted double spacing the forum automatically re-introduces them. If you leave a single space the forum parameters seem to add another space between lines. This makes some cut and pastes very long. I suggest that you look at the preferences and alter this to single spacing which every other forum I know find satisfactory.

I know the serach box says enter "keyword or phrase" but I didn't really expect it to be so picky! if you try search for just a number - for example just enter the digit(s) 6 or 608 in the search box - you get an error message: "Sorry, an error occurred. If you are unsure on how to use a feature, or don't know why you got this error message, try looking through the help files for more information." but if you include some text with the number - for example "6 months" - it works OK I was trying to seach for the polic order number 608/2549 which I was sure had been mentioned here before and kept getting this error bkkguy

I like the newest photos feature, but would like it even better if when clicking a picture it took you directly to the detail view. The interim step is a tad annoying. Not sure if the above is self explanatory, but will be glad to add more detail if needed.

In see reading the forum today, about the coup, that we have some experts at cutting and pasting. Message boards are more interesting when original thought is conveyed. They could instead refer people to the web site from which they extracted the information.

Assuming that I am an "ero-tourist" and not in town on business, what are the hotels that are escort friendly and close to the gay district, bathhouses, stripper/hustler bars, etc? It would be helpful to have a listing of hotels that are gay and escort friendly, besides Montreal, Rio, and Ft. Lauderdale.

On the other site, there is a listing of m4m strip clubs. I can not find a similar feature on this site. I am seeking clubs that have male strippers - not go-go boys - most nights of the week. Hopefully, the listings go beyond Montreal, Ft. Lauderdale, or Brazil.

Is it just me or is the Forum Option tab not working. Ive been trying to mark posts read but I cant even get a dropdown menu. Thanks, john

I logged in as a registered member and was able to see full-size images of Jared in his review and other reviews, but I get a pop-up that I must be logged in (when I AM already logged in) to view full-size images for other escorts under profiles and featured escorts. Hmmmm. I used to be able to see full-size images for everything after logging in without this problem. I did have to reboot my system recently. Is this technical glitch coming from me or the site? I appreciate any help. Thanks.

In post 22 in the pub I was asked to supply a name even though I am signed in. When I tried to use my userid it would not accept the post. Therefore, I had to modify it. Just want to let you know. Not sure if others are having a like issue.

This is very minor but I would like to see the business travel section moved near the top of the forum. I enjoy being able to take a quick look to see if there are any new announcements and if most people are like me, probably not though, they forget to scroll down to view it. Plus some escorts who post travel plans on other sites and who are registered here are not posting their plans here. Again possibly because it is "out of sight out of mind." Maybe it could be moved under the buffet or under hot spots. Again only a minor suggestion, nothing more than that.

There should be a function to search for escort by name which I can't find if there is one. Or at least have them in alphabetical order. This site is going to take a LONG time though to get anywhere because there are hardly any reviews which is what this is meant to be about, rather than a listing which you can find anywhere online.

I would like foot size added to Escort Profiles.

As of this weekend, we added the number of hits per review. This only counts the number of hits for the profile starting from this date and not past hits. Thus, you will see that the numbers of hits for the reviews for the past few profiles are higher than the ones from months ago. I am sorry but we were unable to get the number of hits from past months added to this. However, this will work going forward from today. We have also added a new area at the bottom of each review for viewers to tell us if that review was helpful or not. Currently, it allows all visitors to the site to count in the tally. I hope these new additions are useful to you. Thanks! Oz

We have started to advertise more on the internet. Take a look at our ads on: www.MenOnTheNet.com in both the Escorts Section and in the Cruising Section. We are in the process of signing a few more contracts with other companies to get more visibility. Just and FYI Oz

I really like the way some of the escorts post with a little thumbnail and contact/info links on their posts. I would like to but have no idea how. I am not terribly good with technology I actually don't own a microwave because they don't seem to work right for me. If you know how to do this please let me know how. Thanks Johnny

I can't seem to get this to work. If I go to the "Advance Search" section and click on 1,2 or more of the Fetsh buttons and then click to Search, I don't get any guys listed back. It seems like a bug in the software. Has anyone else noticed this?

As of today, the site now has 800 escort profiles and over 4600 members. Thanks to all who are working to make the site a success from the message board posters, to the reviewers to the escorts who found the site to TY who keeps things running smoothly. I think a great future is in store for the site.

How do I get beyond the first review. I've clicked every icon on the page but still can't locate second and subsequent reviews. Not addressed in FAQ. Thanks

Just noticed when I checked in this morning that 2 members were online and 90 visitors. Can this be correct...if so this boads well for the site, now they need to get registered so they can take a more active part in the site.
