What's the point? Lodging shouldn't matter for sexual orientation. That said I've never had an issue with Airbnb bringing a visitor back, but I'm renting an entire apartment. I could see how renting a room would be a bit awkward.

it's vbulletin, dump the db, upgrade and fucking restart. They actually have good support and well baked procedures.
Absolute worst case, just setup a new instance of it and load the DB. It's not like he's running [H]ard|Forum and limited by IO or CPU. A damn PIII would serve that site just fine.

last time this happened it was under a different president. I filled out the number of people at my home, and that's all they legally have a right to.
It would setup a rather interesting constitutional challenge if they started to fine people.
