This is not consistent - I think it has to do with how the person sets his AOL filters. I agree with Greg, that it can be annoying and I don't think he's being arrogant at all. It might be easy to use or to chat with others, but other than that I never use it myself. I have an account and rarely use it. And because of this url block, It really does not help my feelings.........
