Water, drink more water and then drink some more

We all know that water is good for us, but now there is scientific proof that it also helps improve our moods. It's always good to drink more water. I find that it helps with headaches, it helps with my joints as I get older, it pretty much helps with everything. I stopped drinking diet soft drinks in favor of only water and when I need a flavor I throw in a crystal light packet for some flavor. It's been wonderful.
