July 14, 20215 yr First time poster... Looking to take a long weekend next week and as I live in the Southern US, Mexico is the easiest option with Level 3 or below CDC rating. Let me start by saying I love CDMX, the food, nightlife, museums, vibe — all tops. But I’m seeing a lot of chatter on here about Merida and it looks tempting. Close proximity to Cenotes offer cool day trip options, the housing options on Airbnb look great — the homes in el centro with pools in courtyards are affordable — plus loungey, casual sex (group or solo) outside, in the sun, or at night by a pool is the best. im just wondering about the guys. Thanks to posts on here I got some tips and looked — and there are only 2 or 3 on milleroticos that are interesting to me (much smaller pool than CDMX or other Central and SA cities). Same with Grindr. Although I only looked once and I did the explore feature which is never as good as being there. if folks have guys that I should contact feel free to DM me. At the moment there is a curfew from 11:30pm-5am Most places are closing by 10pm so their employees can make it home in time. Papi's, the stripper bar I like is closed.....should be changing hopefully, they've been vaccinating lots of people , currently doing 30+ and registering 18+

Now, numbers are on the rise. How will it be in 3 weeks??? No idea! If you look at Colombia, it seems to be going in the right directing. For me, I can just go and see where it ends. I wouldn't mind buying an extra ticket to Medellin, but my travel companion has set dates. I could spend an extra two weeks in CDMX or anywhere else for that matter. My friend is not so lucky. He has responsibilities and testing positive before the flight home would be a drama for him. If I could turn back time, I rather would have booked last-minute and accepted a higher airfare. Hindsight! If not Mexico or Colombia, I could have gone to Romania, Ukraine, Moldavia, Turkey...etc...
