He is very Gay friendly, knows where all the gay venues are, and some non tourist restaurants. Last time I was in Phnom Penh I had a problem with my knees. Walking was difficult so I booked a small room at my hotel ($30). He helped me up and down the steps, found me companionship , and was an all around good guy. His prices are decent.
