Blue Chili is on Street 178 between Street 19 and Norodom. Excellent margaritas are just 3 bucks. Miss Venezuala won with Miss Angola the first runner up and Miss Jamaica the second runner up. Word through the grapevine is that Miss Angola is quite well endowed. She is also a gifted Performer with a big smile and an extremely expressive face.
