For me it has been a good bar always, first with David, and later with Mike. However, it didn´t open before I had to return home. Now I am soon coming there again (together with my bf, as we are now married and he lives here) arriving on christmas eve. I suppose the bar is up and running? I never did like Le Cage under Michael,too Britishy type feel,not for me. I haven't been into the Colonial, though,I heard it is a Irish theme? Guest timmberty Posted November 24, 2012 Share Posted November 24, 2012 its as irish as fish and chips its more english than irish if you use the customers as a gage, tho the green walls and irish posters try to give it an irish feel. i spend a fair bit of time there when im in pattaya and id say its not irish at all other than the fact brendan is a co-owner.
