True Chris, City dont want us to parade, again! and lack of organisers at Jomtien I am told. However I have just come along Second Road and found a parade advertising the new SLIM Club on Third Road opening this weekend. Police Escort Cars, Rescue vehicles and dancers on lorries. TIT.
